Dr. David Hafen has been my PCP since I was a kid (I'm in my 20's now). Very nice guy. He's not trying to sell you anything. He takes the time to listen and explain and answer your questions as needed, but he's not going to waste a lot of time with you, which is how I'd prefer it: He's got a lot of patients to see, and nobody wants to wait in the waiting room for hours. He's got a great balance between taking time to be thorough, but not wasting time. I'd definitely recommend him..

Dr. Hafen is so great. He listens and really cares about your health. Unfortunately his staff can not be bothered by answering the phone or answering questions. They don’t offer any explanation and want the phone call to be as short as possible. I really wish I had a better experience with his phone staff because he was really great.

You should really just add your fax number to your website so that other physician offices don't have to call your office and have to speak with your horribly unfriendly staff. They were so put out just to give me your fax number.
