It took days to get a response to even schedule it. I was running late because I took the wrong exit and called them to make sure I could still get in and should bother coming and they said as long as I showed up by 10:45 am I could be seen. I showed up at that exact time and was refused to be seen. I needed to be seen for migraines, depression and anxiety and was turned away. I couldn’t believe how rude everyone was and how unwilling they were to help me. They are unprofessional and disorganized. They need to retrain people on how to properly deal with patients because they have absolutely no customer service skills and are tossing around different information to their employees. Everyone needs to be taught the same exact thing for we’re not being told incorrect information. DO NOT GO HERE.

The doctors are really nice and helpful, but the staff is the most incompetent group of people I’ve ever encountered in my life. Impossible to get a hold of, never calls back, and on the off chance that they answer, they’re rude, unhelpful, and don’t listen to anything I’m saying. Also have had them hang up on me, which is really cool. Honestly don’t know how they have jobs.

Dr. Rohrer is fantastic! She listens to me and is very understanding. She noticed my ears were impacted with wax. Cleared them up and now I can hear with no ringing in my ears. I was also told I have hyperthyroidism. She tested me and I was perfectly fine. Everyone including the staff if very friendly. They are very understanding. I will continue to see her and recommend her to several people and they also have positive feed back.

I love Foothill Family Clinic I see Dr Heather Jackson and she has helped me so much with my migraines that I get. Other doctors never took the time time to listen and she did. I would recommend her to anyone. Her staff is also so helpful too and friendly.

This will be my very first time ever reviewing anything because I've never felt strong enough emotions about something to leave a review but boy oh boy do I have a review for this clinic, more specifically Dr. Susan Edwards. Susan Edwards was my and my sister's doctors since birth (we are now 24, 22, and 12) and every time I go I have to mentally prepare myself to be treated like I'm stupid. Usually I have to wait about an hour, if not more between the time I'm weighed and measured with the nurse and the time I see Dr. Edwards. I went today and shocker, I had to wait a little over an hour to see her and she acted as though she was so put out by me being there. She scoffed, when I told her that my chunky self works out (ya, I'm definitely chunky but I also eat better than most people I know and work out 3-5 times a week. I just like bread!) and is always attempted to blame everything on my weight. She didn't believe me when I tell her I don't drink or smoke, she asked me three or four times before she finally believed me. Which was infuriating!! She is aggressive when examining your body and has no problem pulling and pushing on you without any warning. I also had my husband come in the exam room who she failed to acknowledge. At all. She did not know who he was because she didn't introduce herself and he couldn't get a word in. She lifted up my top WITHOUT NOTICE (I wasn't wearing a bra) and exposed me to him. Yes, granted he is my husband but she didn't know that. He very well could have been a friend and REGARDLESS you need to be communicating what you're doing, not just lifting tips and bottoms without any consent. In the end she said everything could be solved with working out, which as I mentioned before I already do that. She is rude, inconsiderate, condescending and she rushes through her appointments even though SHE is the one that is late and she gives attitude if you ask questions. I will NEVER go back to her and I will NEVER recommend anyone to go her. However, Dr. Jerry Kelly who works there is amazing, kind, and funny. He's a solid 5/5.

I saw Dr. Dorothy Williams. She was not a good listener and too quick to just write a Rx instead of listen to me. I would not go back to her if my health problem returns.

Extremely rude staff. I had to cancel an appointment due to an emergency. I called in to cancel and reschedule and the girl didn't even let me finish. She said "oh you want to cancel, I don't care." I asked if there were any fees and she said "I don't know I don't care about you." and hung up. We have taken our family there for several years, not anymore. We will take our health care needs elsewhere.

Along with all that he was very knowledgeable about all the topics I wanted to discuss. I will definitely be using him as my primary care doc going forward.

If I could rate my experience under one star I would. My family physician is out of town until next week so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Alexander Clark to check up on a cough I have now had for 3 weeks. As I entered the room I waited for a full hour until his assistant came in and did a check up. She was new and had asked me generic questions that would typically be asked for someone coming in with a sickness. She then left and came back 15 minutes later with Dr. Clark who automatically said without any of his own examining that I was probably just getting over a sickness which was lingering. I proceeded to tell him things had gotten worse and he brushed it off with a couple of prescriptions. I go about an hour later to pick them up and he had prescribed me with Musinex DM which I had told him I had been taking for the last 2 WEEKS with NO result. I ended up going to a local Urgent Care only to find out that I have Bronchitis. Thank you so much DR. CLARK for WAISTING my time and money. Don't waste time if you are sick, go somewhere else!!!!!!!

I would like to offer some patient feedback to a Dr. Clark. And personally recommend a redirection of how to speak to patients especially children. No one wants to come into a doctors office and be interrogated. Well child exams are and should be directed toward the child..Not the parent. No doctor has the right to tell any parent what is good or right for their own child. I have found another doctor that I believe puts the my child first . Whether or not a doctor likes my personal life style is irrelevant. How I feed my daughter excersize or even how her living enviroment is, it terrifies the child when a parent is interogated and has to get angry with the doctor when they have to defend themselves. I am in the medical field and I was appualed by the way another professional started talking down to me and not respecting my rights as a patient in front of another medical trainee. In my field I would be fired and even loose clientell if I ever acted so errogent or unprofessional. I work on doctors, nurses etc all the time and have a wonderful trusting relationship becauase I do not push a personal or political agenda on them. Each patient has the right to get informed if they ask for it. I do not care what insurance companies are asking for information. It is how the doctors are coming across in their communication. Extremely long wait times every time I go. Today it was 90 minutes. Doctors are hit and miss. Nursing staff has generally been unfriendly. I think it's time to find a better doctor.

The Foothill Family Clinic has the most incompetent office staff that I have ever had to deal with. It is incredibly frustrating to call the office with any question other than scheduling an appointment (which is difficult in itself at Foothill). While I like Dr. Clark fine, I would definitely recommend avoiding this office unless you don't mind calling multiple times before someone will help you.

Dr Jose Azarcon Do is by far the worse dr I've ever met with. He didn't care about my problem. I needed some basic bloodwork to check my hormone levels. He prescribed a medication that is not covered by insurance ($500) until I try other more common meds. He never offered the other meds. When I contacted the office they were unresponsive. I finally paid cash for the meds so I could fix my problem. I have no interest in going back to their office for services. I waited hours for the appt and the dr was in the room less than 10 minutes. He was useless! So annoying.

Great facility and awesome doctors! I’ve seen and my family has seen a few drs in the clinic. All are very educated, thorough, and fantastic at explaining things. It’s great that they have a phlebotomy lab and an X-ray machine in the clinic to avoid going to multiple places. I had an X-ray for a hurt neck and got the results within a few minutes. I recommend this place to many people! They truly seem to care. Thanks for the great care!!!

Dr. Atkin at the Draper location is the best doctor I have seen. He listened to my concerns and gave me a lot of information. I've only had good experiences at Foothill. Both my daughter and I have received excellent care from both Dr. Cox and Dr. Rohrer. The staff was all very friendly, professional and helpful. Very caring doctors, nurses and staff members.

Avoid this clinic. Nurses are incredibly unprofessional, loud and talked about their patients with disdain, and even loudly exposed private details about their care. I can tell you that one of the patients has to take "crazy pills" for an "obvious mental disorder". One nurse interrupted a patient/woman asking for help by taking a call from her husband who, after she hung up, she said she would kill for being so stupid. The other nurse agreed and said, "all husbands are idiots". The doctor shared with me the worse possible scenarios so that I "could be prepared"; I went in for a headache and dizziness. Instead I was told that I could have brain bleeding and needed to be taken in for a catscan and EKG. We were also sent to collections for a bill that we paid several months ago. Their billing people didn't update it so we were sent to collections. Overall, I would take urgent care any day over this joke.

I had a poor experience when talking to billing regarding the charge of a five minute visit being $140. I’m in the healthcare profession and I understand that billing is flexible based on the purpose of the visit. I was treated very rudely by the billing employee and won’t be returning based on poor customer service. The medical care was about par no complaints there just wasn’t blown away.

I had been going to Foothill family clinic for 15 years. The company's customer service and billing department have become horrible to work with the last few years. When seeing a doctor I was prescribed a medication that I had known allergy too. I called to cancel my next appointment but was still charged a cancellation fee of $75. Even though I was in the allowable grace period for cancellation.

When I was little this clinic was very good. Since then it continues to slide. Most recently, they misdiagnosed my son and daughter. We went back to the same doctor a 5 days later and she couldn't even remember my son even after looking at his chart. One doctor told me it is either over the counter medicine or the emergency room. No steps or medication in between. You might find a good doctor there, but chances are not good. I think there are some protocols in place that really jeopardize the care of the patients. I asked for a mask for my daughter who is coughing and will be on an airplane soon, the doctor wouldn't even give us that. A MASK! I just wanted to protect the other passengers. My heavens.

I was sent here by Urgent Care for some follow up tests. I called to confirm the appointment two days before but when I got here they had never heard of me. The reluctantly let me inside, and treated me like I could not afford to be there. The Dr saw me briefly and ordered blood to be drawn and then a follow up appointment with my family doctor. When I went to my family doctor he was outraged to hear not only how they had treated me but also because there was apparently no record of me ever being there. Then they had the audacity to bill me for the 'non-existent' appointment, ridiculous.

I have no idea why they have such bad reviews! Love this doctors office. I’ve been to both the cottonwood heights and slc locations. They have a lot of doctors so if you have some sort of emergency you can always call and get a same day appointment. They also have labs and X-ray machines on site.

Poor costumer service, and speaking about lab tests, in any third or fourth world country results come in 2 hours, sometimes even less, tests done at this place is taken ridiculous 4 days. And i almost didnt mention the zoo this facility looks like on a regular basis.

I am consulting Dr Jackson for my 4 yr old and 1 yr old. I was satisfied with the clinic until my one yr old last visit a couple of months ago. They were drawing blood for lead poisoning without letting me know. They sent an intern to experiment on my son and he was struggling to draw blood. He couldn't do it so he called an old nurse and they both trying to draw blood like blood hounds. My son was crying hysterically. I had to ask them to stop. I told this to the doctor and she said I should go to children's hospital for this test. I am thinking about changing the doctor and goto to children's hospital for everything.

This facility is good if you go to any physicians other than Dr. Witbeck. He has terrible bedside manner, and is not a thorough physician. I went in on Christmas Eve with the beginnings of Strep, he didn't even look in my throat or feel my glands. He just said the rapid test was negative (Which I told him it is EVERY TIME I have Strep, 4 times in 6 months). He sent me on my way. By Christmas morning my tonsils were touching and full of infection. Of course the clinic was closed so I had to wait an extra two days for medication. I had to go back, be seen again, and pay another co pay. I wrote a letter and called numerous times to have one of the co-pays waived as it was a mistake on Dr. Witbeck's part, and he declined it. I don't mind paying the money, I am just very upset that it had to come to that. That was incredibly poor patient care. I will never ever go there again to see him, and be sure to let everyone I know not to see him either. Dr. Grazulis on the other hand is great.

I am in the market for a new family doctor so I put in quite a bit of research trying to find a doctor with good reviews that was accepting new patients. I found two on the healthcare website that were at the same clinic and fulfilled both of those requirements. So the next day I called to make an appointment, immediately mentioning that I was a new patient. I proceeded towards making an appointment with the receptionist and part of the way through she told me that the doctor wasn't accepting new patients, so I asked her about the other doctor, who according to the website was accepting new patients, she also said they weren't. I can understand a little bit of discrepancy trying to manage availability of the doctors in your office, so I was trying to be understanding but the receptionist was INCREDIBLY rude and started talking over me when I was trying to ask her about the other doctors. As someone that also works in customer service, I understand frustrating customers, that doesn't mean that you need to become ignorant and rude to them. It's literally your job to be nice, helpful, and accommodating. That said, I have moved on to looking for a doctor at a different clinic.

I would give this clinic 0 stars if I could. The administration failed to do their jobs properly, the provider pushed for unnecessary services, and they are offering zero assistance to remedy one of their patients receiving a very large, unexpected bill. I will not be returning to this clinic for any reason other than to obtain my medical records. Do not recommend.

What is the point of getting a routine physical if you are not allowed to ask the doctor simple questions about your recent health? I went to this doctor looking for a routine physical that would be paid by my insurance, and ended up getting charged for some blood tests that I didn't care to know about, as well as an additional outpatient visit. This additional visit was charged because the doctor gave me some advice on a pain in my knee: "stretch it, and take ibuprofen". How much schooling did you take to come to that conclusion? $21.05 worth,I guess. Please, inform your patients when a 2 minute conversation about common knowledge could cost them another patient visit. What's wrong with this picture? I called to discuss the charges with billing manager and she was not willing to help a poor college student reduce some of the totally unexpected and unnecessary things I was charged for. I will not be returning to this clinic! They want to squeeze every last drop out of you that they can legally justify!

I cannot say enough bad things about this place. Everything from their staff to their corporate is unorganized, rude, & terrible. They have no idea what they are doing. I am constantly playing the middle man to try and clean up their messes. They never answer their phones, and when they do, they’re short & unhelpful. I am SO excited to switch doctors offices!!! Edit: even my insurance called me to tell me they have NEVER been treated so poorly by a doctors office. Save yourself the stress and go to the U for a doctor!

I just had my first visit. I went to the south clinic at about 66th S 30th E. It was busy, but very organized. I did not wait long for my name to be called. I can't remember the doctor's name, but he was extremely helpful. Since it was so busy, I fully expected him to just go through the examination as quickly as possible and move on to the next patient, which frankly would have been good enough for me. But he took the time to chat with me, welcome me to the clinic, explain his process, get to know me a little. You'd think he didn't have anything else in the world to be doing. Very positive experience, I intend to go back.

I truly appreciate all of the help and attention I receive from Jack Taylor. I have been a patient of his for 30 plus years. He really cares about my problems. He listens and gives me good advice. He takes his time assessing my problems. I know he is a very busy man, but I always receive good attention from him. I have also seen Natalie Bea and she was also very patient and helpful. I don't understand why people complain about the receptionist staff as they are always very nice and helpful when I call in. I always receive the refills when I ask them and normally don't have to wait more than a half hour for my appointment. Jack is always running a little late for his appointments, but since I know that I can come in a few minutes late.

They never call back and when you say something about them never calling back they give you a attitude like it's your fault they haven't called back and then they hang up on you. They also have trouble with the most simple request such as getting a refill. I have been going here for 10 years and for the past yearsthey have been utterly terrible. I would never have logged on to write this review had I not received a "Happy Birthday from Foothill Family Clinic, We love having you as a patient" text. This is a fantastic example of the lack of administrative competency I experienced at this clinic. I am NOT a patient and was REFUSED SERVICE after an insignificant bill was sent to collections. Mind you, the bill was paid before it was sent to collections yet they refused to discuss it. I called three times to get an appointment with our family physician - a physician we had seen for FIVE years and that delivered our child. Each time I called I was told "we can't see you once you've been to collections, but we will ask the doctor and call you back" I NEVER received a call back. Not once... So FFC, thanks for the birthday wishes, but no thanks. I am not your patient nor would I recommend you. Please check your records before you send your text messages next time.

I have been going to this clinic for many years. The staff is friendly, quick to get me in when needed, and they even have weekend hours! I have always had a positive experience at either clinic. I'm excited they are opening a clinic in Draper, because I live closest to that location, but I would travel the distance just to see their doctors. I get treated well from the moment I walk in to the time I leave.

Slow. Occasionally I'll have to call them because the pharmacy has failed to establish contact with them. This has happened with multiple doctors at the facility. Today I had yet another prescription overdue for filling. The pharmacy faxed them twice, but heard nothing back. After contacting the doctor's office was told they hadn't received the request and that their fax machine had been out of service the past week and a half.

This is the worst clinic I have ever had to deal with. My wife and I have called and called and called over several days. We have left messages with I don't know how many nurses and doctors and NO ONE returns phone calls. The receptionist apparently doesn't work in an area that any of them work and can only forward us along to their answering machine. If you want personalized care DO NOT go to this clinic. Find a practice where they treat you like you are a valued patient!

I showed up on time, was shown into one of their patient rooms and waited for an entire hour without anyone popping in and letting me know what was going on. As I gathered my things and was about to leave and ask for my money back, Dr. Clark came in and spent two minutes with me. This was my first visit with him by the way and I'm not exaggerating the time here. I'm sure he couldn't get enough of my history, who I am, and exactly what I need with two minutes. Not a friendly guy at all, that's for sure. I'm not sure if this was a one-time thing or not but I won't be back to find out.

Great Primary Care clinic; Usually able to accommodate your urgent schedule needs. This time I attended in afternoon and waited about 45 minutes for service, but this has been rare over the years.

Clinics like these cause people not to seek the care they need. I was admitted for a check up, then sat in a small room for 45 minutes after the nurse took my vitals. Honor your appointments and/or at least communicate with your patients, please. I'm not sure if this is common practice at Foothill or just the short-comings of my GP, Alex Clark, but the whole experience was infuriating. I was told when I left (I had another doctor's appointment an hour and 15 minutes after my first), that their admin would get a hold of me; they didn't. I literally paid my co-pay and got my insurance charged for them to take my blood pressure, weight, temperature and ask a few questions. I never got any feedback, treatment, etc... and it has been multiple business days. I'm switching GPs, switching clinics, and telling any folks that care to know not to go here. It is not a place for realistic people

I called 1 week in advance to cancel my appointment, I still got billed $78 for a no show appointment. I called multiple times, offered to share a screenshot showing the day and time od my call, they declined my offer and convinietly said they did not have any record of me calling. I have tried calling to schedule an appointment at least 10 times and no one ever answers. They always transfer me and apparently their receptionist is always answering other calls. I wanted to write a review because I was wary of coming here from all the negative reviews. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. They called me to come back like 5 minutes after I checked in. I can't remember my doctor's name but she and her assistant were both really nice. I got my blood drawn for lab testing and the lab workers were awesome! I was in and out in a half an hour, very glad I chose this clinic.

My doctor has been taking care of me for over 20 years now. It's really going to suck when he retires. He's protected me from having to deal with ridiculous pain clinics or any other nonsense and always minimizes my costs and offers a discount, always. Outside of a few long wait times I've never had a negative experience there.

Dr. Peterson at Foothill Family Clinic is the favorite primary care doc I've ever had. The office seems well run and efficient and Dr. Peterson is thoughtful, attentive and seems to really care about his patients. I also like how his assistant Rachel works with him to make sure patients are properly cared for. Both my parents are physicians and I'm pretty picky - this place meets and exceeds my expectations.

I came to this clinic last year for chest pain, trouble breathing, etc...I saw Dr. Laura Pace, who was one of the kindest, most patient doctors I have met. As soon as she walked in the exam room she could hear my crackly breathing and got an x-ray done right away. She was patient, polite, and explained everything without making me feel stupid (as I've had from other doctors). her bedside manner is fantastic and she has a warm presence. If you can make an appointment with her, do it! She will get you feeling good as new!

This is nice because it has extended hours on the weeknights and it's fairly easy to get an appointment once you get to a live person. Getting to a live person is another story. They're phone system is wretched and Monday mornings expect a long hold. Anna Petersen is my favorite. She listens to what I have to say, I'll raise my concerns and dislikes and she'll tell me more information. I feel she is very thorough. The nurses haven't been very good about getting back to me if I leave a message. I'll usually just wait for a live person now. I've also been to Tom Connor and liked him as well as Dr Grazules (no idea how to spell that). It is very convenient if you have a bad work schedule. Just try and call on days other than mondays. I haven't run into a rude receptionist anytime recently (and I unfortunately visit there quite a bit). I go back because I like Anna. I leave comment cards about the phone problem and it has gotten a bit better.

I have been seeing Dr Shane Christensen as my primary care Dr. and I feel very confident in his attention to me and my health conditions. His staff is also very helpful and efficient. Recently I had need to see a specialist and was directed to Dr. Dorthy Williams and found her also to be very helpful and found her to be knowledgeable, professional. A specialist who will "discuss" situations with the patient. The two Dr/'s mentioned are both reasons why I feel comfortable being under their supervision. I am also happy that when they are not available, I can have an appointment made with a Dr. who "covers" for them when not available. Overall, the experiences I have with Foothill Clinic have all been very positive. Foothill Clinic is a 5 Star clinic.
