Love the environment and they are so good with my baby!

Great staff and Doctors! Always get my sick daughter in ASAP, and we never have to wait very long to actually be seen.

Toni Parent

We love Dr. McKenna! Very funny Dr, which is refreshing when motherhood can be stressful and crazy at times. Takes time to listen to any concerns, he takes a seat and just listens to how my baby has been doing, really doesn't make me feel like I am being rushed and that I am spending so much money on just a few seconds of his time. Will be very sad if I ever have to leave the valley and find a new pediatrician. His staff is also pretty nice and helpful

If I could, I would give this place a zero. I called to get my daughter (new patient) an appointment, and they required I fill out paperwork before they'd allow to me to make an appointment. She said I had to hand deliver the paperwork because they had nowhere to submit online and couldnt allpw me to email it as it contained medical release information. When I went into the office, the receptionist told me I needed an appointment....TO HAND IN PAPERWORK AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! I'd driven 20 minutes out of my way to get to the office and told her I didnt apprecite that policy (after she offered that I could wait 15 minutes for them to get back from lunch). I asked if there was any way she could take it now. She replied no and said, "If that's how you feel, maybe you don't want to see us."

I absolutely have loved having Dr Bell by my daughter's pediatrician since she was a newborn. He has always been super helpful and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. He is a super nice guy and I am sad that I am moving and can no longer use his services.

We loved Dr. Mckenna! Fantastic and personal doctor. Nothing against him at all. He does a great job. We were sad to leave him. However, someone in the office staff needs to be trained on customer service and common courtesy. We moved out of state, and needed a shots record for our baby to be faxed to our new doctor. My wife called and made the request, and the staff member said it would be done. Today, the day of our first visit, the new pediatrician office informed us that it never came, and future shots cannot be given. My wife called Treehouse again and let a lady know what happened. She very snobbishly said, "You need to come get that yourself. We're not responsible." She just kept repeating herself after any further questions. Well.... if you're not responsible, maybe you should have said that upon the initial request? You said you'd do it, and then you didn't. We were counting on it, and you didn't get it done. Then you made the excuse that "you're not responsible" to cover your rear end. Pure Bologna. If you made a misstake, own it. Don't be a snob. And if it really is your policy to not fax patient records upon request, say it the first time! Don't create a false sense of dependability. Poopy experience. Someone should receive a driveby slapping for being retarded.

We've been going to Dr.O'Very for over 8 years. Wait time are always extremely long, longer than any other doctors office I've ever been to. We've tolerated the long wait times because we know it's because Dr. O'Very spends so much time with every patient. My kids have loved going to him, however the ladies at the front desk are horrible. The last time we were in they didn't update our insurance information leaving us with a huge out of pocket bill. They blamed it on us saying we didn't give them our new insurance information which I know for a fact we did. We will never be back!

Adam Winger

They have been so accommodating and my kids love going there!

Polly Arey

My son smashed his finger in a door at school and needed stitches. They took him right in, and they were so good with him. One of the nurses helped watch my other kids so I could be in the room with him. The PA sewed him up. She was great! Love treehouse pediatrics! Also, Dr McKenna is our normal Dr, we love him, he is so funny and knowledgeable. My kids love him, he is great! Very down to earth.

Rachael Willis

This is the Best Pediatric Clinic in Cache Valley. Dr. McKenna is the best! He is really attentive to your needs and spends quality time with his patients. He also will recognizes your kid in other environments other than the doctors office. Which is pretty awesome because many doctors do not do that so that is great that Dr. McKenna does!

Kaitlyn Sanders

Dr. Overy is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He was super patient through my daughters bad reflux. He never made me feel silly for being her in once a week at the beginning. I have had a few friends use him as well and they feel the same about him.

Andrea Dailey

The nurses were always stuck up, uninterested and rude and Doctor Bell although very nice, always seemed to be in a hurry to get in and out of the appointment. We didn't feel welcome or wanted in this office.

Kayci Cerda

I absolutely love the dr's and nurse's. They have been so amazing and helpful every single times. My problem is billing and records. $30 per patient for my children's medical records, really? It is less than 10 sheets. I can buy a ream of paper for less than that. I have left voicemails and sat on hold for unreasonable amounts of time and have yet to get called back. The lady in billing is rude and unprofessional. BTW, I have never paid for mine or my children's medical paperwork from anywhere else. It only take 1 or 2 person to ruin a whole office. I dread dealing with these mean ladies.

Love them!! All the nurses are so nice and so patient. Dr. Overy is our favorite. We are first time parents and he didn't make us feel dumb for the questions we had. He also took his time with us at each appointment. We never felt rushed. They've always been quick to get us in for any sick appointments. They're the best!!

Naomi Clark

All of my kids love Dr. Overy and get so excited when we go to the doctor! All the nurses are very friendly and I always feel like my opinion matters. We have used all of the doctors at treehouse and they are all great but Dr. Overy is definitely our favorite! We highly recommend!

Camaree Sargent

My three kids and I were patients of Dr. Overy's until we moved from the area. We absolutely loved him and the other doctors at his practice, Dr. Mckenna and Dr. Bell. Dr. Bell very helpful when our newborn son was in the NICU and came up with some great options to help with his specific needs. The staff was so detailed and friendly, clean office. And I really loved the little progress cards they gave us at each well visit!

Allison Mickelson

Both my kids saw Dr O'Very and I can't say enough good about him as well as all the staff at Treehouse Pediatrics. They never made me feel paranoid or silly for calling with my concerns, were always very informative in terms I could understand, and were in one word—Amazing! Same day sick appointments were easy to get (which we took advantage of multiple times). We were (and still are) devastated when we moved out of state and could no longer have them as my children's pediatrician.

Thakary Minson

My wife and I were recommended to Dr. Bell by her OBGYN for our first child and fast forward 2 years later, he has been nothing short of amazing. He always takes the time to listen to our concerns or answer any questions. He is a very attentive and capable doctor, and I can't think of another physician I would trust my daughter with more. Wait times aren't bad, and the nurses are great as well. The only complaint we have with this facility is the receptionist. She is incredibly rude and unprofessional. If it wasn't for our interest in keeping Dr. Bell as our kid's physician, we probably wouldn't continue going there because of her.

I enrolled my son in preschool, I called for an appt that just needed two shots that the school needed. It ended up being a "wellness check" visit for my son being 2 years old on Oct 5th!! He turns 3 Oct 9th... in the end he didn't get the shots cause he already had them. I wouldn't care if my son had insurance but $150 for the visit was ridiculous. I called that Friday on the 5th to ask if it was charged. Nobody answered from billing so I just left a voicemail. Seems like nobody can call you back nowadays. I called again on Monday and they finally felt like talking

Where do I even start...I had twins in December of 2016, we were seeing Dr. Bell for a pediatrician and both of our twins ended up getting RSV in March of 2017 after taking my first twin to see the Dr. along with the Rocky Mountain Respiratory 3 times and being sent home all 3 times, by the 4th time I was done! my daughter was coughing to the point where she would completely stop breathing and go blue her lips were purple. I got demanding and demanded that something be done-I wasn’t leaving that hospital. They finally admitted her into the hospital and tested and of course results came back DEHYDRATED and RSV. So basically I guess Dr. Bell just waits till your baby is struggling so bad to the point where things were scary till he does something about it and waits till the parents get demanding. She was in the hospital for a week. and of course her twin brother ended up getting it also and same thing with him...took him in 3 times. I knew exactly what to watch for where my baby girl had already had this and we had been going through it. Again admitted into the hospital baby twin boy admitted for one day and then the next day life flighted to primary's, I also know some people weren't too happy with this Dr. comes to find out my son's breathing was wheezing and for some odd reason Dr. Bell couldn't hear this.. all I can say is we almost lost both of our twins that we worked hard for! we tried having kids for 4 1/2 years and paid thousands of dollars for invitro and this is how this Dr. treats patients. All I am saying is choose another pediatrician, he never apologized once for any of this. Makes us wonder how well he watched our twins while they were in the nicu, thank goodness for amazing nicu nurses because this Dr. I don't trust him with anything! also girl that I spoke to about getting my medical records sent to my new pediatrician, Lazy/Rude basically said she wasn't capable of doing that, that I have to go to my new pediatrician and fill out a form there and have them request them...just like my new pediatricians office said, um well that doesn't make sense because all Dr. offices have forms and can be filled out either way, I told her exactly I knew that because I worked in a Dr's office. Also Amy and Wendy...worst billing ladies/manager ever, no sympathy for anyone just plain rude people. Save yourself and your babies from this place and do not go here! AWFUL! The only person I would say was amazing was Dr. Bell's cute nurse with the Dark black hair! loved her. Budge Clinic is where its at!!! we love the Budge Clinic!! and they love, love, love my babes so much!!

I am not impressed with Treehouse Pediatrics. Our first couple of visits with the Doctors were not too bad. However, as our newborn daughter began to show signs of distress and irregularities in behavior, our doctor, Ryan Bell, did nothing to help us. He rationalized everything as "normal'. That is the statement he used over and over, "This is normal behavior for a baby", is what he would say. We knew that something was not well with our baby based of the fact that she never napped more than a combined 75 minutes per day, and that she only slept for may a total of 6 hours at night, which usually involved three or more wake ups. She had blood and mucus in her stools, something we found out for ourselves...with the help of a specialist. Dr. Bell did nothing to assist in finding a solution. Every test, every evaluation, every specialist was found at my wife and I's insistence and work. The nurses treated us as second class insubordinate peons, repeatedly mocking our inquiries for information and becoming defensive when we presented a possible solution. Obviously, we decided to switch doctors. The cherry on top of how unprofessional Treehouse is run, occurred as we worked through the medical records transfer. It took nearly 4 weeks to have the records transferred and the offices are only 0.25 miles apart! The transfer only occurred after I called day after day to insist the records be transferred. Only on the threat of physical intervention did Treehouse finally make the requested medical transfer. There was never an explanation given as to why the transfer took so long. The fact is, Treehouse delayed treatment to our daughter because of their inefficient business and medical practices. Our daughters new pediatrician and a specialist were waiting for the information Treehouse held to determine the next course of action. I don't think that my daughter would be "healed" if we had a different doctor, but I do think that her current state would be much better if we had not chosen Treehouse Pediatrics to start with. I advise not using Treehouse Pediatrics.

There is a lot that this clinic needs to do to improve. I scheduled my child's first appt and was told that Dr. O'Very would make time in his schedule to see my child. That didn't happen. Instead I met with an MA who felt she was the right person to answer my questions about the necessity of the test being done. This person also hurt my child quite a bit when doing the heel poke. I know kids don't like them, but my child got their newborn screening done elsewhere and my child didn't even fuss when the heel poke was done. The staff also sent my child's blood work to a lab that isn't covered by my insurance, so now I'm stuck with a sizeable bill. Awesome. I ended up having to make an appt for the next day to see Dr. O'Very and was charged for that visit. If they had done what they promised they'd do in the first place, I wouldn't have an extra bill. My first impression of the doctor was good, but now I know that he really has no time or concern for me or my child. I recently took my child in for their 2 month visit and had questions and concerns about vaccines. I had done some of my own research and found a vaccine schedule that I wanted to use for my child instead of the one recommended by the CDC. I called the clinic to make sure that Dr. O'Very was on board with this, and I was told he was. Well, he's not. He dismissed my concerns and didn't even do a proper check up on my child (he didn't so much as examine my child). I was told that the research I had done and the things I'd read were a "work of fiction." I won't be taking my child, or any future children, to this clinic. I really wish today's pediatricians had more respect for parents and their concerns. The only thing that I did like about this place were the cards they send home with you with your child's footprints and the notes from the visit.

Dr. McKenna is great. Five stars for him personally. Office staff really isn't that friendly and their billing is archaic. No payment website? Really? The only way to pay is in person, over the phone, or by mailing it in. It isn't the 90s anymore guys.

We've been with Treehouse for 3 years now. My kids have Dr. McKenna who is seriously amazing! 10 stars for him If I could. If he wasn't such an amazing doctor we would not still be here. Every experience I've had here, I just kept telling myself it'll get better.. Well 3 years later and they are seriously worse. I don't know who has done the hiring but the receptionist are HORRIBLE. Do they even like their jobs? I hate walking in and they are just instantly rude. Some of the nurses are nice ( depending on the time of day). Others are just like the receptionist unfortunately. Billing is AWFUL to deal with. They are so so mean. I called one time due to a bill and in the background there was someone else listening in on my conversation with who I was talking to on the phone and they were making MEAN comments about what I was trying to talk about. This place really needs to work on customer service. Just recently I had to call in to reschedule an appointment and whoever I talked to was very Monotone to talk to and pushed our appointment out a month and I had to call back in and she said she forgot to look at other days and gave us a closer date.. Guys, I'm telling you, If Dr. McKenna ever leaves, I'm leaving with him. The only person here who seems to actually enjoy people is Dr. Mckenna. Basically, this place is a joke. They really need to work on customer service and they need to take some happy pills. Look elsewhere unless you don't care for friendly staff. GOOD LUCK

Jasmine Wiegman

Love Dr. O'very, but don't have a problem with billing, they are never in even if their hours say they should be and won't return your calls. If they have made a mistake, you are just out of luck. Been trying to fix my bill for over two months.

Expecting Five Passengers

It's been a year and a half since I've been here. Dr. Bell was who I picked from the moment I had my daughter, and it was truly the worst decision. The moment my daughter was born, she was tiny 5lbs 13 ounces, he recommended formula and made the nurses TRY to get her to take a bottle, with out letting me try breastfeeding first, I was told if she didn't take the bottle they'd put her in NICU. Then instead of letting me try skin on skin, they said they had to take her to warm her up! I wish I was more outspoken then, bc the moment she breastfed (never took the bottle) and skin on skin every thing was amazing! All levels up! Then when I brought her home, I had to go back daily to have her levels checked, supposedly she lost a whole pound in a few days, and he said if she didn't gain by the next day she'd have to be admitted. All this time he is telling me to NOT breastfeed, formula feed, and even gave me 2 free cans. He is a formula pusher. He made me cry and feel so incapable!!! I was absolutely crushed. I let mother instinct take over and said no to the formula and breastfed her every hour til the next day! Guess what??? She gained a whole pound back in a day??? He said then I over fed her!! Nope, my guess is the rushed snotty nurse didn't finish letting the scale set before saying how much she weighed! Must have been to busy to wait 2 more seconds. The staff are so so rude!!! I am so glad I left. My new pediatrician is so loving and kind. And always tells me how AWESOME she is growing, that she is just tiny and that it's normal. So, if you intend to breastfeed, he is a formula pusher! So stick to your guns and keep trying!!

I absolutely love Dr. McKenna!!! He has been our Dr. Since the beginning. I have 4 children and he has been fantastic with each one. He has always given us the very best care. My oldest is almost 13 so we have seen all the doctors and assistants. We have always been treated with courtesy. I have had to ask on several occasions for immunization records to be faxed, they have always gotten that done. I would recommend treehouse pediatrics to anyone. Sometimes there is a wait, but I dont feel like our appointment is rushed or that were just going through the motions. Dr. McKenna always makes sure we're taken care of!

I trust Dr McKenna with my life. We have moved around several times and so we have had our fare share of pediatricians and never have I met anyone as personable, helpful, knowledgeable, caring, and funny as doctor McKenna. I also love that he takes his time with my kids and we feel like VIP. So as soon as we moved back to cache valley, we went back to seeing him! I have zero complaints. The office is very nice and clean, and the staff is super welcoming.
