I have had multiple difficult experiences with this clinic. It started years ago when they immunized my children and didn't record it. They also tried to bill us for many years for services that we didnt use. They would accidentally pull the wrong child's file and say that it was our child who had been in the clinic, but it wasn't. Years later I came back and was misdiagnosed. I am so lucky I got a second opinion. I solved years of potential difficulties by not trusting these doctors.

Copper view medical took great care of my son today! We were basically turned away from a different urgent care because they didn't want to do stitches on a 2 year old and then sent us to a closed primary outpatient clinic. We ended up calling copper view and they said they would be happy to take care of my son. We came as a walk in on a Sunday afternoon and the wait was less then 10 minutes, they got us right back and were so nice to my kids. The doctor that took care of us, she was so sweet with my son and gentle, she was talking and playing with him and made him very comfortable he never even shed a tear. We also didn't end up needing stitches, they were able to just durabond the cut. We left happy and all healed up in about 45 min! Very happy with our visit and the staff!

Not impressed. Every time I book an appointment I'm asked if I want the same DR. (LOL of course I want the same DR). Normally when I go in for my OB appointments, my DR does my health check up, then ask if I want a pap test and states it's not recommended every year but up to 3 years. (If that's the case then why is it so hard to refill my Birth Control). I tried to refill my Birth Control yesterday as I am going out of town on Saturday @ 7:00am for 9 days and my Birth Control runs out on Sunday. Trio Team told me there is nothing they can do to refill my prescription and I need to make an appointment with my DR (apparently it's ok with them that I go WITHOUT Birth Control, however it is NOT ok with me) I have an appointment tomorrow at 8:50pm my pharmacy closes at 9:00pm and doesn't open until 9:00am.

Our entire family has been getting medical attention at Copperview Medical for probably 15 years. They give top notch care! We even have family members that need some specialty care, and they are wonderful. We are real fans of Mary Tipton and have also had great experiences with several other of the doctors in this office. Thank you for caring about our health.

I have had IHC hospital doctors for my four children's primary physician up until about three years ago. My two oldest children started to tell me how uncomfortable the hospital was for them for their well child check ups. They did not feel comfortable in the hospital gowns and always having different nurses and the doctor not being very personal towards them. It made them very defensive about the staff examinating them. I switched to Copper View based on a recommendation and I couldn't be more pleased. I have never waited longer then a few minutes to be checked into the doctors office and scheduling is so convinent because they are open days, evening and weekends. I have complete confidence in Vilate Thur and her nurse Mat. My children have been into Copper View at 7:30 at night for X-rays and first thing Sunday morning for stitches and everything from well child visits to referrals for surgeries had been made so much more positive and convinent with Vilate Thur. I am familiar with most of the staff and all of them treat our family great, which is so comforting because it makes me feel like our family is in good hands

The office staff is RUDE and ignorant. I went in with 3 kids and myself needing to be seen and the lady at the front says "you don't all need to be seen. Who is the sickest?". Then someone comes up and says "actually they all need to be seen if they haven't been here before" and she goes "so I have to do paperwork for ALL of them?" And then she starts rolling her eyes and having a bad attitude with everyone including me. I apologized and she didn't say anything, but isn't that her JOB?! The wait is just absolutely ridiculous, even for an urgent care. One woman ahead of me was furious because she had an appointment, so they switched her providers and she still waited another 30 minutes, then went back up and they told her 5 more minutes and it was still another 15 before she was called back. Then there is another hour wait once you are in a room. The doctor actually told me that my kids and I are all reinfecting each other with the same cold virus, which isn't even possible. So just wow.

THE BEST FACILITY!! My son was injured at a party and we thought he broke his collarbone. He was in excruciating pain. We went to check in and the staff immediately got him back to a room. He was seen within minutes by the doctor! The staff and the doctor were friendly, efficient and caring. The insurance was a breeze. We have a 100% accident policy. Our insurance wasn't paying correctly, so Misty in billing called our insurance and got it taken care of. I never had to worry. Thank you CopperView for your caring, expertise and professionalism.

I like being able to get same day and night appointments. Several people in my family have been seen there. Kevin Cottle is awesome! I would highly recommend him. Stay away from Amy White. My husband was seen by her. We were very unimpressed with her. She did not seem to have any idea what she was doing and her diagnosis couldn't have been more wrong. We made an appointment with another doctor elsewhere a few days later and we were able to actually get a correct diagnosis and treatment.

I've had great success with this medical facility! I moved out to West Jordan several years ago and had to switch doctors. They take my insurance and I've been impressed with the three different providers I've seen over the years. Occasionally, my doctor is not available (out of town, after hours etc), so I have seen other providers and I have no complaints thus far. They are family-friendly, have good hours, including instacare hours, and good providers. I've never really had any billing issues yet. The waiting room is large and the parking lot is too. The only difficulty is trying to get in the parking lot during rush hour traffic, as 9800 S. can get a little backed up there at the Bangerter intersection.

My appointment was at 7:50. I didnt see a doctot until 9:13 When i went in and saw Any White, she was over an hour late and spent less than ten minites "diagnosing" me. When I asked for help as ive been feeling terrible for over a week, she said she couldn't do anything for me and i had to plead with her for antibiotics. I explained that i talk on the phone for my job, and she condescended and assumed i worked in a call center. I usually see Megan Gygi, who is awesome. But she wasnt in so i had to see Amy. I understand my appointment was probably the last of the night, but rushing through it and being condescending is not the way to treat a sick person. I will never ever recommend Amy to anyone. Update: No one answers at the number below

Dr. Andrews is one of the best doctors I have visited. He listens to my issues and either knows exactly what I need or if he doesn’t will not act like he does and asks another expert to get the correct answer to solve my issues. Other doctors in the past will just assume and not take the time to really figure out what’s going on. I trust Dr. Andrews with my health!

Ive seen Dr. Garcia for my oldest boy, and my youngest has had medical conditions so I see Dr. Murray. She was great and I was sad to see her go :(. Vilate is amazing as well. She listens to your needs and offers great advice and really goes above and beyond. I have had a great experience.

This office constantly has Dr’s leaving to go other places. Triage staff that refuses to return calls when they are the ones who tell you they will call back. This is a clinic that refuses to help their patience. They are extremely rude. All they will do is tell you no matter what the circumstances you have to schedule an appointment to be seen. So you have to pay for a co pay, and a Dr’s visit. Highly unnecessary! They don’t care to help you they only care to make money. You are left to feel helpless and tossed around by this place. Ignorant and rude people! I would avoid this place entirely!!!! I had a family member go in there with a serious concern after an injury. The Dr at the time did not even look at the injury, and was very concerned about using the clinics bandaids. Told my family member all they needed was to rest the injury. Complete joke when someone goes in with cuts and you can’t supply bandaids, or examine someone.

I love this facility! The front desk staff could not have been nicer and the doctors had such great bedside manner. They took their time with me and did not rush! I have been going here for years and I would recommend it to anybody. Because of my crazy schedule I have seen almost all the doctors in this facility and each one is as good as the next. Honestly. I like our doctor Megan Gygy. But this clinic is probably the worse I’ve seen. Went in for an appointment and one of the girls at the desk was openly having a confronting conversation with one of the other newer girls. She was rude! I mean if a new girl doesn’t do things perfect the first time it’s fine! There’s no need to be a jerk! Every time I go in there’s a problem. I made an appointment to get a nose xray. Went in. Paid my copayment. And literally right after I paid (with a debt card) they tell me they don’t do face xrays.

What an amazing experience I had here. I am not one who goes to the doctor much but had a little cold that just would not seem to get better. I had a few interactions while I was there and everything was amazing!! Misty is amazing, kind and helpful! I also was able to interact with Colette and Cara who were also fantastic. I saw Justin Peck, I couldn't be more pleased with my visit to CopperView. It was amazing. It is hard to get good employees, and I know it is hard to keep them as well. I absolutely LOVE this place! Dr Tipton is the best with myself and my kids. She takes the time with you and has so much compassion for what she does. I really like the hours that they are open (pretty much 24/7) and that you can even walk in if needed. The staff is very friendly and will help you however they can. The triage line is really fast about getting back to you when you call with any questions. Most of my family comes here and I recommend Dr. Tipton to people I know all the time!

I love how I can go in for a regular check up or something that I might go to urgent care for. Dr Hollingsworth is excellent to take time with you and explain things to you, he gives you that one on one time you need when you go into a doctor. I had seen several doctors about my headaches and body aches Dr Hollingsworth took time and diagnosised my fibromyalgia, and I just love Valate Thur she is easy for me to talk to, I have know her for quite a while and she is excellent and in everything she does and she calls you to tell you what your test results are which is amazing. Betsy Dr Hollingsworth nurse is fantastic she always makes you feel less stressed when you go in. Michelle in the lab is great and Kevin is another one I have seen and I have a son that has been going to Kevin for years so I would recommend this medical place to anyone. I think with anyplace, if someone gets behind you will have to wait. Sometime something is coded wrong and insurance issues arise. This has not happened to me, but it could. But it 5 star in my books.

The majority of the staff is great. We absolutely love Dr.Tipton. She is honestly the only reason I continue to come here. The past year or so, every single time I have made an appointment for any of my children they are running behind. And I'm not talking 10-15 minutes behind. Like 30-60 minutes behind. Why even make a damn appointment? Either their scheduling sucks or they are just slow and need to speed it up. So here I am sitting in a room 30 minutes after my scheduled appt time with a crazy 18 month old and I'm told they are at least 30 minutes behind. She's in with a patient now and still has another patient to see before seeing me. Why the hell were so many people scheduled at the same damn time? So so so frustrating. I'm so sick of hearing "sorry for the long wait, thanks for being so patient" well I've lost my patience.

Went there 2x and have seen 2 PAs. Ok for kids which is fine. But in my experience it's really useless I get told by urgent and ER care to see my doctor. So I did see my PCP today yet with an unexpected result. I've seen the specialist and when I tell these kind ppl I want to see another specialist they say that they don't have a list of referrals and they just use the internet. Then told me to see the other specialist who I've been trying to meet. And I did, as a last resort, ask for a list specific for my specific health issues. But nothing good came out of that. Oh well so I guess I admit defeat + 1 star for front staffing

I am never one to write reviews, but I just feel it is important to do so here. I have been a patient/customer of this clinic and Dr. Hollingsworth. I am not a person that needs a doctor a lot, but I like to do annuals, ect. I have watched over the years as things have gotten worse and worse with their attention to their clients and lack of customer service. Today it hit rock bottom and I will NEVER be back. Here is why: I set an appointment for an annual physical over 2 months ago. When I set the appointment the receptionist asked that I come in 3 days before for labs. That was last Saturday. I showed up and they take me back to the lab. I wait for the tech to call my turn for 15 minutes. I am then told that the lab order was not placed and she can not do anything. I leave with a wasted trip but write it off for miss communication. The following Tuesday, I show up for the actual physical appointment. Now I was 10-15 minutes late because of horrible traffic and rain, but I did spend an hour getting there from my office. I wait another 10 minutes, and the receptionist comes and tells me that I was late and that Dr. Hollingsworth will not see me and I need to reschedule for another 2 months because that is the next opening. The funny part is she can't reschedule the appointment because his July schedule is not out and she can not see it. I quip back that then how does she know he has an opening at that time if she can't see the calendar and politely pass on the invitation to reschedule. I am a professional with as much education and skill as them and service a lot of other professionals just like them. I NEVER would turn away a client in my waiting room for no reason I can even think of. That is because I understand the value of a customer. They obviously do not. I wonder if this Doctor and clinic knows how much time I have wasted in their waiting room waiting and patient rooms for them. Several hours is the answer over the years. What a bunch of hypocrites. My only hope is that this review can educate a lot of potential customers of the danger of doing business here and that the clinic management team can use this review for future training and consideration on how to treat their customers.

I drive from downtown SLC just to go to Copperview for care! I absolutely love the providers there. They are nothing short of brilliant, compassionate, hard-working and dedicated! The MA’s are always in good spirits and also very caring. The administration immediately takes care of any bills needs and/or questions I have! I highly recommend this clinic for adult and pediatric care - they are the absolute best!!

We have been going to CopperView for the past 14 years. We prefer this clinic over others because they have great providers and staff. Our whole family can be treated at one clinic. The urgent care is wonderful with for kids and adults and we never get charged for an Urgent Care copay, just the same as a regular office visit. Extended hours are great for working parents and also a great alternative to the ER. Onsite x-ray and lab are also a great benefit. With a family of 6 we have used them all and been extremely satisfied with our care. Staff is cheerful and helpful, always willing to help. We have and will continue to recommend Copperview for medical care.

I have called almost everyday saying I am in more pain than the last day and my doctor hasn’t done anything for me, just keeps saying the lab results haven’t come in, which she told us would be really soon. And now it’s been 4 days and we still haven’t heard back from them. This place is a joke.

My family and I are patients at Copperview and have had good experiences with their staff and the care they provide. However, we can only see specialists when we get a referral, and here's where we've run into a problem. The referral department is horrible. They either take way too long to get back to you, or they don't get back to you at all. We've had to wait on much needed care because of their inability to get back to us in a somewhat timely manner.

I have been going to this clinic for 12+ years for both my kids and myself. Yet lately it hasn't been the same experience. I love the doctors, but the pace is so slow I waited over an hour with my two boys in a room for 12 year old shots. We saw the doctor and that was great but after she was done we waited, and waited for the MA to come in with the shots. As most parents know kids get restless and bothered sitting in a little room for a long time. There were two other MA's sitting out there literally just sitting, joking with one another. We came in and out of the room to get air and move around a bit and neither of those two MA's helped the MA that was helping Dr. Garcia. IDK why they could't or wouldn't help out but it was so ridiculous. I am saddened that a work place would be that way. Also I have had issues with billing and it being the facility's issue and I get a pay now or incur 60% price increase. I have left SEVERAL messages for Jessica to see if there was a resolution for it. With NO return call. Its all become way too frustrating. Looks like it is time for me to look for another facility for my kids and I.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. my doctor called to tell me my lab results and to advise me on what medicine to take. She told me to call back and tell her what cholesterol medicine I had. I have tried calling back multiple times, with the promise from the triage nurse that the doctor would call me, but still have not received word from the doctor. It has been 3 weeks and I have yet to take my medicine. I then called to ask how to get my lab results transferred to a different doctor, and still no call back. I find this extremely unprofessional. I was also prescribed a birth control only to find out I'm not supposed to take it with my other medicine. I am beyond frustrated.

We can always get in same day for sick appointments and have occasionally had to see other Drs and have always had a good experience with them as well. Also I have personally seen Dr. Tipton’s assistant Megan Gygi a few times and she is fantastic!

I normally love this clinic but the past couple times I have gone have been a complete joke. About few months ago I called and made an appointment. I spelled my name to them, gave them my date of birth. I went to my appointment and when I checked in the girl said some other name and I was like uh no ? THEY SCHEDULED SOMEONE ELSE and apparently I wasn’t the only one. Ok and now I went in two weeks ago and had some tests done and guess what still haven’t gotten my results back. I called and the receptionist told me she can’t tell me my results which I totally get but she told me my results have been in for awhile now. Which I kinda figured. Normally when i get the tests done it’s take 3 days until they come back. So she transferred my call to the lab and nobody answered. I am beyond frustrated. The reason I put 2 stars instead of 1 is because the doctors I’ve had have been awesome! But anyway sure hope I get my results back so my anxiety will chill out. Have been seeing Dr. Cottle for almost 2 years. I have chronic kidney stones that cause immense amounts of pain. After trial and error Dr. Cottle and I figured out a good pain management plan. Then out of nowhere he completely changed it and now I'm having to go through finding something to help with the pain all over again... NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS. To top it all off he won't even have a discussion with me about it. He just says nope not going back to what we were doing, like he no longer gets commission on that medication or something (which is probably the case). Very unhappy. I don't want to look for a new doctor, but maybe it is time. Also the medication he put me on now. He found on GOOGLE during our appointment. He literally said "hmmm this is interesting maybe we should try this random drug." Thanks Dr. Google.

They prescribed to my son over and over even though I called several times letting them know he had problems. He even ended up in the ER, but they kept giving it to him. I could go on and on. I came into copperview Medical health down on my knees and down on my health... as long as I was willing to do and work with them in collaboration as partners in my health they showed true care in me. I have never seen such devotion and care for patients as much as any other clinic I have been to. The last 3 years was juggling meds and listening to what doctor's I thought knew my care best. But at Copperview it shows how professional and knowledgable their staff is. Over at copperview i have listed a primary care physician as Dr. ANDREWS but honestly in the dozens of times been there my health has heen getting better and I have only seen him about 3 times. The rest were other doctors. Awesome team.

I would have to say that Copper View Medical Center is about the best Medical Clinic I have been to. It is very clean and modern inside, I am a tradesman so I watch for things that are in disrepair and Jerry rigged, witch Copper View is not. The staff working there are very professional and polite. They all seem to be up on the latest technologies and are very confident in what they do. The doctors clear down to the receptionists are very pleasant and easy to communicate with. I am 56 years old so I have had a little experience with clinics and hospitals. So far they have been spot on, on diagnosing all ailments with me and my family members. Inclosing, Copper View Medical Center feels like your friendly neighborhood doctors office of old. Now if they would just do home visits that would be the icing on the cake. Maybe they do ? :)

I have always had a great experience at Copperview until last night. I went in due to a foot/ankle injury. They send me over to have x rays done and the girl tells me she had to youtube how to do this xray. I then get a splint put on my foot that was so loose it fell offby the time I got home,instead of putting me in a walking boot. I was told told basically walk around barefoot with this crappy splint that the girl had no idea what she was doing.They didn't even give me some kind of cover for the splint like a walking shoe. I asked about what I can do for the pain and the P.a. just ignored my question. It makes me loose respect for this clinic being treated so horribly, should of went to instacare or the er. Ugh. They followed up with me on my review which I really appreciate. The lady I spoke with Misty was great at getting my issues resolved. This reall regained my trust in the clinic and the staff.

I went in to try to fix what is going on with my body but was instead treated like someone who was incompetent and a bother to this doctor. Paid my Copay in cash, almost $150 and i was hoping that i would be seen by a physician which did not happen! I was only seen by a PA which i was ok with it then the next day I called the office back and Asked to speak to a physician to get consultation with my med cuz I was worried about the side effects which i was told that there is no doctor available at the clinic and someone will call you back with the next three days!! The stupid manager was telling me that I would have to pay another copay to see the doctor! Which was very unethical . The patient should always have to have access to his or her provider amd should always able to consult with the doctor! Not to mention that the Laboratory at this place are not part of the clinic (labcorp) and after even you as a patient or the third party paid for the service they would still send you extra bill and if you dont pay them they will send you to collection!! Watch out people! This place is a scam!

The one and ONLY experience I had with this facility was NOT good. Provider was a PA, and condescending as she could be. My wife was the patient just a few months before she passed away. She had some underlying problems that this provider couldn't be bothered with checking. Some things could have changed some future decisions with her care, had someone checked. Here instead of looking at the providers attitude, they take it out on the pee ons. Don't go here. The others seem to have the same attitude. If that's how they feel. They chose the wrong profession.

I am lucky enough to know quite a bit of staff from the patient perspective as well as an employee. I love the ease of hours and holiday schedule, but I love that this staff treats you like family. I am a patient of Vilate Thur and I adore her! She genuinely cares about her patients and gets to the heart of the matter. Matt is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and just a really nice person! It is comforting to know that the staff cares about their patient’s well being. "THANK GOODNESS FOR THIS URGENT CARE!!!" My wife found this Clinic, after I was turned away from Granger Medical Urgent Care, and I was given a stiff recommendation to go into the Jordan Valley Hospital E.R. instead. (We were told it didn't have anything to do with the fact that it was 20 minutes before closing time) For a dental/sinus infection/abcess. If you have ever been in Jordan Valley ER you will understand why I was not going to waste 4-6 hours sitting from the point of Checking in until Discharge. Seriously, I was on my way home before deciding that I really better find some help. So, we showed up about 15 minutes before they closed expecting to be sent away again, or worse to be rushed through and stuck again without help. The staff was wonderful, the facility is beautiful and, they are the cleanest doctors office I have ever seen!! The front desk girls were very kind, and the attending nurse and PA actually took the time to get the details, do the full exam, and give me the appropriate medication, (i.e. an antibiotic, and corticosteroids to treat the infection the right way) . This will be my 3rd time trying to get this illness taken care of, and we finally hit the target,. Again, Thank You to the Staff, the Nurse, and the Provider; Jared. We will be telling all of our Friends and our Family to switch from their "less than acquiescent, less than a care giver should be anyway....) .Should we have any other "Urgent Care" needs for our family of 9 we will be coming back!!!!

My first visit, I paid everything they said was due, and went on me way. I was then sent a letter I needed to pay more, I didn't feel like fighting it so I paid once again thinking I paid the full price .Again they lied and I gave recieved another letter. All these prices coming up to over $300 hey for them to tell me my foot wasn't broken. They did absolutely not help me. I had to come in twice just to got a proper doctor's note for my torn ligament. I do not recommend. Update: Problem partially amended, last payment cancelled, despite employees mistake second price not removed. New rate, from 1 star to 2.

Update - We've had a couple bad experiences but lately Copperview has been better. They've apologized for the lack of available doctors before and may have a point that the holidays had many of them off, so that's understandable I guess. ---- Our baby was born almost a week ago and have only seen Andrews, the pediatrician, once in that entire time. The clinic itself has some wholly incompetent people working there (with a few exceptions). Getting blood drawn has never seemed so difficult, and they may just improperly store the blood to ensure you have to get it done again.

My pharmacy I normally go to is out of a medication I've been on for 3 years because the pharmacist in charge of ordering medication has been out of the office. This is a controlled substance an electronically sent REFILL. It cannot be transferred to a Walgreens that has it in stock.Sorry for the Caps but I'm very frustrated.

We were very underwhelmed by our entire experience at CopperView. We visited after a pediatrician from this clinic checked on our newborn baby before we left the hospital. The doctor, Mary Tipton, was heavy handed with the sales pitch and repeatedly tried to convince us to visit this clinic for a followup visit. At our appointment in the clinic for a follow-up visit, we noticed the furniture in the lobby was close to the end of its useful life and the carpeting was stained. The employees were fast in taking us to a patient room, but we waited a while before a guy with jeans came in without introducing himself and started asking questions about why we were there. After another period of waiting, a woman came in to draw blood from our baby. While she was doing so, another woman walked in and started to help. Neither women introduced themselves or said what they were in the room for. When the PA eventually came in, he didn't introduce himself either or say why he was in the room, which I found terribly frustrating. This place provides free clinic service at private practice prices. I would implore you to go anywhere else before coming here.

And we have ALWAYS received excellent care. I have never had any problems with anyone at CopperView, providers or staff. I feel the staff is friendly and professional. I see Dr. Hollingsworth and yes, I may have to wait to see him, but he is an excellent Dr. and is worth the wait. (And really what Dr's office has no wait?) My dad also goes to CopperView. It makes me happy to see the friendly care he receives from the staff for all of his medical needs.

So I read through pretty much all the reviews on here before I decided to go, and I saw a mix of good and bad, but I still went ahead and made an appointment. Since I hadn’t met any of the doctors, I went ahead and just let fate decide who I saw. I ended up seeing Amy White. First off the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and polite and then everyone at the front desk was also SUPER nice and friendly, even though they were working on a Saturday! Then I want to point out I was coming in for a new patient appointment on a Sat. Let me say that again, on a Saturday. They do not only see people for urgent care issues on Saturdays AND Sundays. No, they also see patients who want to establish care as new patients. Maybe these people don’t have the time or transportation during the week. Anyway, I think that’s very cool to find family care doctors who can see patients 7 days a week plus evenings! On to Amy, she was kind, took the time listen to everything I had to say, smiled, was funny, and also very thorough. I will definetly see her again, and will also take my family there! Great! Great first impression!!!

Dismissive and rude. Incorrect appointment scheduling, passive aggressive when resolving problems (new insurance, demographics, etc.). Acting physician was not any better and did not seem to care at all. They ended with a prescription for muscle relaxants without any explanation and sent us off. I wouldn't recommend this clinic unless you've lost a limb, as that's all that seems to get these people moving.

Front desk girls weren't the friendliest and then my nurse had the nerve to ask if I'm a man or woman. Then when giving the Dr a quick run down on what I'm being seen for she sounded pretty snotty and almost as if she were mocking me about jeeding an allergy shot. Then they go to get the medication to administer and they're completely out. Looks like I paid to be insulted today. I'm pretty offended right now and will not be returning.

I've been taking my son and I to CopperView Medical Center for about 5 years now. One of the things I like the most about them, is being able to get in with an appointment last minute. They've always been able to accommodate us on a last minute basis. We even have walked in before when it was an emergency, and they could get us in. Always friendly staff. Comfortable waiting area, and I've always had great Doctors there. It's convenient for me to get to, clean, and my appointments are almost always on time.

Claims coded incorrectly and no one wants to help. The phone number gives no option to speak with a live person to ask for a office manager. Very poor service

So let's start with the definition of a Triage Staff - A telephone triage nurse is a nursing professional that helps patients determine what type of care they need over the phone. They often provide a cursory assessment of the patients and help them decide if they need to seek emergency treatment, make an appointment with a doctor, or treat themselves at home. Well for this clinic it's an inexperienced health care worker whoms job it is to take messages (since they rarely answer the phone) and not follow up with patient's to see if their needs have been met. I called back to see what was happening and was told the message was given to my physician and he didn't respond, that was it. Today was not the first of these instances where I felt like I was being treated at a low budget health care facility. I love my physician (Andrews), he is actually one of the few there that I feel are genuine and care. Not impressed with the other majority of the workers there (let me emphasize WORKERS) since it's my opinion they are not healthcare perfesionals. It makes me sad to believe that this is what our healthcare system has become. That a new generation is being taught and shown by example that it's okay to simply not care. If you have a choice and your not tied to one of the few good doc's there, I would suggest going elsewhere. Two stars for my amazing doctor!

I have never experienced serious health issue before. The hardest part is trying to rule out test by test to find out whats wrong. I believe this is an ineffetive system that takes to long, it is time consuming and waste resources. i believe the reason for this is caused by Insurance vs the physicians. 3 weeks later, I am still doing another blood test and another Mri , this time with contrast. It stressful and does not allow us to get to he cause in a timely manner and it doesnt allow me to start to develop a plan to get better.

This place was an absolute nightmare. We walked in and they gave us an hour wait time, so they put us on their list while we ran home to drop some things off, we got back within the hour and had to wait still another hour to be seen. When we were finally taken back , the doctor who saw me was sooo rude. She looked at my ears and goes “Well there is fluid in there, but until it’s an infection there’s nothing we can do .” And sent me on my way. Telling me to take Sudafed and allergy medicine. I decided to get a second opinion from another instacare and they actually looked at me to find out I had a sinus infection. I would stay far from this place. Bad service !

I have been a patient for years now and I have had my good and my bad as in waiting but what doctor office isn’t busy if I knew I couldn’t wait and it was an actual URGENT EMERGENCY I would just go to the ER down the street! Copperview has made it possible for me to be seen when I have walked in! The assistants are always happy and helpful! The providers are great and have knowledge! I live by an urgent care and I rather drive 25 min to come here then there!!
