We took our twin 2 year olds in for flu shots. This was our first time in the clinic and we were very impressed. The staff was very friendly. The clinic was clean and very nice. We loved it and would drive the 15 min to get there agin!!!!

The service I received here was good and everyone was friendly. However, after, they lost not only my drug screen, but also my TB titer. Because of this I was unable to start a contracted job on time. I am unsure of how a clinic can lose these items, but it was a huge inconvenience. If you have a job looking for a drug screen, I recommend going elsewhere. Great people, but unreliable to get things done as needed.

I had an amazing experience at the Riverton location. I was visiting from out of state with my little one when she got sick so we came here. we came in close to closing time- which worried me- but they spent the time to really figure out what was wrong and I never felt rushed. we only had to wait about 10 minutes. The doctor who saw us (I think was a p.a.) was named Corey and was wonderful. So attentive. He even said he was listening to my daughter while we were in the waiting room noticing her cough. He had great bedside manner and was very gentle and kind. The other members of their staff were very friendly. I definitely recommend this urgent care! Hopefully we won't need a doctor next time we visit Utah, but if we do, we will make sure to find a Medallus. Very impressed.

The service at this office is outstanding. The front desk staff, the nurses, the x-ray technician, and the doctor we're all incredibly friendly, helpful, and thorough. What I appreciated most about my visit was the time that everyone took to explain things and educate me since I like to learn and understand what's going on with my body when I have a problem. They are also very transparent and don't have any hidden cost which is a big deal to me because I hate it when I go for an office visit and expect to pay a certain amount and then there are a bunch of extra fees when the bill comes period I would definitely recommend this business on this office in particular

A year ago I would have told you how amazing the Lehi/American Fork office was, now I have no plans to ever return. They used to be fast, we almost always got right in, they always seemed liked they cared and we pretty much stopped going to our regular doctors because we liked the care we received here. We were seen pretty regularly for strep tests and basic stuff like ear aches and colds and coughs and what not and usually received great care. We love Dr Sterling, (I would probably still take my kids to see him if he worked somewhere else)But it feels like ever since they started their new insurance which we signed up for due to being without insurance things have gone way downhill! Wait times are long, like my kids had time to watch a show or two on Netflix before getting called back, imagine sitting for over an hour with your child in pain just be told three different things by three different doctors over the course of three weeks We took our son there a few months ago due to terrible stomachs pains and a sore throat and after being seen three different times over a course of three weeks we still had not figured out what was wrong. He just kept having swabs stuck down his throat for strep tests that all came back negative but yet they still insisted on testing him over and over again. We ended up in the ER late one night because our son was in so much pain he couldn't even stand up straight and the doctor just listened to us for about 10 minutes going over the awful three weeks we had had and he gave us a diagnosis within 5 minutes! And we were finally able to get him feeling better within a few days of the meds we were given. It honestly felt like the clinic was just trying to tell us whatever would get us on our way. I was told twice, well this is what is going around and it could be what it is. And come back in a week if it's not better That's it, what's going around?? And then the last appointment we had before ending up in the ER they just started testing him for whatever, he had a mono test done, another strep test and that's was it, sent us on our way again with nothing. Dr. Foster was who we saw that day and she said I should pay for the strep test to be cultured and although I didn't feel like that was what it was I figured she was the doctor and she wouldn't think it was necessary unless there was a reason. Also that day my niece had some x rays done on her hurt shoulder and the doctor told me she felt like it was a good idea to have the x rays reviewed for yet another fee, which I paid for and then NEVER heard anything so that was a waste of money. Both tests were, it just felt like they were trying to get whatever money they could from me. In the end, I was told by both the ER doctor and our pediatrician that all urgent cares are good for are diagnosing ear aches and strep, a year ago I wouldn't have agreed with either of them but now I do. And when my husband asked if we could cancel the insurance because we don't plan on coming back after what happened he was told that we should have just waited to come back in, basically he thought we should have just let our son be in severe pain all night so we could go back in and what? Have another strep test done! Because all they focused on was the throat issue even though his stomach was the worst part of everything. Turns out my son had a stomach ulcer and the throat pain was being caused by bad acid reflux and doing what the clinic said to keep doing, which was giving ibuprofen to help with the pain just made the problem worse! Two different doctors said that after the first strep test was negative, maybe even the second negative test the clinic should have moved on to something else and we could have avoided how bad it got. We ended up there a few weeks later thinking my son did have strep and although the test came back negative the doctor still felt it was necessary to give him a prescription for an antibiotic. If there was not strep, why is an antibiotic being given? Needless to say we are done with going there and now have to pay for useless insurance.

Before, during, and after my daughters mission physical they told her they would bill the insurance. (It’s covered 100%). 5 months later and now they say they won’t/don’t bill insurance for mission physicals and sent her to collections. Nobody knows what they are doing in this office. You’ll get 15 different answers from 15 different people.

They will not accommodate even reasonable requests. They are understaffed. You will spend a long time waiting. I even saw one gentleman who limp out after having waited too long to be seen to go somewhere else. I was told we'd be an hour. We were here for 3.5. I asked to be in and out tomorrow or if we could take the medicine with us so we wouldn't have to wait tomorrow. We were told no. It was painfully obvious that the power trip staff wanted to make sure they could charge another $120 just to see us again. We were given two scenarios, come back tomorrow and if the infected area is larger we go straight to the ER or if it's less we get a shot and would be released. BOTH of those scenarios they want to charge me for. It's a nickel and dime shop. If you can, go somewhere else at all costs. The good. There doc was friendly, but never worth the wait. UPDATE: I was accompanying a sick family member when this happened, so looking me up in your system won't help you. And clearly, you are nickel and dime-ing if you charge me for a second visit that the outcome can be one of two things, you send me to the ER or you give me another injection. We opted not to return, filled the prescription and the family member is better. Just saved $120 by NOT listening to the advice of the "experts" in your office. If you'd like to improve as you say in your response below, take the approach to help the people financially as much as with their health.

Plan on waiting about 2 hours before you’re even seen. Brought my two kids here for a to make sure nothing serious was going on with them. Also if you have more than 4 people in the room the nurse will tell you it’s “too crowded” and make people go back to waiting room. We were there almost 3 hours.

I have struggled with anxiety and depression through most of my life and finally felt like i could be open about it and take charge. I chose to go to Medallus and was a bit nervous upon arriving. Let me tell you, as I walked in I was treated with the most respect and kind words from everyone working there. I felt so comfortable as I spoke with the front desk at check-in and was quickly taken back within 5 min. The nurse Sally was sweet and very informative, and also not pushy or rude. I never felt judged by her or my Doctor Cynthia, who I will love returning to in the next few weeks for a check up. They made me feel normal, even with everything im going through, and i felt supported by them as well. I got prescribed some things we are going to try and im looking forward to my new and fresh start at life dealing with these issues. If you are like me and need help with depression or aniexty and are scared to seek help please go to them, you will not regret it.

I was visiting from out of town and developed a severe sinus infection. I went to the Medallus Urgent Care Center and was able to be seen right away. The staff was friendly and understanding. I saw Cindy Whiting who was able to prescribe the right medications to clear up my sinus and ear infections and make the rest of my visit more comfortable. Along with oral antibiotics she prescribed something to put in my nasal rinse that made a dramatic difference in how quickly I got over the infections. She was professional and actually took the time to listen to my woes. If 10 stars were available I would rate Cindy Whiting’s care 11 stars! Thank you Cindy!

I cannot believe how long I have had to wait to give a urine sample. I do not need to see a provider I do not need any kind of examination. I literally just need to give a urine sample and I have been waiting for over an hour. I work in emergency medicine I know what a busy location looks like and I can see very clearly that this is not busy, they just have no idea how to triage and prioritize their pt care.

Although I was impressed with all the nice people here. I am very concerned about your Physician Assistant that I visited the first time after checking my pulse, heart rate and symptoms, she seemed perplexed and could not figure out what I had. First she said I did not have the flu, and then she said I did have it and then she changed her mind a third time to put me on Amoxicillin. Later a nice lady called me back a week later and she asked how I was doing and I told her I had already take almost all the medicine but was not doing any better and my wife who chose not to go to the instant care was actually healing faster with the same symptoms I have. She said, "you should be doing and feeling better by now. She said if you come in today we have a doctor not a physician assistant who will diagnose you better. So can you come in again, and we will put it as follow up visit. When I came in and said, "will I be billed twice for the physician assistant not identifying the problem and she said normally you will be charged twice!" That is frustrating and expensive. The second visit was not a doctor even though I was told the doctor has been here for 20 years. He was another Physician Assistant. And he gave me a shot that helped speed up the process. I still think I was not given the correct medicine. Thanks for listening.

No wait in the middle of the day. Dr. Taylor quickly diagnosed my son's rash and sent us on our way. We are from out of state, but I would definitely visit here again if the need arises. Interesting to note, Dr. Taylor looks and acts more like a personal trainer than a doctor. He's very relatable and not uptight. Awesome to see a cool MD.

Big "0" stars, I went there and the so call Dr. told me I had an infection in the intestines after they make sure it was not a UTI or anything else but she refused to give me any antibiotics because she said she need it more information, so she wanted me to go to ER and spend thousands of dollars on more "tests" and to be reevaluated!!!! I called later to ask for them to send an ultrasound order for me somewhere close to work but they said NO because the provider I saw wasn't in that day and that I will need to go again an be reevaluated and pay again in order for me to get the ultrasound order...... What do they do for you then???? Go to a real DR. or a Hospital .... NOT wort it, don't waste your money with people that clearly do not have the knowledge to help you and that anyway they will send you to a Dr. or the ER they don't do anything for you.

I understand that walk-in urgent care is first come first serve, but man, this place is slow. Been here twice over the last few weeks, and each time, it took two hours to get through 3-4 people in front of us. Unless you have a few hours to wait, I'd recommend other health facilities in the area.

I had an excellent experience at Dallas medical this past week. They were friendly, prompt, and took care of my need very quickly. There was little waiting, the nurse and the Doctor Who help me where cheerful and understanding. They provided exactly what I needed and got me on my way. I would recommend them any time. Since I live in a different state, I may not return, but they have a great and very comfortable Way of doing business.

Staff was pleasant but they didn’t seem to be organized at all. The receptionist was rude and kept going to a room to eat food. She didn’t listen to me and kept messing up on the forms. I waited for over an hour to be seen and was really disappointed in my treatment. I came because of a sore throat and I left feeling more confused about my diagnosis and didn’t feel cared for. There was very little communication and they weren’t professional. Don’t go here.

The staff was very personable and professional. I had a short wait and the facility was very clean. It had an atmosphere of a family doctor more than an urgent care facility. They took great care of me and diagnosed my sinus infection. They even gave me a sinus flush bottle for free, which I really appreciated. I had a prescription called in to the pharmacy closest to my home and I was on my way. All in all they made it a great experience and I will definitely go back.

EDIT: I am bumping this from a one star to a three star because I need to accept that my wearing headphones might have played a part in the misunderstanding. However, it does not excuse the receptionist for not making more of an effort to recognize I had been there an hour, nor does it forgive her lack of respect when answering perfectly reasonable questions. I call in 15 minutes in advance and the receptionist tells me they are wide open with super short wait times. I come in and the receptionist asks me to leave my name and time of arrival. 50 minutes later (yes 50) the receptionist hands me new patient forms to fill out. What was I using the other 50 minutes for??? I ask her how much longer it will be after that and she gives me a dumb deer in the headlights look and shrugs. I ask her again for an estimate, "Uh, ummm, uh... a while I guess." Wow! So I drove a mile down the road to a real doctor's office and 15 minutes since little miss wait 50 minutes for paper work I am sitting in an examination room (that is how it is supposed to work).

Best place to go when you are sick. I took my son in for a fever and sore throat and they treated him so well. Even gave him a juice and Popsicle for his sore throat. He was diagnosed with strep and given a prescription for an antibiotic, they also gave him Motrin for his fever and a liquid steroid to drink to help with the inflammation in his throat. I love that they will give meds in the clinic so you start feeling better immediately. The staff works quickly without making you feel rushed and they are very friendly. We will definitely use this clinic again.

We went in for my son's physical check up for sports. I looked up their website and it said they accepted United Healthcare insurance. I thought it was weird that they told me to not to worry about filling out the insurance part of the paperwork. So I filled out all the paperwork and asked if she needed my insurance card when she asked for my ID. She said they didn't need it. After all was processed, she then told me that it was $25. My insurance doesn't have co-pay and my son hasn't had his yearly well check up. I then asked why can't my insurance cover it and she responded that a lot of insurance don't cover it so they go ahead and just charge the $25 fee. I know for sure my insurance will cover it. Without wanting any confrontations I just agreed to pay the $25 fee so we can get it over with it and leave since I had to fill out all that paperwork already. I've went to an intermountain clinic back in Provo last year and it was free because they had my insurance information. We went here because it was the nearest to us since we now live in AF and the front desk lady didn't bother to ask for my information. It may be a little thing to have a fit about but I will never come back here. 3 stars because the doctor was great and helpful and check-in was quick after filling out the paperwork! If this was solely based on customer service with the front desk, it would be a 1 because she was happy and welcoming, just didn't like the fact that she didn't notify me at the beginning that it's a fee they charge everyone (supposedly) for this service. If she did, I honestly wouldn't have done it there. But didn't want to waste anymore time than I already did after learning I had to pay the fee. Update 7/28: Please don’t talk to me like I don’t know what I am talking about. That was a physical check up last year. I gave them the same forms to fill out for football. It wasn’t a well check up. It was specifically for a sports physical check up.

Torn on this review because everyone in the office was very nice and the care seemed adequate. However, the wait time is absurd and for no apparent reason. My son had a double ear infection and sobbed in the waiting room for an hour and a half before we were seen. I knew it was an ear infection and that we just needed to get in, confirm the issue, get a prescription and get out. When we finally did go back that’s exactly what happened. Took all of 5 minutes. During the 1.5 hour long wait however I saw the doctor take a personal visit from his wife and daughter for 15 minutes (nothing wrong with a personal break, but my son was violently crying and grabbing his ear like 15 feet away...again, just needed a stupid piece of paper we could take to the pharmacy...). We also saw two people who came in after us, with apparent minor afflictions, be seen before us. It got to the point where all the other people in the waiting room were upset that my 3 year old wasn’t being seen. As I said, when we were finally seen the care was adequate and the doctor and receptionist were nice enough. Fix whatever bottleneck issues you have that cause insane wait times and this would be a 5-Star establishment in my mind.

My complaint is with billing. They charged us close to four times what they quoted us over the phone, which really made me upset. But we have met out deductible for the year, so I was willing to let it go. But my health share requires chart notes to pay, and we have had to call Mendallus and ask them repeatedly to send it. Billing has just been a total bane of my existence with this place.

Staff was great. Dr was horrible, uneducated, judgemental, wasted my time asking unnecessary questions when she knew she wasn’t going to be of any help either way. She knew nothing about my illness, the medication I’ve been taking for years and she lied about what information she said she was unable to find or get a hold of. After leaving, I called my original dr office and pharmacy and was told the exact opposite of what she had claimed. She basically just passed judgement, didn’t want to give me what was needed and chose to lie. Not only is this unethical, it’s dangerous for someone who needs medication. A drs job is not to pass judgement on another. If she was educated enough, she would have had enough information that I had provided and proven and right in front of her. Instead, she used her closed mindedness to judge and put me in danger. Please educate yourself on medications and ALL of their uses and please educate yourself more on all different types of illnesses. Not everyone fits into your tiny little box. Above all, do not pass judgement on your patients. There are actually patients who are honest and do know about their illness and what they need after many years. They may hate medication but they need it. They live with it. You do not. You need more education and you definitely need to stop judging others. It’s written all over your face and that’s the last thing that people and patients need. Shame on you is all I have left to say. Your lying and judgement disgusted me.

I have been seen several times for urgent care, but today was my first visit to Primary Care at Medallus in American Fork. Cindy Whiting really listened to me and helped me make a plan to get my health on track. I needed 2 injections and to have blood drawn and the nurse, Sully, was fantastic. I left the clinic feeling well cared for and I will definitely be returning for primary care.

Visited 4-15-18. This place is clean, organized, and respectful. Took my daughter in today and the staff was great, didn’t treat us like a processing line. Made sure they addressed the symptoms correctly. We will utilize their services again!

My 5 year old son had been sick all day and getting worse by the minute. I took him to the American Fork Medallus because we are members there. They got us in right away and we're so caring and kind. Turns out my son has influenza and pneumonia! He had lots of testing, breathing treatment and even antibiotic shots! All covered in our $10 fee for the member visit! The provider Rory and the nurses and receptionist were amazing! Love this place!!!

Freaking joke. We wanted to get an X-ray for my husbands foot, thinking it was broken. TWO HOUR WAIT!!! If you want to waste your night, feel free to waste it on waiting around here. Will not recommend to anyone else. Three other people left the waiting room as well. They need way more staff to help on busier nights.

I went to this clinic because I have a membership with them and they have many locations that is either close to work or home. I came in this morning for what I thought was just a cold. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I was taken to the back within 10 minutes and seen by one of their providers. After some testing, they discovered that I had Strep!!!! I was given a medication for my throat (which took my pins and needle feeling from my throat quite fast, although the taste though.. yuk! but effective.) I was given a breathing treatment for my wheezing and a shot of antibiotic plus a prescription, all for $10. The membership is a life saver! Will return!!!

I was seen by Cindy Whiting at the American Fork location of Medallus Medical. I had an appointment for a primary care visit. She was professional, pleasant, thorough, and listened to me and answered my questions. She made me feel very comfortable. I am feeling better already and plan on seeing her for my medical needs. The receptionist and medical assistant were friendly and did their jobs well too. The entire visit was a good experience.

Three people ahead of us was about an hour and a half wait (only reason for four stars) but it went quick from there and they sent the prescriptions in right away as well. This is a great urgent care with a great staff that will leave you with the best experience possible for someone in need of urgent care. My wife had a fish hook stuck in her foot, and Sterling did a great job at treating her and making sure we were taken care of. Their prices are also great for a facility like this. They were all very professional and kind, from the receptionist to the nurse and the PA. We left completely satisfied with the service we received.

5/29/2018 I had been admitted to the hospital for Sepsis a couple weeks prior and I wasn't feeling too great so I went to the instacare to get checked out. Worked with Dr. Goodwin and he was great asking questions and being proactive by giving me antibiotics due to my condition and getting lab results. Very friendly, personable! Would definitely go there again. The medical assistant (didn't catch her name) was great as well. Too bad I didn't catch her name!

The receptionist was incredibly rude. She acted like everyone was inconveniencing her. She received a phone call to the receptionist desk while I was waiting and ended the phone call by saying “fine bye” slammed the phone down and said “don’t take my help then” In front of all of the patients in the waiting room. She was rude for the whole phone call so clearly the person on the other end was frustrated for good reason. I left before she even processed my forms as I was waiting 20 minutes for her to even look at them after I put them on the desk. I usually don’t leave bad reviews because I understand that people have their bad days, but this behavior was unacceptable.

I went in to get a simple TB test for school (after being told it is only walk in), and ended up being there for an hour and 15 minutes, an hour of which was just waiting to get called in. They staff was nice and professional, and the place is clean and nice, but the wait time for such a simple procedure is a little bit ridiculous to me.

I had just an awful experience here today. Checked in and waited for 1.5 hours before someone clarified what my insurance information was. Turns out, they didn’t accept my insurance, and sent me away. I get not accepting insurances, but couldn’t that be brought to the patient’s attention before 90 minutes into the wait time? So frustrated. Would not recommend.

Waited for FOUR hours in the waiting room for severe back pain. They did the standard x-ray and pain killers... But that's not the best part... They filed the insurance claim and some of the billing codes got denied... Then TWO YEARS LATER I get another claim from my insurance AND a bill for 250$. WHAT THE ****. Seriously? It takes you two years to sort your billing out? (They had the gall to actually put the bill as over 120 days due... It's the first one they have ever sent.) Incredibly unprofessional. Will never go back.

I go to medallius from time to time for urinalysis testing. For years they have been charging me twenty dollars for the test. Recently they again charged me twenty dollars. However, they then sent me a bill in the mail for fifteen dollars. I called to inquire the reason for the bill and they said that they recently increased their price for this service to 35 dollars and there employee messed up. They then said that they would waive the fifteen dollars this one time. First of all, they should not come after me for the additional money when it was their employee that made the mistake. Secondly, after telling me that they would waive the fee they sent me a bill the following month for the fifteen dollars. I decided to pay the bill so I would not get a bad credit report. However, I feel this is a huge problem and will not EVER go back to Medallius for anything, even if I am bleeding in their parking lot!

Called in and they quoted me $125 for a visit. When I got the bill they had tacked on all kinds of extra fees and tests without asking me. This was a very unpleasant surprise. When I get a service, I expect all fees and costs to be disclosed up front and made clear. This was NOT the case, and left me thinking that they will run up your bill in any way they can. I would not recommend these extortionists to anyone.

Not only is their staff very competent, they are super friendly and helpful. Joy and Aubrey (receptionist and office manager) went way beyond the call of duty to help me at my latest visit. My experience with them made me leave feeling the desire to be a Medallus patient for life. And Cindy’s bedside manner was exactly what I was looking for. I will be switching to her as my family practitioner starting now. I have been so impressed with their service that I even signed up for their monthly membership.

ALL of the information we got here turned out to be incorrect, then came the bill and it was a heck of a lot more than any other medical bill we have ever received for similar services, which seems crazy when we only saw a nurse practitioner and not a doctor. Everyone talks about how friendly the staff was here, and they are, we just didn’t get anything useful here. The only thing we got here was a referral to another doctor who was able to give us correct information.

This is my third time at the Medallus Urgent Care in American Fork, between myself and my children. The receptionists are always welcoming & helpful. I have had three different doctors there and they have all been top notch and had great bedside manners. Today I ended up there because I needed stitches in my leg. The receptionist couldn’t have been more friendly & wonderful!! The nurses were caring & put me at ease. The doctor stitched me up with minimal pain & the stitches look great!

I called ahead to make sure that they could give me something for an auto accident hip pain the receptionist said she talked to provider and they said yes come up and then I get there and after an hour and a half they only offer me a glorified ibuprofen I could have got that at the store at home instead of driving for 30 minutes I will say the staff was nice but I hate being lied to just to get you in

I came to the American Fork/Lehi instacare and it was not a good experience. The receptionist was nice and the x-ray tech was nice, but I was rushed because she was leaving for a wedding. The doctor came in and barely looked at my foot/ankle. He said the x-ray didn't show a break and discouraged me from sending it to a radiologist to look at, in fact, as he walked in the first time, he had a paper ready for me to sign saying I didn't want it sent in. I felt obliged to sign it. He briefly examined my foot/ ankle told me it was sprained although there was minimal swelling and ZERO bruising. I told him it stung like a break not throbbed like a sprain. I played sports growing up and have sprained my ankle many times and have broken bones. The dr talked more about his son that is going to UVU then he did about me and my condition. After 2 months of my ankle hurting I went and got my x-rays and went to a different doctor. My ankle is in fact broken and they x-rayed the wrong spot! Terrible service. I would never come back and tell everyone I know not to go here either. I was walking around in pain with part of my ankle bone broken off. Hopefully it is not too late for it to heal correctly, otherwise, I will have pain with every step I take for the rest of my life.

We had a wonderful experience at the American Fork after hours Medical Urgent Care. It was the Sunday before Christmas and my husband had Bronchitis and was feeling horrible. We went into the clinic and EVERYONE was just great: the receptionist, nurse and Doctor. The Doctor was very caring and concerned and knew what he was doing! The best quality care and informative visit I've had in a very long time. I left my appointment with a plan of action for healing, I had a severe ear infection, and knew what to be aware of and when to follow up. Dr. Sterling Goodwin answered my dozens of questions from inner ear pain to questions about my thyroid. It felt so good to get answers and he explained things in a way I understand and it felt empowering to learn so much. Last night I went with my husband to Medallus Medical in American Fork. My husband had extensive foot surgery six weeks ago and just got his cast off six days ago. Yesterday he noticed that one of his incisions look like it had become infected. This was very serious because if the infection reaches the hardware inside the bones you have to have surgery and remove it all. We arrived just after 7:30 PM and they were supposed to close at 8:00 PM. They got us right in and Dr. Goodwin was great! He ended up giving my Husband two shots and put him on two heavy duty antibiotics. He also talked to us and explained all the details about what could possibly happen and what we should do. They ended up being there well after closing time and were all very gracious about it. He even personally called in the prescriptions so that the pharmacy would have them ready before they had to close - so he was able to get on the medication immediately. We went back to the surgeons office today and the infection is now under control because of the great care he received last night. We always receive excellent care when we go to this clinic!

We seem to have a knack for getting sick on the weekend, and when we do, we go to Medallus Urgent Care. The staff is friendly and the place is clean and easy to get to. Depending on how many others are there, you can wait a while to be seen. I've w alked right in and I've waited over an hour, but with a walk in policy and me coming on the weekend when everyone else is closed, its mind of expected. Overall, I prefer this location over any other urgent care (IHC Instacare for example)
