Long waits but considering the price and staff I’d gladly wait! I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 20 years and love seeing the same familiar faces throughout the years. Patricia at reception/ register always has such a spunky and friendly demeanor. Definitely recommend, especially for people more comfortable speaking Spanish.

WORST PLACE TO GO!!!!!!!!!!! HAD ME WAITING IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM FOR 2 HRS!!!!!! Extremely rood people. Me and my family haven't been goin to this place for years and I never expected this to happen to me. I went in yesterday around 5:15pm with a fever of 102.8 and bad headache with dizziness my mom told the front desk person (omar) that I was not feeling good at all and he just told us to go in with the nurses. We went in and the nurse (who's name I dint ask for) took my temp and all does type of things. And took me and my mom into the "EMERGENCY" room and literally had us waiting for 2HRS!!!!!!!!! my mom kept asking the nurses if they where going to take care off me since I was in EXCRUCIATING PAIN and all they told her was "I'M SORRY YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT" after almost 1 hr of me sitting there with the pain I decided to lay down for a little, my mom kept asking and all they did was give me a pain pill that DID NOT WORK FOR NOTHING IN THE WORLD!!!!!! We asked if they where going to take care of me if not so we can go somewhere else and all they said was "WE HAVE ALLOT OF PEOPLE MA'M" I thought that if someone goes in with a feaver no matterr the situation your suppose to at least get that feaver taken care off before it gets worst? ?????? And I was in there so called "EMERGENCY ROOM"? Me and my mom left and told the front desk (omar) wat happend he looked like he did not care, and all he said was "oh they should of taken you in, did you tell the nurses you had feaver??" UHM YESSSS LIKE 50 TIMES!!!!! He said "oh well I dont know wat happend....I'm sorry" REALLY????? I'm sorry?????? That's all??????? BY THE WAY I WAS PAYING CASH!!!! We left right away and found another clinic that took me in right away and took extremely good care of me. and the people where extremely nice and told me wat I could do about this situation. If I could give this place a NEGATIVE 10 I would!!!!!

After being involved in a motorcycle wreck i suffered serious burns, that required medical attention. They began to ooze a yellow like substance that i immediately assumed were signs of infection. Over the course of the next few weeks i began going to various emergency rooms, and hospitals. ( memorial herman and bayshore to name a couple) Both of which sent me home without treatment or cleansing of the wound. Determined to get better i continued searching for a hospital or clinic that would provide the care needed. Finally i found a clinic in katy that agreed to help me. When i arrived at clinica hispania the majority of staff were telling me i needed to go to the ER, which i have already done, but a RN by the name of Francis came to the rescue. She told me she would personally take care of me and give me the care i needed. She cleansed my wound for me, wrapped it, and my healing process could finally begin. Of the various different hospitals and clinics we went to, i feel francis was the only person who was qualified enough and actually cared enough to do the job that so many others perform just to make a check. I normally don't write reviews but being that she was the only person who was willing to go above and beyond to help a person that was in obvious need, i want everyone to know how grateful i am for her service. THIS 5 STAR RATING IS FOR YOU FRANCIS THANK YOU!!!

Ive been coming here for a while, its always a great customer service. Yes is a long wait but if dnt forget is a walk in clinic with alot of patients in less than an hour theirs 10 or more patients waiting to be seen. Love this clinic they always welcome walkings, is hard to find a clinic that would see you the same day. Dr Oscar De Valle takes his time and never rush. I like the fact that they take walking because other clinics will make you wait 2weeks or 1 month to see a doctor. I woke up with the flu and I didn’t need an appointment I just drove there. Receptionist are always very nice and helpful, love it love it, I am not really good on filling forms so they always nice and help me. Great service I recommend it.

My husband switched to Molina Healthcare Marketplace insurance not knowing that its network is pretty much the same as medicaid. They gave him a PCP at Clinica Hispana. Our experience was horrible. We have a one-year old and we all came together not knowing that we will wait 3,5 hours to have a 5-minutes long appointment. We needed a referral to a specialist which was the reason of our visit. The clinic failed to provide a valid referral and the phone number they gave me was for Harris County system's gynecology office. I am not sure if this was a result of a language barrier, I honestly do not know. We wasted a whole day for nothing.

The front desk, the nurses, the referral ladies and the doctor are very professional ,very knowledgeable, specially Dr. Ares and Dr. De Valle, when you see how they talk to you and how they approach your problem you immediate realize that they know very well what they are doing and also that they have a profound experience. My favorite doctor is Dr. Ares , she listens to you ,she takes care of you with dedication.I do not know why people want to tarnish their images. ClinicaHispana never say they can not see you,on the other hand they always help you when you just walk in , different to many other clinic that if you don't have appointment they don't see you even if you have fever, vomiting , dehydration or other serious problem.If you walk in they are going to help you. Everybody should understand that if in front of you there are more patient no every body can be seen at the same minute, and every body know that if you go to the ER you are going to spend more money and more time , usually 6-8 hours or more. When you see a place full of people all the time you know that the people are very happy with the service they receive and that is Clinica Hispana. ATTN FIRST TIMERS PLEASE READ: I have been at this doctor for my whole life now and we'll let me tell you DO NOT come here. Number one, service is terrible everything you do there is a wait, there is one wait room and then one in the actual doctors area besides the average two hour wait you even have to wait for your doctor in the room. Number two, they don't always diagnose correctly they are always in a rush to get you out so they typically will always provide some pain relief and call it a day for you. You even have to wait for a simple thing like a signature. Number three, staff acts like they HATE their job. They are rude to minors as well I know for myself. They don't even know what they are doing half the time. Phone calls are bad as well chances are you'll get bad info or won't even speak to who you need to. I had a phone call with someone who hung up on me for another patient as if I was not important. Bottom line is please do not come to a low clinical setting. If you're needing care go somewhere worth your time.

I went to this "Clinic" because i was feeling very bad, and left out feeling worse! They treat you so bad on top of how bad you already feel. The doctor that look at me was, N. Ares Valdes she never look at my face! She wanted to give me a shoot with out even knowing what i had, i ask her what was wrong she just ignore me all the time. Horrible experience! Horrible place. I give this place a 5⭐, Tuesday was my very first time going to this clinic. since the moment i went inside this facility i felt secure and in good hands.The receptionist that help me sign up was really nice'she ask for all my info and reason why i was visiting today.No complains about her, if i remember her name was (YANETH). There was a misunderstanding between nurse and me about if the receptionist had ask me for my fav pharmacy i had said NO but right away i said YES so it was my fault. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! took my hubby in for a yearly check-up. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THE HELL THEY'RE DOING. from the moment you walk in to front desk (reception area) to the doctors. (especially that lady dr., you literally have to ask the questions, she won't speak to you nor see you eye to eye w/ clear explanations. they'll just prescribe something to get you out & get paid. ohh cause trust me, they don't forget to charge you for everything. they will even charge you to give you the results of lab tests. (separately) ohhh yes, they sure do. follow ups are not free either, theres a $20 charge for that. I used to go here years ago, when the dad was in charge (dr. del valle) not the son. it went down hill after that.
