Dr Nelson should not be able to call himself a pediatrician. We took our child here twice in a week because his symptoms were changing and getting more severe. Our first visit was terse and we were told to just wait to see if he would get better. 2 days later, our 3 yr old child was up all night with a fever, screaming in pain saying his ear hurt. He had already had a fever for about a week so we decided to go back to Dr Nelson. His demeanor as soon as he walked in was ANNOYED that we were there. He said that he would have a look in my kid's ear but when he went to look, he said there was too much wax so he couldn't see in. As a pediatrician, you would think he would have some strategies for dealing with children. Nope, he never talked to my kid, just to me about my kid. Then his strategy was to say, "hold him down", and to hold my kid's head against my chest. Of course, my child wasn't having any of that and wasn't holding still because he was completely freaked out. Dr Nelson tried for about 30 seconds, shoved his chair back and threw his hands up saying "I'm done! If you can't hold him still I can't do this! You'll have to see another doctor. I won't charge you for this visit." I didn't know what to say. So I said, "there were a couple cases of strep going around his day care." Dr Nelson lit up and said, 'I can do that!'. He came back like 15 minutes later with a swab kit and his same instructions: 'Hold him down'. He went in super aggressively with the swab, and pulled it out covered in blood. Of course my kid was totally freaked out. We then waited for another 20 minutes for the results of the test which were negative and then we left. AAAAnd of course we got a bill for full price for the visit. Absolutely ridiculous. We took Dr Nelson's advice and went to a REAL pediatrician who spoke kindly to our child who let her clean and check his ear. Once again, just because you have toys in your exam room does NOT make you a good pediatrician. It's so frustrating because my family and I have been going to foothill for a long time and always have had amazing experiences with other physicians and PAs. The clinic itself is great, staff is great, just don't bring your kid to Dr Nelson.

Our Dr. is fantastic (Dr. Ana Peterson). If I were rating just her, this would be a 5 star rating without question. However, I've had to exercise a little patience with the office staff as they have been somewhat disorganized and some of them don't have the best "bedside manner", so that's the reason for the 4 star.

Where do I start with this place .. Not clean at all!! Plan on an extra hour to hour and 30 minutes just for wait time. The staff doesn’t act like they care at all about what is going on with you, very rude! I have seen a couple different doctors here and have not been impressed with any of them. Don’t go here if you need prescriptions that you take daily, you may go with out for a bit since they suck at refilling. They really have trouble figuring out what’s going on with you, but after you pay out over a thousand dollars they seem to get it right. All I can say is SWIPE LEFT, don’t waste your time or money.

My family and I have been going to the clinic for 5 years. We have great doctors, and their support staff is always nice to work with. We get tempted to move to an "IHC" doctor but we love the way Foothill Clinic treats us, and gets us in when we need to; that's what keeps us at Foothill

Sherry Kaske

Dr. Connor doesn't care about the quality of life and when you have issues with your insurance they will just drop you and leave you with no meds and not talk to you. You have to make numerous phone calls to find out why!! Avoid Foothill if you can. This place is a joke!!

The doctors & hours are very good, excepting Dr. Nelson (nice but not a details guy) & Connor (just poor care). Scheduling is a breeze with excellent availability. The secretary, specifically Tori is absolutely awful. Botched referrals, records not sent, prescriptions not sent. The defensiveness & complete lack of professionalism by my physician's secretary, make's Foothill South untenable as a patient. It is truly, deeply dissapointing. It is costing the clinic patients but primaries in the practice fail to address this significant & substantial failure of care. There is an issue with not continuing care by assigning an alternative doctor when primary physicians are vacationing, which was 3 times+ this year in the midst of serious ongoing medical matters. If only the administration would take patient's care & experience seriously and address these easily remedied issues.

I have been a patient at FFC for the past 6 years. I found a great provider at FFC South in 2008 who always remembered me and asked about family, work, etc- even though I only came in once a year. She was outstanding! Fast forward 2012... time for a physical. I called FFC to see if I could make an appointment with X provider. I was told she was no longer practicing at the clinic. What??? No letter, no heads up... disappointed. I called again asked if I could see another provider whom I had seen there in the past. I was told she was not seeing new patients. Well, I am not a NEW patient. Fine, so I was able to get an appointment with a newer P-AC. She was nice enough. I have 2 medications that I take. I had a hell of a time trying to get them filled because the new provider forgot to send them over to my pharmacy after my appointment! I couldn't get ahold of my provider because she was scheduled off... then the weekend started... I tried the on call doctor and they refused to refill any prescriptions. I had been out of my meds for 3 days and these meds have side effects from not taking them. I finally got my medications figured out and taken care of 5 days later. Now comes July... I need to refill my medications. I notice there is no refill on one of the medications I have been taking for the past 4 years. I call my provider. Leave a message. It has been 3 days now and nothing is waiting for me at the pharmacy. So frustrated and disappointed... what happened to the days where you could have a medical provider for a lifetime? According to their own website...95,000 patients see a year sounds like a machine- not good medical care.

It can be decent. I enjoyed being able to have a doctor who initially explained conditions and tried to help. I enjoyed being able to come in to the urgent care and have it covered by my insurance. As previously mentioned in reviews, the clinic does not do much in the way of reminding you of appointments. There may be something in the patient portal, but there are not any messages or calls about appointments. I have also never received business cards with appointment details as some clinics do. It should be common sense to provide patient information regarding appointments in an effort to provide the best possible customer service. In terms or communication, the office staff at this location have been great if you simply call and speak with a switchboard operator. The main number listed here takes you to a switchboard with lovely ladies staffing it. However, the issues pile up when you consider that medical assistants will oftentimes say they've left messages for you when they have not. There are communication breakdowns with obtaining prescriptions and even getting information as a follow up to an appointment in order to avoid spending an office visit and receiving a larger bill. Communication is inefficient and lacking. Strange enough to me, the larger hospitals around the valley do follow up, can answer questions and do provide information when needed in a kind manner. Further, billing situations can turn ugly here. I had a routine appointment a few months ago and went in to just obtain a doctor's note so I would not be fired for missing work, but I had to pay for a whole day's office visit. I've been able to obtain notes and prescriptions from doctors in other states and at other hospitals, even for family members, without setting up a doctor's appointment. I have not paid to receive a sick note at any other provider I have been to. I have received countless notes and refills for my parents prior to moving without paying or having appointments. This clinic does not understand norms. I'll elaborate more with a story around a week ago. I went with my spouse to obtain some medicine she ran out of. I called three to four times prior in an effort to pick up samples or a prescription so that she could go on with her life and we could save time. Unfortunately, I had to go to an appointment. This appointment was less than ten minutes as other reviews have mentioned, and I only received a prescription. The whole thing was also billed as a visit. I called back to resolve the issue but was met with an unwavering reply that everything gets billed as a visit and there's nothing that can be done about my charge, even after I spoke with a supervisor. I'm surprised there's nothing that can happen here when an unhappy customer of a retail store can receive up to fifty dollars back in most cases. Finally, the kicker for me is the customer service in general. Not only did I have to pay for at least two visits for notes or prescriptions, but I could not discuss my quality of care. I was concerned about a visit, and immediately upon bringing up the notion of provider dissatisfaction, my medical provider canceled our relationship. A doctor should not have a say in ending patient relationships. There should be a mechanism for conveying constructive criticism and questions. I have never seen staff in such a bad shape as what's provided here. I would feel much better knowing I could talk with my provider or somebody in a customer service role; however it appears that is not the case here. I thought I could recommend this place as the building looks alright and some younger staff are warm and welcoming as are the switchboard operators. Unfortunately, in the end, I can not recommend anyone to receive care here. Even though there are some issues with receiving and sending records, maybe the Intermountain network of hospitals would be better, or the university clinics would. Foothill family clinic in Cottonwood is definitely not the place you should turn to for care or answers.

Dr. Conner you should consider career change.. veterinarian possibly? the "Doctor" told me they have a shortage of Antibiotics he could not write me a script and that I seemed fine "tough it out". I had a major virul sinus infection.. 3 days withough sleep. Thanks bud. shout out to WebMD and a Doctor who proscribed me proper antibiotics.

I have been in to see Dr James Peterson many times from annual physicals to routine medical issues. I am always satisfied with his bedside manor and advice. I have always found the staff very helpful when scheduling appointments. I think Dr Peterson's nurse is excellent and efficient. I find these negative reviews puzzling since I have always had great service and care over the last 5 or so years that I have been going there. I think a busy clinic is a good clinic and I would recommend to others.

I‘ve never made a complaint about any place in my life for respect at people's work. But this morning of March 18th, 2019 I called to get information about some laboratories I need for a surgery that I have programmed in my country, Mexico. To advance the procedure, I decided to find a clinic and make the labs here. I called this clinic because Dr. Russ Brunetti is my husband's doctor, but his receptionist (I don’t remember her name) answered my call and she was very rude to me. Surely because of my accent she discriminated against me. I was just asking for information, but with this I don’t think I'm ever in this place. I’m sure they have excellent doctors, because my husband has been treated there for many years, but they must also make sure that they have receptionists and employees who love their work and treat people with respect and education.

Went in to get tested for a couple serious things, i was seen by a doc put on antibotics that didnt work. Not only did it take 2 weeks to get any information back, but i left over 6 messages for the medical assistance with no response. When i finally got in touch with someone, they claimed they never ran any test but it was in the notes to run the tests. Never will i ever go back to this dump.

The doctors I’ve seen here are great. However, the secretaries are annoying as all hell to deal with! I tried calling my doctor’s office four times today to refill my medication, and I wasn’t able to get it refilled, or even get in contact with anyone at my doctor’s office! This problem has been going on ever since I’ve been a patient here.

Clinton Haws

Longe is the best physician out there. Brilliant man and doctor. Very kind, enjoyable and respects you. Very understanding and can tell him really anything and I've got some skeletons, I tell you! Nurses and his assistants have always been great and handled Rx refills, appts with wonderful service. Of course, I'm a sensible patient and don't expect my doctor to be my drug dealer. I know this because he helped me see my problems and didn't judge. Treated me as a professional and good friend for 15 years, now. Have had 3 serious surgeries that he was there as my physician with steady support and presence as well as my surgeons...

Ive been coming here for 10 years and over the last 2 years, 9/10 interactions have left me frustrated with wasted time, energy, wages, and gas due to conflicting or incorrect information being provided and a slew of mistakes being made, and absurd wait times (10min in the waiting room and 45 in the room waiting for the doctor). I'm super disappointed with how often this is happening and the only that's kept me trying this long was my tenure there. I also recently found out they don't even have my medical records going beyond 7 years ago(which contain some of the most important information for new doctors) I am now looking into a new primary clinic and doctor...

This office has earned its bad reputation. I would never refer them to anyone I know. The office staff is annoyingly unprofessional while the office itself is gross, dark, cluttered and dirty.

Tyler Sutherland

I have now seen Sierra McQueen and her support staff for a couple of years. I have had nothing but an exceptional experience with them. They listen, they work to remedy any challenges, they are quick to get me in, they are quick to provide results. I HIGHLY recommend Sierra McQueen and her team with the Foothill Family Clinic

potato guy

They absolutely don't want to tell you anything!! They don't help you they leave you dismissed with no meds and no reason! Dr. Connor's staff and he leaves you out to dry. Worst place I have been to in my life!

KC Johnson

I have been a patient of Dr. Conner for over 14 years. I recently had a gen phys with Emily Raming PA-C as well. Both if these physicians are completely amazing, and the staff is incredible as well. If you want a Doctor who actually LISTENS to you, Foothill is where you will find that.

Abby Bradshaw

Avoid this clinic. Nurses are incredibly unprofessional, loud and talked about their patients with disdain, and even loudly exposed private details about their care. I can tell you that one of the patients has to take "crazy pills" for an "obvious mental disorder". One nurse interrupted a woman asking for help by taking a call from her husband who, after she hung up, she said she would kill for being so stupid. The other nurse agreed and said, "all husbands are idiots". Doctor shared with me the worse possible scenarios so that I "could be prepared"; I went in for a headache and dizziness. Instead I was told that I could have brain bleeding and needed to be taken in for a catscan and EKG.

Jack Frost

The absolute worst place to get healthcare! You tell the doctors the truth about what's going on in the house, he then decided to ban you from any foothill family clinic!! Front staff is great. The nurses and one doctor, Dr. Connor don't believe you. So instead of dealing with the problem he sweeps it under the rug since it's about narcotics. Don't go!!

Jillian Messier

Love my doctor. I have never waited more than 5 minutes before my appointment! I love that they can see me the day I am feeling sick too!

Ryan Latimer

Friendly staff and good Drs

My rating used to be 3 stars but they have managed to go further downhill. Foothill Family Clinic -South is a corrupt establishment. I have always hated the poor level of customer service and the incompetency in billing but I continued to go here because of Dr. Anna Peterson. She quite just last year and things have gone from bad to worse. I was told that my doctor wouldn't see me because I was 15 minutes late for my appointment. (10 minutes of "being late" was spent waiting in line just to talk to a receptionist.) It's ironic because sometimes I will wait 10 minutes to be taken to an exam room and another 10 minutes before the doctor actually gets to me. Foothill wants you all to know that their time is more important that yours. Oh an another thing, they sometimes tell their patients to pay for tests or procedures upfront because it apparently costs less than letting it go to your insurance first. They did this to me. They had me pay $20 upfront for a vitamin D test. After that they billed my insurance close to $200 for the test. My insurance paid the entire cost. When I notified Foothill about this their billing clerk told me, "Why do you care, you're insurance covered the full cost?". Can you say insurance fraud? Long story short, this place doesn't care about their patients. They're in it to make money. Some of the doctors are good people but the administration will continue to drive them out.

Great clinic, great people, Love my Doctor and his aid. Rare to find a good doctor, Dr. Connor happens to be one of the few.

Both my husband Dan and I have been patients of Dr. Longe for about 6 years. He is extremely professional, compassionate and truly seems to care about his patients. We trust his guidance and care! We feel very fortunate to have him as our Doctor.

Grant Scurr

I have been to this clinic multiple times and had decent experiences, but never anything out of the ordinary. There was a prescription I urgently needed and the “operator” was very rude and refused to help. I understand that answering a phone “all night long” is a tough job but it would be nice to help a patient of the clinic get the treatment they needed. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

Dale Gehrig

As the nurse was so unbelievably rude I left before even getting to see the doctor. This doesn't even rate 1 star but I have to give it 1 star to be able to post this comment

brookeaprilrain10 .

I love this office, they are genuinely the best. I have a list of doctors in this clinic that I would visit, and that's saying a lot. Especially when there are times it is so hard to find a good doctor. I love Dr. Connor..

Phlebotomist here was rude. I have had phlebotomy training and run lab work at a different hospital. She said she has been a phlebotomist for 7 years. I sat and waited for her to label my blood tubes she drew (that she took across the room with her). I watched her leave the room twice with my unlabeled tubes left on the counter! I wonder how many time they have mislabeled with other patients because she doesn't take the time to quickly put the stickers on the tubes. Also she left the tourniquet on too long. Which can cause hemolysis If left on longer then a few minutes. She yelled at me when I asked her to remove it. The one thing I do like about the clinic is they are open in the evenings and Saturdays. That's what deserves some stars.

I have been several times in the last few years and have been misdiagnosed twice. I have had to spend several hundred dollars each time with outside specialists affirming the incorrect diagnoses. Although their locations and availability are convenient, the staff and service is inconsistent. I have been to some good doctors and some very bad doctors. If you go, make sure you research the doctor you are seeing in advance and don't have any expectation of good customer service.

Stephanie Kryger

Super irritating to get a form to come in and do labs to then be told the doctor doesn't want labs before she sees you Ugh!!!

andrea jimmie

Absolutely love the staff there they're so nice and attentive and caring and I would recommend them

Everyone there is very friendly, upbeat & helpful. Dr. Atkin is one of the kindest & most knowlegable physicians - I had to get my first ever round of knee injections for arthritis & he was so soothing, plus after I went a lot of my friends said they've gone there too & had great experiences as well.

Jessica Jenkins

It has been years since I've seen a great general practictioner that has listened to me. It was was my first visit, but I'm glad I made the switch.

I have done business with them for well over 25years when they had only one little clinic I love my doctors Dr Jamie Longe is fantastic I could not ask for a better friend and doctor Jamie Longe, MD practices as a Family Doctor in Salt Lake City, UT.Jamie Longe, MD graduated from Bowman Gray Sch Of Med Of Wake Forest Univ, Winston-Salem Nc 27157. he is a wonderful person and doctor I have taken my whole family to him for years. you could not do better.

Cydne Wright

Dr's are fine, but getting prescriptions (which I have been on for years) is a joke, whether I call in for them, let the pharmacy call them in, or come in for an appointment. I have been told I need to come in for an annual appointment to get refills, but when I tell the staff or nurse this, they schedule me for a follow up instead. This means that I not only have a copay, but I can only get 3 months of medication prescribed, and then I have to come back for the annual physical. The wait time is usually short, but if you need anything else (forms filled out, a call back with information) then be prepared to play the waiting game because the nursing staff does not return calls or pass on messages well. I have played these games for 3 years, before deciding that they don't care. In the end, they make make more money from multiple appointments throughout the year because of the misbooked/misbilled appointments, and patients who are out of medications can't wait for a new physician appointment somewhere else at that moment, so they stay. Appointments can be booked without waiting for several weeks, but otherwise, I can't recommend the clinic. Today, I've been waiting here two hours after I was told my child's paperwork would be ready. I've been here twice, and they want me to check back later. Really?

Dizzy Dean

I have been going here since 1992 when there was one location. All 3 locations are busy, but this is the main location and it is the busiest. I have had a lot of unfortunate health problems that were beyond anyone's control and my doctor has taken excellent care of me. I have seen other physicians and PA's at bot this location and at the North Clinic. My experiences have overall been positive. If I wasn't happy with the care I receive here, my insurance would let me go anywhere. Sometimes I have had to wait because it was so busy. Good doctors are busy doctors. When it is my turn to see my doctor or someone else if he is unavailable, I am given the time and attention I need, which means a lot these days.

Micah Hassett

I have never had a problem with them. My doctor is extremely patient and considerate and discusses in depth everything going on and all possible options he would recommend. He then worked out a long term plan for my recovery and followed up with me. Fantastic service.

Peter Doust

I wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr. Conner is great and his staff is the best!

George Severson

I appreciate my doctor (s). I truly feel like they are engaged in my wellbeing and they care about helping me be healthy. The lab people are good, front desk peeps are efficient and pleasant. Friendly, professional service all around.

Elizabeth Eve King

Horrible - the phone staff is rude and unresponsive - if you need refills on medication prepare to make many phone calls and not be listened to. They never get back to you. Waiting time can be more than an hour. The doctors were fine - if you could get to them. Although is very convenient for me I have changed clinics because I couldn't stand it - and I am healthy and not on any medications that would require concern ( like pain killers.) So if you needed serious care, or medications I can't imagine the misery you would go through.

Amy Black

I had a severe and violent cough. I went here because I couldn't afford the ER. I sat in the waiting room for over twenty minutes coughing violently with a mask on and felt like I was going to pass out. The staff didn't seem to know what to do and kept telling me to just stay put until they could figure out how to help me...Maybe...ya know...GET A DOCTOR!!! I left praying I wouldn't pass out behind tge wheel getting myself to the ER. 700.00 later...I had pertussis.

Seth Andersen

Doc Nelson is who I see the most, but all the doctors have been pretty cool to work with. Their nurses and secretaries are all friendly as well and easy to work with

I'm very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I'm a new mom and went to get checked out for having serious hip/pelvic pains. I was referred to a physical therapist because the doctor thought there might be some tightness and weakness in my pelvic floor. After over a month of physical therapy, I went back to the same doctor and was transferred to a specialist at the same clinic. He decided to do an xray, which they should have done at my very first appointment because the xray showed that I have pubis symphysis, which is a rare condition when the pubic bones don't come back together after being separated to aid the birth of a baby. I'm upset because I could have been getting better if my physical therapist knew the correct diagnosis. Now I've wasted hundreds of dollars going to these physical therapy appointments for the wrong condition. And I'm still in a great deal of pain. I was also greatly embarrassed at my most recent appointment (today, 2/2/15). The male doctor (I won't name him) was extremely uncomfortable (and I mean EXTREMELY) that I was wearing LDS garments and not normal underwear. He had me take off my pants and underwear and just wear a sheet so that he could examine my hips--their movement and flexibility. Honestly, I could have worn the garments because they wouldn't have restricted my movement that much. Anyway, I was very hurt by the fact that he felt so uncomfortable about me being naked from the waist down. He's a doctor. He should be used to it, right? I only felt uncomfortable being he felt uncomfortable. It made me very self-conscious and ashamed. After that incidence, he had me walk across the hall IN FRONT OF OTHER PATIENTS to the xray room. In just a sheet. I was completely naked beneath the sheet from the waist down. I had to walk in front of an older gentleman and his son and I was mortified, causing me to cry and be very upset. When I had to walk back to my room, I asked the xray specialist to bring me back my clothes so that I didn't have to walk there partially exposed. The sheet was definitely sheer. Apart from these awkward incidents, the nurses and doctors I met were very nice and helpful. Honestly, that's the only nice thing I have to say about this clinic. I'm supposed to have a follow up in 2-3 weeks, but I'm having my xrays transferred and I am going to go see another doctor at a completely different clinic.

Theresa Mancuso

The doctors really care. I have been with foothill 30 years and would never change. Have sent lots of people to foothill that love it also. Thank you!!!

Natalie De Montreux

I would give this clinic 0 stars if I could. The administration failed to do their jobs properly, the provider pushed for unnecessary services, and they are offering zero assistance to remedy one of their patients receiving a very large, unexpected bill. I will not be returning to this clinic for any reason other than to obtain my medical records. Do not recommend.

jay cosby

Waited a whole hour to even see the doctor and within 1-2 minutes he told me I needed to go to a dermatologists. HOWEVER, when i scheduled my appointment....one of the secretaries told me over the phone that she would schedule me with a doctor that covers that subject. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND 25$. broke college student as it is and they just hustled me. NEVER doing business here.

Mark Brown

Syd S

I love coming here. But don't go to Emily Bloomquist. She is a terrible doctor. She pushes medication on to you that you don't want. And she doesn't help you with any of your problems. That was a waste of my time going to her!

Hannah Kelly

We've been going here for 10+ years and have been treated well here. I highly recommend this clinic, esp. Dr. Nelson and Dr. Brunetti.

Mahsa Ghaffari

This is a good clinic if you have simple cold of flu due to short wait time to get appointment. But if you need any lab work or test NEVER EVER go to this clinic. They sent my TSH and Stool Culture to a Lab in Arizona/Texas. And you have to pay Out Of Network (over $200) for each test! However, they can send the test to somewhere local that your insurance cover it.

Angela Mueller

Foothill Family Clinic was a great experience. From scheduling over the phone, checking in and my appointment. I find their staff professional, timely and great at what they do.

kyree cribbs

DONT SCHEDULE WITH DR. WITBECK...SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE!!! THE PHONE STAFF WASN'T GOOD BESIDES ONE SWEET LADY.

Julie West

Dr. Gina Cox is an amazing physician. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is very knowledgeable.

Been Bitten

In the past I have been happy with my experience with Foothill Family Clinic. I recently have had a frustrating experience. I called to set up a yearly check up and get a prescription filled at the same time. My doctor was on maternity leave so the receptionist asked if I would want to see another doctor. “Sure,” I said because I didn’t have a preference. I had my appointment, he did a check up, talked about my health, and renewed my prescription. All good, right? Nope. They labeled the visit as a follow up so now I billed differently (actually have to pay for the visit instead of having a free yearly check up). They are telling me I should have known that the check up that Dr. Whitbeck performed was not a yearly check up. How am I supposed to know? I called for my yearly checkup, met with Dr. Whitbeck… I think this is an issue with the receptionist’s call notes or Dr. Whitbeck not doing a thorough check up. I’m the one left paying the bill that I wasn’t supposed to. Rachel from billing was nice, but ultimately said that Dr. Whitbeck wouldn’t budge even though there are issues in the set up of the appointment or the work of Dr. Whitbeck. There are a lot of doctors out there so I won’t return to them next time.

Nicholas Lovell

I had a great experience here, showed up early, got in early, Doctor was friendly and professional. Out in 15 minutes.

I was diagnosed with cancer in 2014 at St. Marks hospital, I had been going to Foothill for months prior trying to figure out what was going on. when I told the doctor I though I had cancer he told me that I was fine, its just back pain.

Blair Thorpe

No wait to see the doctor! Never had that before. Now if they would improve their phone answering service...

Christopher Pitcher

Pass on this clinic. You have many choices so look elsewhere. They are more concerned with billing than patients care. No genuine questions asked regarding my concerns. Staff rude also.

Allison Kelsey

I love the staff and the doctors at this clinic. I have been going here for 9.5 years. I find it very convenient to have such a selection of Doctors. I have my regular doctor but when he isn't available I am still able to see someone when needed. Dr Conner is fantastic. He helped me quit smoking and has helped me achieve my weight loss that I have been working on so had. His MA is also fantastic

Paula Baker

Though my physician Dr. Peterson is an amazing doctor and his MA is great, overall this clinic is full of a lot of unprofessional people. My husband and I both receive our medical care here and the staff is always loud and obnoxious. The common areas are absolutely filthy and I have serious doubts about the laboratory. The north clinic is clean and the employees are less like hens in a coop; south is ridiculous. The atmosphere in general seems pretty hostile.

My insurance referred me to this practice as a tier 1 provider, but due to an unclear issue with my insurance card I was told they couldn't bill my insurance. The front desk was extremely unhelpful, and didn't care if they sent me away without receiving medical care. I was told I had to figure it out on my own or pay up.

My mother came in because of a migraine she had for 5 days, they prescribed her something and said they would send it in right away. I came in a few hours after to pick it up and they hadn't even sent it in to the pharmacy. To me, that just shows they don't care if you're in pain, and where is the communication? I don't think it's fair for people to suffer because someone isn't doing their job. I've gone here for years but will be finding a new place for my business and health.

Terrible service they have awful secretaries and not to mention they don't do refills on weekends and I have to wait until a weekday that's unprofessional not to mention most people have to work during the week luckily most other clinics are willing to help and got me my nausea meds ....and I've been going here for a few years needless to say I won't any more

Dr. Grazulis’ staff is very unhelpful and rude. I’ve been seeing her for years and in the last couple months a huge shift happened. Looking for a new doctor

Poor service, slow, people at the front desk can't even operate computers, they make you wait at least 30 minutes. I understand that there's a lot of patients, but shouldn't they do something about it? You're dealing with people that are sick here. It makes them feel miserable waiting for more than half an hour. Will be transferring to a different clinic.

I’ve been going here for years, Sierra is amazing and Chris is incredible too. They really care and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them!

Love this clinic. Have never had more than a 15 minute wait, prescriptions have always been called in on time, nurses and staff are all terrific. I drive quite a bit just to come here, love Dr. Matich and the whole clinic!

Dr. Nelson is an absolute joy to work with. His staff is friendly and prompt. Seldom do I wait more than 5 minutes. I could not recommend a doctor more.

Nothing but the best care from these professionals. I won’t go anywhere else.

They can be great except they don’t call to remind you of your apt. I know as the patient we should keep track but when we have to schedule the apt 2 months out, it would be great for them to give us a call reminding us of our apt. The fact that I had to pay $150 for a missed apt sucks and I never even got a reminder call or email or anything. You guys just keep taking money from us.

This has been my primary health care facility for years and I have never been treated so poorly on the phone by the receptionist who worked today at 12:17PM March 21, 2019.

I didnt know the joy of having a primary physician until i met Dr. Burnetti.i was randomly assigned to him and i have gone back for the past 8 years...he is MY doctor. I cant say enough good...whatever I'm concerned about he finds a solution from the smallest to the biggest and i have never had any issue with communication with him or his team. I have also worked with Dr.Atkins and my children have seen Dr.B and Anna Peterson. Again...all wonderful.
