Southridge Pediatrics is incredible—all of their providers are fantastic. Our pediatrician takes her time with you, answers all your questions thoroughly, and is incredible at putting our kids at ease. When we’ve had to see covering physicians, I’ve felt like they are just as compassionate. Wait times are usually reasonable. They offer aquality mental health integration. We love Southridge and I can’t recommend this office enough!

Dr.Blackburn has been my daughter pediatrician since she was born. He is absolutely fantastic and we love him, his bedside manner is incredible and he really makes the kids feel loved and comfortable. The office staf is also very friendly. It is a clean and whenever I call with a comcern they get us right in or a nurse calls back very quickly. I cannot say enough great things about Southridge Peds and Dr. Blackburn!

We’ve taken our daughter to Dr. Gottlieb since she was born. He is an excellent pediatrician who really takes the time to understand our concerns. We are confident in his knowledge to care for our child. The clinic has always been able to make same day appointments available if needed. Anyone would be lucky to be able to have Dr. Gottlieb as their child’s pediatrician or any of the other pediatricians at Southridge Clinic Pediatrics!

Horrible experience and unprofessional. Daughter had a ear infection for about 4 weeks with an off/on temperature. (It was similar symptoms to other ear infections she had in the past.) The doctor said to go home and wait it out. We went home and came back a few days later as instructed. Daughter still had a temp off and on of 103. The second visit we were sent home again. The third visit he was going to send us home again and finally decided to run a variety of unnecessary tests. In the end, it was as I suggested - the same problem she had before (a regular ear infection). In short, Dr. Duffy doesn't know how to listen to patients or problems. While I was in the room with my daughter a young nurse was trying to take her vitals. My daughter was very anxious and upset. I was a little anxious as well being multiple visits. The nurse left and Dr. Duffy came in, he sat on his chair, he rolled the chair up within a few inches of my face, and said to never speak to his staff like that. To this day I don't know what I did or said to his staff. I've never heard of a doctoring being so unprofessional. Yes, I was a concerned parent with questions. One week later they sent me a letter in the mail saying that they refused to treat us in the future. WOW...I've never have heard of that before... My family and neighbors now all call him - Dr. Huffy Puffy. Expect a very poor experience.

My son has been seeing Dr. West since birth. Her help has been extremely valuable as a first time parent. She takes all the time you need to answer any questions and make sure you feel comfortable with the answers. She listens to parents and helped order the correct tests to diagnose my son with a complicated medical issue when we both felt there was still something “off”. Her office staff is extremely competent and experienced. Everything from vaccinating to receiving calls back on questions happens as smoothly as possible. We have seen several of the other doctors at southridge as well, and we have been happy after each appointment. We will definitely continue to see Dr. West after the birth of our second child next month. My husband and I recommend her to any parent who will listen.

I've always had a good experience at Southridge Pediatrics. They always squeeze us in on short notice and we're always taken back promptly. Each room is decorated as a new Disney theme and it's very well done. I love my child's pediatrician, Marcus Blackburn. Definitely recommend both the doctor and office. Not to mention the beautiful view from the waiting room!

This office is AWESOME! I had four of my kids(11, 8, 6 and 2) they were each seen one after another. Dr. Farnsworth is kind and patient with the kids and explains everything in detail. I also really liked the dental hygienists. I’m so glad we found this dentist office. I highly recommend!!

I absolutely love this office. My daughter currently see's Dr. West. Since I'm a first time mom we go in a lot and we've seen other doctors, when Dr. West has been out of the office. There aren't enough words to describe how much I love the staff at South Ridge. When my son was born he was borderline jaundice. We went to an initial pediatrician that wasn't as eager to test his billiruben levels as I would have hoped for. We went to see Denise the Lactation Consultant at South Ridge and she grabbed Dr. Blackburn to come look and he wasn't willing to take a chance with my newborn's health. So they brought me back a couple of hours later and tested him, he was high and we were able to get him on lights before it got to a more serious level. They have been so good with him. They have also been so informative to explain what they are recommending or the procedure they are about to perform. I am very grateful for all they have done for us this last year! Thanks everyone!!

My son has been seen by Dr. West since birth and I feel that he has been in the absolute best hands. She will put your child's best interest ahead of anything, suggesting only the smartest way to do things. As long as I live in the area, my children will be seen by Dr. West.

I have attempted to vaccinate my 1 year old daughter three times now, each time driving up there, taking time off work, calling ahead. I was told she could not get vaccinated 1 day before her birthday by the nurse, then the pediatrician said I could get some vaccines and to come back after our 2 weeks vacation. We showed up after our vacation, 2.5 weeks later and we were told we needed to wit at least a month between the shots. After a month, we came back and the same nurse who didn't want to vaccinate my daughter ar her 12 months well check, told me my daughter was fully vaccinated and didn't need more shots. It didn't seem right to me so I called the nurse manager and found our thst my child was still missing vaccines... I explained my case and go no sympathy. I was treated like I was wasting their time. It was a horrible experience especially because my child's well being was at stake. When I said I would be taking my kids away from the practice all I got from the nurse manager was 'ok, I can cancel your appointments. ' Just like that...

We go to Southridge pediatrics and always feel welcome by the receptionists and receive return calls promptly from nurses when we have concerns. We see Dr.Esham for our infant daughter and We're lucky we found a doctor whom we really enjoy talking to, she's very professional and personable.

I have had countless last minute appointments for each child and he has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and issues and has answered all my questions. He's very kind and professional and is so great with my kids. We recently moved up Davis county and have decided he's well worth the long drive! Can't get rid of good thing! I highly recommend him and his colleagues.

I’ve been taking my kids here for four years. Doctor Gottlieb is fantastic. He’s so kind, knows what he’s talking about and just really seems to love his job. It’s like he thinks your child is the most amazing to have been born on the planet and he loves to see the kids grow and progress! We love Dr. James Gottlieb. He cares and takes the time to listen and hear what you want and the plan you want to take. He will, almost all of the time, go with your opinion unless he feels very strongly that there might be a better choice. He’s personable and great with my son. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. The office staff is always so helpful and timely. When I have a concern with anything they get it taken care of ASAP. The only time I have had to wait more that 24 hours for anything is when the dr is out of the office that day.

He has been my boys Dr since my 2nd one was born. He was his nicu dr. I had a dr before I did not like. . So I'm glad we started to go here. He is always friendly? Asks how I'm doing. We really like Dr. Blackburn, but appointments with him are often overbooked. We had to wait 1.5 hours after out APPOINTMENT time to see Dr. Blackburn. After calling to discuss our concern with the office manager, she simply told us to switch to a less popular doctor to avoid waiting. I understand small delays, but I view an appointment as time that has been allocated for us....1.5 hour delays are not acceptable.

The doctors and nurses here are great! I dont like the front desk ladies, they aren't very nice at times. Especially when it comes to being next in line. They need to have please use the next window signs like the tellers at banks have if they truly aren't able to help you!

Dr. West is the sweetest Doctor but her nurses and the on call Doctors were so rude and condescending that we decided to cancel all future appointments and find another pediatrician. The on call Doctors are incredibly rude and disrespectful unless you are their patient. I spoke with a manager about the first bad experience with Dr. Esham but it seems that there is an on going issue as we had the same experience with Dr. Ring. If they or their nurses would have let us complete a sentence over the phone, they would have understood what we were needing from them. They, instead, chose to cut us off and repeatedly barked the same commands at my husband and me until we gave up trying to ask for clarification and ended the call. Awful customer service, awful at letting us know our options, awful bedside manner. If it were at all possible to work exclusively with Dr. West we would have stayed.

I've taken my kids to see Dr.Ring for as long as I can remember and she has always taken the time to talk with them for as long as they need her. I love her sweet disposition, she's always smiling and happy to see the kids. She actually took time to talk about college plans with my daughter that's getting ready to graduate this month. My daughter didn't want to leave home to go to school because of anxiety but Dr. Ring talked to her and told how great college life can be and how important it was to experience that kind of stuff AWAY FROM HOME. She actually convinced her to enroll at Dixie this fall!! I've never had a single complaint with Dr. Ring. She's compassionate, personable, smart, and she will explain things to you so you feel in control and understand what is happening with your child's care. BEST PEDIATRICIAN EVER!!!

We have been seeing Dr Duffy at Southridge Pediatrics for over 13 years! We consider it the greatest reference from a friend we have every received. Our 3 kids had a lot of complex health issues and Dr Duffy, as well as ALL the other physicians, the entire staff of nurses. medical assistants, care Cordinators, have always been the most professional, caring, and helpful clinic in the valley. They go above and beyond to listen, and care for each patient and nothing is more comforting when your kids are sick as having your pediatrician and staff feel and treat you like family! We are so thankful to work with Southridge Pediatrics! Best pediatricians, Best clinic manager, Best care Cordinaters, best nurses and medical assistants, receptionists, billing- we have NEVER had an unpleasant experience. I could list off a million and one great things about this clinic and the ways in which they have helped our family. We love these humans!

Love Dr. Duffy! My kids have been going there since birth over 9 years ago and Duffy is fantastic! Generally very clean, nice waiting area that is large so you don't have to sit next to a sick patient when you're there for a well check or the other way around.

Had the absolute worst experience at Southridge. Everyone was nice, but I did not have a pleasant experience with Dr. West. She didn't listen to anything I said and just kept telling me that I was wrong. I feel like she should work on the delivery of information. I will definitely not be going back!
