Wonderful Staff!

Christie Cole

Great staff and personal attention. All The PA's and NP's have given me the best 'doctoring' I've had, despite years of chronic poor health.

Juliana Cooley

Excellent pediatric care ! Even with weekend illnesses I've been able to speak with and even see a doctor for my son. Nursing staff is also top notch.

Laura Elliott

The nurses are wonderful.

Constantly had my primary care physician change, within months it would be a new person as their turn over rate is kind of insane. I had to have my insurance resubmit several claims as it submitted as a specialist for some reason and they recharged me my copay three times. When I called to straighten it out, the financial person refused to go through records and show that I did not in fact owe them 60 dollars, she said you have the money, just pay it and hung up on me. I am hoping they get audited and it will wipe, because they refuse to work with me. I stupidly paid in cash, so there is no record of it, and was young and stupid and threw away my record of payment.

Worst experience ever. They diagnosed me with pneumonia 6 weeks ago which they gave me an antibiotic for. 3 weeks later, I am not any better. I try and make another appointment. They tell me they are booked for a week. So I take the appointment they have. 4 hours before the appointment they call and cancel because the doctor is sick. I try and reschedule, they don't have anything for another week. I ask for a refill on my inhaler because at this point in my pneumonia I cannot breathe and really do not want to go to the emergency room. They refuse stating they need to see me first. But they will give me a steroid without seeing me. When I question this, the nurse advises I go to the ER for a chest x-ray saying "sorry". Wtf? :(

Two of my Doctors left this practice to go elsewhere.....there has been no MD on staff since Dr. Hoyte left last Summer. The office and nursing staff are wonderful but for Heaven's sake, please hire a Physician or two....I've had to find a Doctor elsewhere.

Adult Medicine is awful - Just awful! Everytime my husband and I go there, we sit and wait for a MINIMUM of 15 minutes past our appointment time before going into a room and waiting for another 10 minutes. Prescribing pain killers for over three weeks (without a diagnoses) really makes me question their professional choices. The Dr. seems dis-connected... won't make eye-contact, has very poor verbal communication skills, and doesn't seem to care. I feel that our health was being put into the hands of an incompetent, under-educated "doctor".... This makes me question this practice's ability to hire well-qualified health professionals. For Pediatrics, everytime I call them to try to get one of my children in for an appointment, I hang up the phone with complete rage every single time. They're not flexible at all. I've called to tell them that we'll be 5-10 minutes late and then been told they may not be able to accommodate that. I've also shown up 15 minutes early for an appointment, then wasn't seen at all. If there were a rating of zero stars, I'd give them that.

These doctors are incompetent here

Cecil McLaury

Adult medicine is poorly staffed and they don't have an MD to see patients

No follow up, and not helpful with special needs child,
