I have received the best care for both of my children over the past 3 years. The admin staff are welcoming, the nurses are professional and efficient, and I feel like our doctors take the time to really get down to the nitty gritty. Our primary doctor is Julie Berry, my kids adore her and she goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. We have also seen Dr. Clawsen and Dr. Nielson to which we received the same quality of care. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to this establishment as I know they will be well taken care of.

My children have been patients for 11 years, we started off seeing baranko, then Clawson. They were ok, really hard to get into . This past April I had an appointment and was horribly sick and accidently missed the appointment which made two yes ONLY TWO missed appointments in 11 years . I called today to schedule a follow up for my son who was in the ER over the weekend with phenmonia. To my astonishment , they dropped my 5 children as patients due to these TWO missed appointments in the 11 years we've been going . No letter, no phone call .. i had to find out by calling to try and have my son seen . One particular receptionist is sour and not pleasant at all to work with . In the end , I was just another dollar to them . And clearly they could care less about my business . Or my children for that matter . The one star I gave was for the two doctors mentioned above . However even they don't appear to care that we were dropped .

Doctor Charlene Clawson is amazing. She always remembers us and our kids. She answers every question and never seems rushed. She is also very caring towards the children. Her appointments are on time and we never wait more then a few minutes to be seen. The rest of the staff is friendly and efficient. If you are on the fence about who to take your child to take them to Clawson!

I LOVE these people. ALL of them. Dr. Clawson is amazing and has been seeing my son since birth, he's now 7. The entire staff has been loving and caring; It's been genuine through and through. I believe I've seen Grace every time and had some interaction with her. She's been great as well. They all take the time to give you the care that you need. No rushing you out or not answering questions. (excuse grammer, in a hurry)

We started going to PCO about a year ago when our insurance changed. We started seeing the nurse practitioner, who was great with my son. She left the practice and I was worried that we would be forgotten as patients, but they were awesome and got us an appointment with one of the doctors. My kids see Dr. Nielsen and he is so good with them. I'm really happy with the care my kids receive. We never feel rushed when we are seen and the doctor always has lots of helpful information.

Words cannot explain how grateful I am for Dr. Julie Barry! She is absolutely the most patient, kind, and caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She will go above and beyond to make sure you understand everything and are 100% comfortable with every step taken in your child's healthcare. She will walk you through every step, thoroughly review all options with you, and even helps you make a decision that best suits your child's needs. It is so comforting knowing that my child's Doctor really does have our best interest in mind and is not just going to prescribe a medication or recommend surgery for everything. The best part about her is that she is naturally FANTASTIC with children and she actually listens to you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting Dr. Julie Barry!!

I’ve never been treated so badly by a medical office in my life. I was scheduled to have my baby and toddler be seen last week for well child visits with Robert Neilson. As I was heading out the door my baby started to projectile vomit. She proceeded to vomit and cry for about a half hour. We obviously didn’t make it because of that situation. Today I got a letter in the mail saying we can no longer be seen. The nurse told me I should have brought my baby in even though she was vomiting. I would never bring my baby crying and vomiting anywhere. In the seven years I’ve been bringing my kids we have only missed one appointment! I called today to speak with Robert Neilson about the situation and he left a note saying I miss appointments and I’m unwilling to vaccinate my kids. My oldest is fully vaccinated and I do the vaccines slower in my young kids. It’s all about the money to him! If he cared about the kids he treats he wouldn’t care that they vaccinate slower. Take it from me you’ll be better off going to a different pediatric office. They only care about money. They don’t genuinely care about your children. Inconsiderate jerks!!!

I cannot even put in words how much we love this office! Our girls see Dr Wilcockson and we couldn’t be happier with the care and follow up they receive! Our oldest daughter had some chronic issues that we went from pediatrician to pediatrician and we kind of got the brush off and no one seemed to care enough to really help us figure things out. We felt hopeless and helpless to help our daughter. We saw Dr. Wilcoxson and she spent almost an hour with us and let us follow up with her and gave us a plan and gave us answers and explain things and our daughter is ready to go to school and is so proud of her self and the progress that she’s made! The focus is more than just are you growing and have you had your immunizations. From the front desk staff to the billing office to the doctors this office is hands-down the best that I have ever seen and I’ve been seeing pediatrician with my kids for over 20 years. There’s no better place to go!
