The staff was friendly enough and they did a great job of talking care of my daughter, however, while going here I felt like my concerns for my baby didn't seem as important to the doctors. I am a new mom so I'm more worried about my daughter maybe more than I need to, but sometimes going to this doctor made me feel like my concerns were not important. Even if my concerns are dumb I would like to feel like the doctor cares more about my baby.

I live in Spanish Fork but drive the extra distance for the level of love and care all the staff there give to us! Any concern or trail that my kids have had they have be more then comforting to us. When we had our first child, Dr. Zollo was the doctor that came to the hospital to check on how he was doing. We were super pleased with his experience and recommendations. Since then we have moved several times for medical school and our children have been seen by a wide variety of pediatricians. We were excited to return to Pediatric Care during our 4th year of medical school and have our 3 children taken care of by both Dr. Zollo and Dr. Fuller! They are both very knowledgeable and helpful. We have visited this clinic for more than 7 years since our first child was born. We did not have a pediatrician in our mind, so the hospital referred us to Dr. Zolo at the beginning. Since then, we never switch to other clinics. Dr. Zolo and Dr. Fuller are great! Very knowledgeable, professional, and patient! Nurses over there are great too! Very nice to all of us. Haven't had negative experience with them so far. Highly recommended!

I took my son in to have a splinter looked at and removed in his foot yesterday. This is only my second time going here. Im not even going to go into the wait time for both appointments but it shouldnt take 2 hours each visit. Dr. Fuller showed up with a pair of tweezers and thats it. No alcohol swab, no bandaids, no ointments. Luckly i washed my son's foot beforehand to keep clean but seriously? Then he proceeded to tear my sons skin away with the tweezers trying to get at the splinter for 20 mins! All the while bleeding and screaming. No lidocaine to help numb his toe. Hes only 18 months. He screamed bloody murder the entire time in obvious agony and i finally had to tell the doctor to stop. He could have made a small incision and pulled out the splinter after numbing it but when i asked wouldnt it be better to cut and pull he said to me, "its only a few layers of skin." it was not and when i finally realized it, i stopped it. I felt like he had no idea what he was doing and was just trying to rush it. obviously overworked. No care for the actual child. Then he claimed the nurse would be in with ointment and a bandage. The nurse came in with nothing, so i asked for the items and she said "what? Like vaseline?" Sad i had to specify neosporin so there wouldn't be any infection. I recommend NEVER using this facility. My son had night terrors all night from the ordeal and wont let anyone near his foot and freaks out if you touch it.

I wish I could give it half a star.. I took my son in Sunday and saw Dr. Zollo. He looked at my son and in his ears and said he just had a cold. Well I took my son into his normal doctor and he has really bad double ear infections!!! This could of resulted in my sons ears rupturing!!! Also the doctor took maybe 5 minutes to look at my son, just in and out didn't care at all!! I do not recommend this office!! The only thing I will say is his receptionist and MA were nice!

I absolutely love this office! I always have a positive experience whether it's an infection or a broken bone or a well child check-up that we are there for. In finding good doctors my main concerns as a parent are that the staff is knowledgeable, that they listen and can address my concerns as a parent, that they have good bedside manner/are great with kids, and that they work efficiently with my insurance at billing. By far they meet all those criteria. I have been to multiple pediatricians in the valley and both Dr. Fuller and Dr. Zollo are superior to any other office I have found, not to mention how good they are at making my kids feel comfortable at every visit (my kids' favorite is the balloon animals they give and the fun themed rooms). I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

I have been taking my daughter here for 8 months and I hate working with this office and these doctors. After seeing all the doctors there is only one that is good, and the office does not work with you in scheduling appointments with him. And the doctors contradict eachother and say that what the other one said isnt true, so its confusing to see more than one. The doctors (other than the one I prefer) just give you a guess on what they think could be wrong with your baby. One doctor, after hearing about my daughter's sleeping habits and fussiness, suggested she may have an ear infection. He looked in her ears and then told us that she had too much ear wax to tell. He did not clean out her ears to look better or ask about other symptoms, instead he proceeded to tell us that she probably has adhd. The office staff seems nice in person, but don't count on them answering the phones after 4, yet they close at 5. When you do get through and talk to the nurses, they blow off your concerns and end the conversation, regardless of how bad it may be. If they don't want to deal with it they say, "if you feel like it's that bad, just take her to the er." It's not worth your time, money, or child's safety to go to this clinic.

The review is for the billing department, not the care itself, which was good. I paid for the visit in cash on the same day. I received a bill weeks later for the same amount for the same visit. I have contacted billing via email and phone for weeks and cannot reach anyone. I am so frustrated that I am being billed twice and can't get this resolved that I will never come back.

We moved here last year and were referred to Dr. Fuller by another doctor who we know. We have been bringing our two children ages 4 and 1 here for the past eight months. It has been easy to schedule appointments and get a referral to a specialist. We have never had to wait more than a few minutes and have had a good experience with the front desk staff and the nurses. They are all super helpful and friendly. The office seems pretty clean and there are toys in each room, which has been helpful! Dr. Fuller presents with a friendly and laid back approach. My kids haven't always been super cooperative, but he's been patient with them. I appreciate that Dr. Fuller either remembered our names or took the time to take note of them and called the kids and I by our names. He also was open to answering questions about my daughter during my son's appointment. Another thing we appreciated was that we were able to get our flu shots here the same time we brought the kids in for their flu shots and that saved my husband and I a trip somewhere else to get them!

Pediatric Care has been great! We have never had to wait for a long time. They always get us in quickly. They have been really great about squeezing us in for emergency appointments when my baby has been sick too! The doctors and nurse are kind, and very helpful. They always answer our questions thoroughly and make us feel very comfortable here. So why a 4? They give good advice, but often you have to ask for it. I would prefer more unsolicited advice about general things, being a first-time parent.

We found this office by default. We hadn't found a pediatrician during my pregnancy and our baby came a few weeks earlier than planned. Dr. Zollo and Dr. Fuller were the peds in the hospital that day. I'd say we lucked out. They are wonderful and listen to every concern. Waiting room times are super short and I never feel rushed out. The office staff is sweet! We love this office and will continue to see them with our babies !

We have been coming to Pediatric Care in Provo for over 5 years with our kids. We used to commute from Price just because we trusted their advice and loved the attentiveness to our kids. A few years ago our daughter was rushed to Primary Children’s with breathing complications and during her post visit after being released, Dr Fuller prescribed her something to help with her airways so we wouldn’t have to experience that again. This is just one instance where they answered our prayers. Dr Zollo is our regular doctor and is very knowledgeable and comforting. They have an awesome staff, and we’ve never had a bad experience. The nurses, front desk, and billing department are equally fabulous and are so easy to work with. The hours are great, and they always seem to be able to fit us in when I have a mommy worry moment. I never have to worry knowing that I have Pediatric Care in my circle! Thanks for all you guys have done and continue to do for our family. I truly believe you’re the best!

Very poor experience here. Luckily for my little boy I have a medical background. They were stating that he had testes that weren't decedning into the appropriate position and were talking about surgery to help bring them into position. However, they seemed to be just fine. So I took him for a second opinion with my wife and I's primary care physician. He agreed that the testes were just fine. However, he did find other medical conditions that were of concern that the doctors here completely missed. So from my experience I would highly recommend finding another place to take your kids.

Not only was the visit fast, but the staff and doc was AMAZING! We've had good experiences every time we've taken our daughter, and she's our first so you know we're picky. We don't have to wait forever to get seen (like at other doctors), which is nice. We get helpful answers to all our questions. The nurses and doctors are all nice and efficient.

Dr. Jones is wonderful!! He was my oldest boys Dr. When he was younger. (He is 26 now) he is my youngest boys Dr. Right now. And his bedside manner is wonderful. He is for the children, and what is best for them. He always gets down on there level and speaks to them. He encourages them to do there very best in school , at home, anywhere. He helps parents who are new to the diagnosis of there child . Gives them pamphlets , suggest books, and sometimes seminars to go to or read. To help them understand what our child/children go through on a daily basis. I love Dr. Jones he is awesome! I give him 5 stars. And would recommend him to anyone.

I've seen each of the Dr's at this practice and all are willing to take the time to give excellent and thorough care in all areas. Front staff are friendly and easy to work with. The nurse line either answers or is very quick to call you back usually within the hour which is priceless when you are worried about your child. I have moved further from this office and still continue to drive the extra 20 minutes for their excellent care.

Absolutely disgusted by the utter disrespect and lack of professionalism on her part. If i could give ZERO stars based on Gloria Ferron Uribe's phone manners/etiquette alone, I would! I have a sick daughter and you made a difficult life that much more difficult, thank you. Do yourself and the rest of Utah County a favor and seek employment in another field. Sounds to me like a rude and bitter person. Will not be coming here.

Dr Fuller is awesome. He really cares for your child's well-being. He is knowledgeable too. He found a heart murmur in my five year old that all the other doctors had missed. The office staff is friendly and efficient and the nurses are great. The office has been recently updated too. We love this place! My kids actually love going there and love getting their ballon animal at the end. They talk of Dr Fuller like he is family.

I keep having issues with them getting our insurance info in the system. I've received a couple of bills now because they didn't have the right insurance info to go through, even though I had given it to them twice in person. But the staff is really nice and I love that they always leave some openings in case of sick kids. Sometimes it smells a little weird in the waiting room, but I don't notice it every time.
