The staff is very friendly and professional. This is a great place to visit for vaccinations and/or other health-related questions and education before someone travels abroad. It could really make the difference of whether you contract some horrible disease (which could cost a lot of time, money, and physical pain). They have nearly all the vaccines (some clinics do not) and they are generally a good price for each. My only two complaints are: the consultation fee is high in my opinion (~$60) but worth it; and it is sometimes hard to reach because they are so busy (usually they are booked full 2 weeks out).

By far the best experience I've ever had with medical care. The staff was friendly and helpful every time I interacted with them. They answered all my questions on the phone when I called to schedule, were friendly and professional when we arrived, and the appointment was excellent. Our RN was extremely thorough and knowledgable. We spent a solid hour with her going over the most up to date information about health risks and available vaccines for our trip. She guided us to choose the best options for us, and administered the shots we needed right then and there. Even better, the prices were more reasonable than at the private travel clinic (Passport Health) that I had called previously. Do be aware that they are busy, so you should leave plenty of lead time to get your appointment scheduled. I got their voicemail when I called, but they always got back to me within 24 hours as promised. Appointments should be scheduled for 4-6 weeks before your trip, and they are usually booked a couple of weeks out. I'd recommend calling them 2 months before your trip. If you're preparing for a trip where immunizations should be considered, definitely make an appointment here. They are friendly, thorough, and go above and beyond to make sure you stay safe and healthy on your trip. I can't say enough good things!

Tried reaching out to International Travel Clinic multiple times in Salt Lake City and Utah county but each time it goes to voice mail and no one gets back for appointment inspite of leaving detailed messages. So looks either their VM is not working or appointments are not given and this is just a website.

Tried to call like 10 times. left multiple messages. Useless. Missed one of their calls back, continued communication. Just go to the University of Utah Travel clinic where they actually have employees to answer the phone and help you.

Called and even emailed and here it is a week later I'm still waiting for a response, absolutely worthless! Don't waste your time.

Very friendly staff who answered all of our questions in relation to our upcoming trip!

Receptionist was very rude, and scoffed at any question I had. She sarcastically said they were three weeks out for an appointment, which doesn't seem too likely. Maybe she just likes getting paid to scroll instagram? Overall, not a good experience.

I was referred here by my employer and my regular doctor as I was traveling internationally and wanted to make sure I had the necessary shots and health information. I called and left a message and was called back within a few days to schedule an appointment. I arrived and the staff were friendly. My only reason for -1 star is because they made me wait 30 min over my scheduled time otherwise the experience was great, and they answered all of my questions.

We chose this clinic because my teenage girls are traveling to Ghana this summer. Skeptical because of bad/no reviews but our experience was great. I called and left one message and received a call the next day to set our appointment. Hollie administered the vaccine and was excellent and so knowledgable. She walked my girls through the entire pamphlet of precautions to take while in Ghana, and was very thorough and professional. Very good experience overall, and the office visits were the lowest I found. The only downside was that our insurance does not cover immunizations so it came out of pocket.

I was pretty happy to find this place, and when I made an appointment the lady was incredibly friendly. Well the day of my appointment traffic was horrendous. It took me an hour to get there when it generally should have taken me 35 minutes. I ended up being 15 minutes late. I walked in and they had no record of my appointment. I stood there for 5 minutes with two people looking for my name. No where to be found! And they didn’t even bother to fix it or help me. Told me that even if I had been on the schedule I would have had to reschedule anyway. Don’t waste your time! Worst customer service ever. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised.

I don't usually like to leave a bad review as I know how hard it is as a business owner to please everybody. However, it was super difficult to get an appointment and when we finally got one, we went to the building and was sent tot he wrong suite then sent to another clinic on Main st. When we were finally sent to the right spot, they told us they wouldn't see us because we were late. Yeah, because when we were on time, they sent us to the wrong spot. I ended up making an appointment at the St. Marks travel clinic and they were much easier to work with. Save yourself time and the headache and schedule at St. Marks or the U of U instead.

I was 5 minutes late and was turned away. While I was complaining another mother arrived, with her child, also 5 mins late. She was also turned away. Happy is the least helpful person I’ve met. My vaccinations would not have taken more than 5 min to administer. Public service?

We had a great experience here. We arrived on time and everyone was very nice and helpful to us. It took a lot longer than we expected it to take to get the travel immunizations. They spend a lot of time and give you information on where you are going and ways to stay healthy in the countries you are traveling to (I didn't expect that at all, but it was great). They advised you on the immunizations you should get and why (no pressure involved).
