Everyone was very friendly and pleasant and we had another great experience with the exception of the woman that closes you out at the end ie: scheduling, payments etc. I do believe her name was Malorie. She spoke very muffled and therefore it was hard to hear what she was saying. When I would kindly ask for her repeat she would speak very condescending and came off quite rude- multiple times. My 10 year old even picked up on it. :( Besides this, I would definitely recommend this business.

I have been taking my daughter there for 5 or more years. I have had impeccable service every single time. Over the years their processes continue to improve so that patients and parents don't sit around idly waiting. My last experience was yesterday with Dr. Larson who is an amazing doctor. He treated my daughter with legitimate concern. Yameli was the young lady who helped us get set up with x-rays, weight and all the preliminary steps. She was also a very sweet young lady. Very personable and friendly. The dental hygienist was also amazing (didn't catch her name). She was very thorough and offered some great advise to help my daughter's teeth stay clean and healthy.

Our daughter is still a baby and so the Dental Assistants went out of their way to make sure she was entertained. We saw Dr. Wu and she sang to my daughter while she examined her teeth which was comforting. I appreciate all of the tips from Dr. Wu especially as a first time mom. My four children have been going there for over 10 years excellent service very fast and courteous staff. Tablets and playhouse with lots to do in the waiting Room. I have absolutely no complaints about EP Dentistry! Everyone from the reception desk to the dental assistants, dentists ( especially Dr. Johnstun) and other staff members are kid friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. We have been going here for the past 5 years and wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else for any of our children's dental needs. We have four children and they always allow us to schedule them for the same day and time so it is more convenient for us as parents to get all their dental appointments fulfilled without making multiple trips to the same facility for different children. The waiting area that has an indoor playground, video games section and a movie to keep the kids occupied. They always leave with a balloon and dental hygiene bag. My son recently had a tooth removed and ended up in a good mood and smiling on his way out the door because of the steps EP Dentistry takes to make your child feel safe, important and special each time they visit.

My daughter went to another dentist before here and they were never able to do xrays or a proper dental examination because she wasn’t comfortable and screamed her head off. E.P. Dentistry 4 Kids on Zaragoza has always been great to our family, today's visit was no different. We were immediately greeted and called for x-rays pretty quickly. I have absolutely no complaints about EP Dentistry! Everyone from the reception desk to the dental assistants, dentists ( especially Dr. Johnstun) and other staff members are kid friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. We have been going here for the past 5 years and wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else for any of our children's dental needs. We have four children and they always allow us to schedule them for the same day and time so it is more convenient for us as parents to get all their dental appointments fulfilled without making multiple trips to the same facility for different children. The waiting area that has an indoor playground, video games section and a movie to keep the kids occupied. They always leave with a balloon and dental hygiene bag. My son recently had a tooth removed and ended up in a good mood and smiling on his way out the door because of the steps EP Dentistry takes to make your child feel safe, important and special each time they visit.

I really liked this Dental office. The staff was very friendly and kind to my 1 year old son. We saw Dr. Wu, she was very kind and patient with my son, and answered all of our questions. The office is super kid friendly, they have game systems for the older kids, a tablet table and a little slide area. I gave them a 4 because our appointment was at 5 and we didn't get seen until almost 6. I don't know if it was because it was our first time there but that is one of my biggest pet peeves. Other than that great place to take your kiddos.

He had an eruption cyst, not ideal to pop it, but I felt we had no choice since it's been about 2 months since it formed. My son wasnt amused but the dentist was gentle, informative and nice. They are considerate of how the kids are feeling and really do welcome parents into the rooms each step. They were perfectly happy going along with a "wait and see" approach to a small cavity forming in a baby tooth and we were able to never need it filled. They were also fine skipping the routine x-ray for the cleaning visit and the flouride varnish when one if my kids was distresed over it. They have never pressured or pushed anything.

I have been coming to Dr. Lind for a couple years now for all my dentist needs. Last week I had an appointment for my usual 6 month cleaning, and got to tell him about some pain I’d been having in my mouth. After some X-Rays, we saw that one of my wisdom teeth needed to extracted immediately. Dr. Lind was awesome, and assured me that he could extract it in under five minutes with no pain. I thought he was joking until 20 minutes later when he was already done filling two cavities, and putting a gauze where the wisdom used to be. I couldn’t believe that I had just gone through a wisdom tooth extraction with the same comfort as a regular cleaning! I didn’t feel a thing, had NO pain after, barely any bleeding and just carried out my day as usual! Thank you Dr. Lind!

The entire staff to include the hygienist to the dentists were friendly, supportive and very professional. It felt like fresh breath of air to be surrounded by people with simple ettiqute. Overall experience was very pleasant until I got to billing. The billing receptionist, Melissa was very cordial. She was doing her best to accommodate my needs while addressing my concern about the two separate insurances with same name but different carriers. It's understandable for the misunderstanding even though I told the front receptionist that I have two policies and provided 2 different verifications upon my arrival. Obviously, even though I've filled out primary and alternate insurance information via online, it was still over-looked. Federal dental (civilian-Delta) and Tricare dental (miliarty-Delta) is two separte and completely different policies. I didn't appreciate "the other girl" jumping (pretty much took over Melissa's personal space and computer screen) then started to yap over and over again about the same thing "we were only able to verify Tricare Delta dental. She was so fixated on "Tricare Delta" it was ridiculous! When I tried to explain what might could of happened (the mishap/overall miscommunication), let's just say she doesn't know how nor when to shut her F'en mouth. "One rotten apple spoils the barrel!" ORIGINALLY I only gave 4 stars, but not even 10 minutes of posting this review, the office manager Rayna (sorry if I demolished your name) called to address the issue. Thank you for your immediate attention on the matter. It is greatly appreciated!

The entire staff to include the hygienist to the dentists were friendly, supportive and very professional. It felt like fresh breath of air to be surrounded by people with simple ettiqute. Overall experience was very pleasant until I got to billing. The billing receptionist, Melissa was very cordial. She was doing her best to accommodate my needs while addressing my concern about the two separate insurances with same name but different carriers. It's understandable for the misunderstanding even though I told the front receptionist that I have two policies and provided 2 different verifications upon my arrival. Obviously, even though I've filled out primary and alternate insurance information via online, it was still over-looked. Federal dental (civilian-Delta) and Tricare dental (miliarty-Delta) is two separte and completely different policies. I didn't appreciate "the other girl" jumping (pretty much took over Melissa's personal space and computer screen) then started to yap over and over again about the same thing "we were only able to verify Tricare Delta dental. She was so fixated on "Tricare Delta" it was ridiculous! When I tried to explain what might could of happened (the mishap/overall miscommunication), let's just say she doesn't know how nor when to shut her F'en mouth. "One rotten apple spoils the barrel!" ORIGINALLY I only gave 4 stars, but not even 10 minutes of posting this review, the office manager Rayna (sorry if I demolished your name) called to address the issue. Thank you for your immediate attention on the matter. It is greatly appreciated!

I've been taking my twins to EP Dentistry for two years, my twin son has Down Syndrome. The staff is incredibly patient with him and work diligently to make my son feel comfortable. Love love love this dentist! Took my kiddos to another dentist office back in 2009-2011 and I was very dissatisfied. Been here ever since and have always been very please with their customer service and patient care and treatment. They talk my kids through the whole procedure, the kids watch a movie while they get their teeth cleaned, and they do always allow parents in treatment rooms. Which was important to me. My kids love playing in the waiting room with the video games and playground. They always leave with a goody bag full of dental treats and a balloon :) Happy kids = happy Mom!

Absolutely the best decision I could have made when taking my two young children to EP Dentistry on Zaragosa! The staff was amazing, the actual office was impeccably clean and definitely has children and parents in mind with plenty of activities to keep children busy while they wait, and the doctors are thorough and caring! Was not expecting my little guy to have to get two fillings, but they were very diligent and were able to fill them within 30 minutes of me finding out he needed the procedure done. My little guy was definitely at ease due to how wonderful and gentle they were with him. They also have an amazing military discount and the procedure for both fillings only came out to under $30!!! So so happy to have found such an amazing office for the care of my childrens oral hygiene for the next few years!! Thank you EP Dentistry!
