I've been a long time patient of Dr Metha. Recently, I have been attempting to schedule an appointment after having the Vertiflex Superion surgery last year, as I have been having extreme pain. After calling his office on W.S. Young drive for the last 2 weeks and almost 30 times in the last two days and leaving multiple messages with no return calls, I finally got in touch with someone. Now I get to wait another 3 weeks for an appointment because they couldn't answer their phones to schedule me for the appointment I was told was available on Wednesday morning. My referral has been approved through TriWest since September 19th. That's how long both TriWest and myself have been attempting to get in contact with someone at this office. If I could go somewhere else, I would. Unfortunately, not many people have even heard of the Vertiflex Superion.

Had my first visit today. Everything went amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly. I met with NP Jessica Laskoskie and let me tell you this: She asked questions and listened to the answers. She was incredibly pleasant, polite and down to earth. She was thorough in her examination. She was the first medical professional I’ve met with regarding my spine issues that made me feel like I wasn’t just a number or a pay check. She explains everything in common sense, no BS ways. I can not say enough good things about her and this pain speciality center. Thinking about trying this place? Do it, and ask for Jessica!!! -SFC T.
