I've been taking my kids to Southpoint pediatrics for a couple years now and I'm very impressed with the services they offer. They have a line you can call and get medical advice. I love and utilize this service and it's proven to be so helpful and the nurses who answer the phones are so incredibly nice. We use Dr. Lash and he's amazing. He's down to earth and does so well with our kids. I don't ever feel rushed and he takes the time to answer all of our "worry wart parent" questions. The facility is clean and all the rooms are bright and fun for our kids. They even have a well child room available for kids who aren't sick. Highly recommend Dr. Lash or any of the providers in the Southpoint/Wasatch Pediatrics community.

This place is a complete joke. Took my son in about a week ago to see what he has and the medical assistant desides to give my husband "the talk" about smoking, she was completely ignorant. So tired of this place. Had to go I primary children's to be told something she could have told me a week ago. He's been suffering for A WEEK!!! So ignorant and completely the worst pediatricians and medical assistant. NEVER AGAIN.

We love Dr. Buchanan! He’s so friendly, takes his time and actually knows what he’s doing. He did my second sons circumcision and it only bled for a swear an hour and it was completely healed after that! My first sons circ did not heal that quickly! Also the staff are super friendly and the decor is super fun! Each room has a theme from a famous children’s book or movie!

I found Dr. Bosworth through 5-star reviews on Google. So we tried him out and love him and his staff. Then we found out that half our neighborhood loves him just as much! It's our first baby, and it has been a relief having someone so knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions. You won't regret bringing your littles here! We had our four-month appointment today, and he thinks our kid is cute. So I guess we will keep coming back... :-)

We brought our booger baby and had the, Worst experance ever, bossy doctor that refused to run test or explain themselves. We're over 35 have three kids so we have had experance with way better doctors. This one started off with a long history leson on how she founded the place, bragged about herself to the point that I had to interrupt her to remind her why we came. When I go to the kid doctor I want to be in and out before I get somthing thay have. So the doc told us our baby had an ear infection, like we figered. and she said our baby had a disease and there was nuthing she could do for that but give us some papers on it. I asked if she could test for it as I was looking it up on my phone and did not see any of the symptoms for what she was talking about. I asked what made her think our baby had that and she said thair are bumps allover the inside of his mouth and she sees that sort of thing all the time no big deal. I explained that I just looked it up on my phone and the exclapidea said it was not comen, it was dangerus and there should be viable signs on his skin and that it said it was extremely contagious. The docter told me not to trust what the internet said. I explained it was the enclapodea I just looked it up. I asked if we could please do a test to comfort it. The doctor refused repeating that she sees this sort of thing all the time and it's no big deal. I gave up, when we got home I looked all over the inside of my baby's mouth for the bumps and I did not see anything, his skin was fine too. Im not a doc i know but I check for the other things that should have acumpanyed it and found No symptoms, I looked up if it was posible to have without symptoms, no and now I know more about this rare contages desease than I wanted too. Thanks be to God she was wrong. But I was upset with the way everything happened and how I was expected to not question there asumption with no explination or willingness to run a simple test for us to figered it out. How would you feel if the doctor told you that your baby has a rare extremely contagious disease but thete is nuthing she could do so here's some paper work no big deal don't worry about it, I see this all the time no big deal. I don't need to run a test im the doctor and told me not to trust internet. I've never experienced such a low level of professionalism. It's was worse than my spelling problem.

I love the office and the nurses and staff. My complaint and low rating is for Dr. Goodwin. She's nice, but she is not a very good listener. She just scribbles on her note pad (which you can't read later), constantly interrupts you and sometimes avoids answering your questions. She doesn't seem to care when she's listening to you, almost like we were a waste of her time (at least from my point of view it felt that way). I was not comfortable with her. We went in there multiple times to find out what was wrong with my daughter, and only once did she examine her, and it was very brief. From now on I just ask for any other Doctor. I've seen Dr. Bosworth and he was much better in terms of listening to my concerns.

We love Dr. Packer. She has been very helpful in answering all our questions and to qualm concerns as this is with our first child. She listens well and gives great recommendations to help our child. Only drawback was one time after checking in, the front desk failed to notify anyone and we waited longer than expected. We had to go back to the front desk and find out what happened. They apologized and we were seen very quickly after that. Luckily we were not charged with a no-show.

We LOVE Dr Goodwin, and the rest of the team at Southpoint! We have been going to them for the past 11 years. I love all of the providers and the fact that they have Helen Aoki there as well. From the first moment you walk in until you leave the whole office works as a team, it is very impressive! Thank you for doing what you do so well. YOU make a difference!

We started coming here 6 years ago when my daughter was seen by Dr Buchanan in the hospital. By a fluke chance we had to be seen on a same day app and met Teresa McNaught. What a God Send, she has been so amazing. My daughter has had 4 hospitalizations and Teresa goes out of her way each and every time to make sure both of my kids are taken care of. I could not be more pleased with the care she gives us. Not only does she treat my children but she has always checked on me as well. I could not be more grateful for her and the front office staff, Julie and Theresa especially!

When I moved to West Jordan, I asked a pediatrician whom I trust to recommend a provider in this area. My friend told me to go to Dr. Packer, and I'm glad she did. We've been very happy with the her and the other staff members we have encountered at Southpoint Pediatrics. While my children have not been seen by every provider at this clinic, I can say that I've been satisfied with everyone we have seen. Teresa McNaught and Dr. Packer are wonderful. They are my kids' favorites. Helen Aoki is great too!

South point Pediatrics is fantastic! Dr Lash in particular has been an excellent doctor to my boys since they were newborns, now teens. Very knowledgeable, caring and an overall great doctor. I would highly recommend him and this clinic!

The facility is busy and chaotic. Same day visits are hard to get scheduled except with a nurse or medical assistant rather than a doctor. I was also very unhappy to find out that they billed my insurance as a "surgery" to squirt saline in my son's ear to get wax buildup out. They called it "foreign object removal", so I had to fork out over a hundred bucks for a deductible payment. An urgent care facility would have only been a co-payment fee instead. I would not recommend this office to anyone I know.

Been taking my kids there for the last six years. I’ll admit that I’ve had quite a few no-shows over those six years. Which now is getting us kicked out. Apparently that’s how you treat patients who have been coming to you for the last six years and are in the middle of diagnosing and treating. I’m a single mom of four. Life happens. Sometimes you’re not able to make it to the appointments or call because of emergencies etc. you don’t turn patients away because of it, oh wait that’s right they do. All about the money, not about the patients!!

This place is great, all of the doctors are great! It is very clean and the people are very professional. They do their best to get patient's in to see a doctor. I would recommend this awesome place to anyone with kids. They even have a well baby waiting area.

Thearesa McNaught is absolutely amazing! I have an asthmatic child and have had to take her in several times for routine checkups and emergency treatment. I'm always able to get in quickly and have never had any problems with the front desk or nursing staff. We've seen a lot of the providers here and the only one I don't feel completely comfortable with is Dr Goodwin. I always feel rushed and my kids and I don't feel like we've been heard. But other then that it is an experience.

Dr. Bosworth rules. We have 4 kids and have been going to see him for over 10 years. He is wise beyond his years and always nails everything spot on. He's slow to over-prescribe medication and is knowledgeable regarding natural or alternative treatments. He has great bedside manner and our kids respond well to him.

The office is run very well. I love that they have a well-child room you can hang out in if you're there for a well-child visit. They play a movie in the waiting room and have a beautiful fish tank. The receptionist staff is always friendly and helpful. I take my kids to Dr. Bosworth and he is wonderful. Very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I do admit I have had emergency appointments and have had to see a couple different Nurse Practicioners and have not loved a couple of those experiences. But when we go in to see our doc it's always a 5-star experience.
