My children have been in the care of Dr. Casillas for 9 years and before it was great. Now there are students and other Dr that are so new to practicing and while I understand they will mess up they should have a supervising Dr avalable to help. One of the new Dr's made a huge mistake with my child and when I complained they handeled it as if it were my fault. Onother bas thing is the waiting areas are dirty and wate tumes make ut so easy for cross cobtaminatuon of sick children. The restroom is also syper dirty always. And the veds where children sit for they're consoltations are used as seringe holders after every childs shots.

I love this office. The longest waiting prd I have ever had has been 30mins and that was the first day where I had to fill out paper work. Other than that I wait about 5-10mins then go inside for abt 5mins or less and im out. They are ALL very nice and loving. My daughter loves going.

The Doctors and nurse practitioners are nice, but the staff especially the front desk girls are rude and have no people skills. You have to be on top of them to give you a referral or to call you back on results, they are rude when you want to make an appointment and give bad attitude if you even ask to be seen for same day sick appointments. Overall had a really bad experience here and decided to switch my kids to another pediatric clinic.

They can do better on waiting time and hold time. And they need to keep those doctors or practitioners not constantly changing and the front office employees can be nice and smile. Since all those clients one way or another pays money to you guys.

Front desk ladies has NEVER welcomed myself or my husband even after I said “hello”. Other than that, the doctors are well mannered. I don’t recommend this place if you like to enter in a positive manner.

When I began my search for a dentist, I had a few terrible ones. Disconnected from the kids, keep in mind some kids are afraid of the dentist. But from day 1, the staff and dentist have been extremely professional and welcoming. My oldest son that started there at the age of 8 now 21, loves his teeth. Funny but they're his pride and joy, being able to smile without shame, the orthodontist fixed him right up. Forever grateful!

The girls at the front desk need more training. They need to be trained on how to treat people and help them with basic manners. My 3 year old has more manners than the rude girls at the zaragoza office. Being rude and unprofessional is not necessary when we go there for help. I would consider moving the grouchiest person that you have there out of the front and maybe off the phones. I can't believe how rude they are I'm looking for a new pediatrician where we will be treated with respect from beginning to end.
