This Doctor is classified in the category of Orthopedic surgeon.
It was great and everybody was nice and helpful. Thank you Dr.Stalin.
This place is nasty. My father (who suffered a wound with a very high risk of infection) was treated in a very unsanitary and unprofessional way. Including a nurse not wearing gloves, (even when confronted about it) using unsanitiesed scissors pulled from a pocket, and not too mention the fecal matter(yes that's what I said) on the furniture. Bad medical practices and worse customer service.
Dr. Staelin is the best at releasing my dupuytren contracture. He and his TOA staff are approachable and professional; Dr Staelin is fast and precise and has worked his NA magic on both my hands. I am so grateful that he is my hand doctor.
Dr Siegel as well as TOA is top notch! Love her she is fabulous, would never go anywhere else but TOA! The staff and doctors in Hendersonville are kind, caring, proficient and make you feel at home.
Upcoming procedure was explained in depth as to what to expect, how long recovery would take and what actually was going to take place. Dr. Siegel is very friendly, professional and takes the time to explain everything.
Knowledgeable and thorough
I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr.Seigel has completed surgery on me twice. Several years ago she did Carpal Tunnel surgery on both my wrists at the same time. After 4 days stitches were removed and I have had awesome results. Almost 5 weeks ago, she completed surgery on a trigger finger. It is taking longer to get back to normal with it. Of course, she had to do a lot more than she thought. I am making good progress. Love Dr. Seigel
Very personable and thoughtful.
Was very personable and professional!
IF I COULD PUT 0 I WOULD!!! I have cysts in my ankle and I told them that have been to 3 different Dr.s and emergency room that said I had then connected to my tendons. What dose this "doctor" wanna do, send me to physical therapy for tendon Issues. When all I need to do is get the cysts removed. Is was complete crap and my insurance shouldn't have even had to pay it Bc it was a pointless visit and I wasted my gas driving all the way to Hendersonville
Great location. Building is beautiful. Staff was super friendly. Got me in and back fast. Doctor came in almost immediately got me all fixed up and sent me on my way. I hope to not come back lol but if I ever have any more injuries this will be the first place I call.
I always have a good experience at TOA with Dr. Siegel and the Hand Therapy staff.
Very positive and experience from start to finish. Not only is Dr Rose a very personable man, he, his staff and all associated functionaries are absolutely professional.
Dr. Siegel was wonderful, very knowledgeable, upfront, great bedside manner definitely will be back to see her and recommend her to anyone.
Everything about TOA seems good to me. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. The doctors are very thorough, and seem very conservative in their approach. They explain things thoroughly, and are extremely patient. I've seen three different doctors at TOA, and in every appointment, it's seemed like I was the only person there. For orthopedic issues, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The doctor was a___hole rude acted like l was crazy.
Excellent experience. Pain relief in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend Dr. Rose. Very personable, patient, man.
This was my first time going to see Dr Staelin. The checkin process was quite easy. He was very kind while he listened to me and then asked questions. I am going for further testing and feel confident that he can help me!
Great Doctor!
Great experience and great results. A total care facility
Caring and completely honest. Great pre and post operative care from he and his staff.
They were very helpful an took care of all of my needs. Took a bit to sign in though
Doctor Staelin is a fantastic doctor. He took the time to explain my injury and the expectation for recovery. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr Staelin is an excellent Doctor. He listens to your questions and explains all the details. Highly recommend!! Nurse and Staff were great too!!
Injection into my arthritic finger was smooth as silk! My trusted hand surgeon.
Everything was fine.
I injured my ankle and needed to get into see somebody as soon as possible and they were able to work me in the very same day. Dr. Rose was pleasant and efficient.
Shout out to Dr. Siegel and the Team at Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance for their great work, compassion and understanding, had an excellent first time experience here.
Dr. Rose is fantastic and the staff is great. I recommend them to everyone.
2 Surgeries in 3 weeks for both wrists and elbows. Dr. Staelin is very easy to talk to and a laid back type of person. As I am in the medical field it is great to have someone take an extra few minutes and has a great an easy attitude. Would go back to him again if I ever need hand surgery.
I love the way she gave the options and what to expect with the various types of treatments plus she wanted to try less invasive treatments before considering operating.
Great Experience!!@
Very pleased with Dr. Rose and his staff. Would recommend Dr. Rose to anyone needing an orthopedic.
I appreciated Dr. Burval’s thoroughness in explaining exactly what my problem is and his honesty regarding the risks and benefits of surgery. Very professional.
TOA is a wonderful place. Dr. Seigel & Dr. Willis are fantastic Doctors. I would recommend them to anyone! This is at the Nashville location.
Dr Stephen Rose has been an amazing help to me over the past few years. He takes time to listen and he cares for his patients. I am thankful for his wisdom and expertise in the care of my health. ONE OF THE BEST!
Dr.staelin was very thorough, And he was very gentle with the injections! Thanks, dr.
I was treated with respect by both Dr. Staelin and his staff. I received courteous service in a reasonable time frame. I greatly appreciated Dr. Staelin's patience as I was pretty much a walking question mark throughout the visit and not once did I feel rushed. I left the office with a sound understanding of my diagnosis, treatment options, and what actions I needed to take. The only down side was the electronic registration kiosk. It is not very well set up, user friendly, or intuitive. The new patient set up took about 20 minutes and I was forced to stand the whole time which is difficult after a full knee replacement. The kiosks are set up several yards from the receptionist window where assistance is difficult to obtain without the receptionist coming out into the waiting room or speaking loudly through the window.
What pathetic service. Just trying to setup an appointment and clear up insurance issues is like talking to a person smoking pot.
This will be my 6th surgery with TOA. Each one has been an excellent experience. I can not say enough good things about the care I have received and the people who provide it.
The best experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was so nice and professional and would highly recommend this facility and Dr. Jane Siegel. My experience was actually at the One City location and not Hendersonville.
Enjoyed our appointment and he shared good information with me regarding knee replacement and the process that needs to be followed. Will be seeing him again soon.
I had a good and informative vist with Dr. Rose, He listened to all my symptoms. He took X-rays and Is having furthur testing done. We will know more when I some back for my follow up. Thanks, Betty Williams
If you value your time, you might want to find a different doctor. I was kept waiting an hour and 45 minutes. I arrived earlier than my scheduled time...
On time, caring, personable, answered all question!
Dr. Rose is phenomenal..attentive, caring and funny. He and his entire staff are gems.
Great experience. They made me feel like I was the only patient seen that day. Answered all my questions. Listened and helped me work through my treatment options.
Professional and straightforward. Dr Grutter was very prompt in treating my broken elbow. He performed the surgery and follow ups. He was direct and got be back to functioning quick.
Dr. Burval is a compassionate person who gives his patients the opportunity to make decisions about their treatment. He doesn't jump into the most expensive treatment. Although I have not always found this particular office to handle everything in a timely manner, working with Dr Burval makes the difference.
Dr.Staelin rules and his staff is fabulous!!
Appointment scheduled quickly. Arrived as instructed and was taken back earlier than my appointment time. Saw Dr. Jane Siegel. She answered all my questions throughly. She was nice and quickly took care of my problem.
Very caring team would say very pleasant ❤️ Dr Segial great doctor
Dr Rose is personable, knowledgeable and professional. Good personality and thorough. Highly recommended.
Dr. Siegel has done all my hand surgeries and a shoulder surgery before that. She is the only one that I want to do them.
Dr. Burrus is a miracle worker. Very nice and fixed up my screwed up back.
Every friendly and gets right to the point.
Horrible customer service!! Rude office ladies! And I feel like I paid a bunch of money for x-rays and to have the docotors to spend 2 -5 minute visits with me. Also, you have to be clear about your payment plans or they will not have all visits together and threaten to send your bill to collections after telling me by one lady I was fully paid. Obviously, they are disorganized as well! I would not recommend!
Super nice and friendly. Very prompt, very little waiting. My appointment was at 1:10, & he was in my room by 1:15. I highly recommend him.
Dr Siegel is very patient oriented and assessed and treated the problem with my thumbs quickly and professionally.
Excellent
The staff was very friendly & helpful. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was because I had to use the tablet to checkin. Several times I had to repeat myself.
Great "bedside manner" and very personable! I felt like the staff really cared and showed by being very attentive and concerned. Highly recommend!
Dr. Burval and his assistant Tonya are great. Highly recommend.
Saw for shoulder pain. After exam and reviewing images he did great job of explaining my problem and explaining conset ative treatment. Injected shoulder with very little pain and was 70% better in just a few hours. Excellent bedside manor and personable and great staff!
I tried to schedule an appointment in Hendersonville due to me moving out here and didnt care that I didn't see the same doctor as in Nashville and they said NO are you serious. Who does that??? Beyond frustrated.
Dr Staelin is very thorough and addresses my problem with every visit. Would recommend him and this office for any ortho needs.
Dr Rose is energetic, knowledgeable and very caring. His charm and skill are assets to all patients. My husband and I strongly recommend him for all orthopedic needs.
He is very personable and explained every option. Very happy with my visit.
I'm really surprised this is the first time that I've ever visited dr. Rosa's orthopedics office, he was very attentive all the members on the team so far as the nurses the receptionist for very efficient my friend recommended me to him she also had a great experience he's my go to the doctor for orthopedics needs
The doctor made me feel like my problem wasn’t worth his time, and it felt like he was in a rush. He didn’t seem interested in figuring out what was causing my issue with my ankle or the history. He just didn’t have that we’ll get to the bottom of it attitude.
Dr Rose and his team of professionals always go that extra step to make sure you get better service than expected! Thanks Guys!
Staff was very pleasant. Was very pleased with the short wait time. Dr. Did not keep you waiting for a long time. Told me what the problem was, the treatment, and no unnecessary tests. Would recommend him.
Everyone was great very professional
The doctor and all his staff were professional, helpful, prompt and informative. I feel very hopeful with the plan for care that Dr. Rose provided.
The staff was amazing and was willing to help you in any way possible. Dr. Rose was a great doctor. He would make it easy to understand for everyone. Definitely recommend.
Dr Seigel is a very good Doctor in the field of hands/wrist. Very knowledgeable, professional and gentle. I would highly recommend her.
He was great!! Very professional and personable.
Dr. Seigel was very efficient, courteous, proficient, knowledgeable, and empathetic. Had a great experience with her! Would highly recommend !
My visit with Dr Tyler Staelin was top of the line. He is the consummate Dr who has great patient manners, makes one feel very comfortable before the medical procedure,, lets you know what is about to happen then proceeds to do a professional job..... He is one of the most professional Dr's I know and compliments his knowledge with a great sense of humor. My procedure was on my right hand pinkie finger....to try and correct it from being stuck in the up position. The procedure was done and it feels one hundred percent better and is allowing me to use it in a manner that I have not had in the last 5 or 6 years. Dr Tyler Staelin, in my opinion, is among the best in the business. I definitely will seek him out if I have any other ortho issues.
I have seen many doctors over the last 3 1/2 years as we continued to seek diagnoses for my condition. I am what they referred to as a “zebra.” I have a condition they considered rare(it’s not actually that rare), so they wouldn’t perform the diagnostic. It turns out I was right. I had the exact disease I thought I had—the one I asked them to test for—and I just needed a doctor who would listen and order the very simple test. It was years of wasted suffering as my health declined. Because of this, as any chronically ill person can tell you, we become experts on the language and expressions of doctors—the visible difference from when they respect/believe you to when they’re skeptical about whether you’re even sick. From the moment he started speaking, I knew I wouldn’t be able to get a word in. 15 minutes later, and I’d barely spoken. Every time I tried to say something, which is extremely difficult for me due to unbelievable fatigue, he talked over me, even when he’d just asked me a question. He wouldn’t let me finish answering, or if I did, he immediately steamrolled it with his own opinion. I was there for his second opinion on my MRIs, and though I never actually asked for it, he continued to suggest treatments I should try, despite not knowing a single thing about what was actually causing my condition. This is a major red flag for me. He suggested I try exercise, as though I hadn’t. When I tried to tell him we’d tried that, and it hadn’t been helpful(it actually made me considerably worse), he spoke over me again, saying, “I don’t know of ANY disease where exercise makes you worse.” I wanted to say, “THEN OPEN YOUR EARS,” because I was answering his question, and he might have learned something about some extremely debilitating, fairly common illnesses, if he’d just stopped talking over me. Several autoimmune diseases, Lupus, EDS, mitochondrial diseases, MCAS, myalgic encephalomyelitis, adrenal insufficiency, and many more—where exercise can cause flare ups of inflammation, crash you, and even put you in the hospital or worse. Instead, he repeated this statement several times, speaking over me, as if to state his medical law. He shut me down and dismissed me, despite being wrong. I live with this condition everyday and have for years, and I know of millions of others from communities online who are BEGGING doctors to hear us(look up MillionsMissing). We aren’t faking. We hate this, and want to be well. We’ve tried everything. We’ve nearly killed ourselves seeking answers, advocating on our own behalf. What we need is comprehensive care, testing, and doctors who believe us and are willing to say, “I don’t know, but we’ll figure it out.” Some are finding effective treatment options, surgery, and new medical discoveries with willing doctors. I was training for a marathon before this all happened. I know how to exercise safely and how to improve endurance. If I could, I would. This kind of medicine is insulting and ignores the medical research that already exists, not to mention the current research being done about diseases we don’t yet understand, of which there are many. I’m honestly shocked he didn’t suggest a psychiatrist(a line I’ve heard so many times, despite seeing a psych and being cleared of mental illness), since he clearly thought this was all in my head. The cherry on top? Before he finally left me and my wife in stunned silence, he had to ask, “Do you really need that wheelchair?” Oh that old thing? No, no that’s for fun. See, I’m lazy and faking all this impossible fatigue so that I can force my wife to wheel me around my life of doctors, exams, and hospital visits. Exercise? Never heard of it. I will never EVER return here. I left insulted, dismissed, and physically worse off than when I came in. This could have been a productive, informative appointment for both of us. Instead it was $375 I can’t spare, flushed down the toilet. I am not an angry person. It takes a lot to make me angry. But a doctor who won’t listen? I’m a patient, but I have zero patience for that.
Dr Staelin was very helpful with recommending what I should do to help my right hand heal from a fall. He had a splint made for me which eliminates most of the pain and discomfort while it heals After eight weeks of pain, I am thankful.
Dr. Rose is a rare jewel of a person, as well as a gifted technical master of his art.
Dr. Staelin was great! Very good bedside manor! Would choose him again!
Seen quickly, answered all my questions and was very professional and precise.
I have seen Dr Rose on several occasions, he is very professional with everything! Great doctor! I would recommend him to anyone that needs his services!!
Dr Rose is fantastic
Dr Rose is the best,he has good bed side manners... Dr Rose is polite, always got a smile on his face. I would recommend him to anyone.
Very professional group of people here. They were able to see me same day as I called and had me come the next day for surgery. Highly recommended. Dont know what I would have done without them
Dr Seigel is very efficient and she listens to me when I explain my situation. I would recommend her to anyone who needs an orthopedic doctor.

There is no better doctor then Dr. Rose. He has the best staff. You are always treated well and never have to wait. We love Dr. Rose for all he has done for our family The Joinville's
Great service, awesome staff!!!!
The office staff was very nice and Dr. Rose was wondering!!!
Great experience. Staff was great and wait time was much less than I expected.
I was VERY impressed by Dr Burval. He was thorough, careful to explain the medical iissue and made sure I would feel some relief.
Everyone was very professional , expedient, and friendly. Time management was efficient. I did not wait. The staff loves working with Dr. Siegel and I am glad She is willing to do my surgery. She is caring and competent as well as very professional. It was indeed a good experience and kudos to everyone.
Awesome caring Dr's & staff!!!
Dr Rose was very personable and helpful.
Quick and efficient service.
Dr. Siegel was on time, friendly and treated my problem, which resulted in desperate relief of the pain in my wrist. I would recommend her highly.
This is the most unprofessional Doctor's office I have ever been in. The front desk employee was absolutely the WORST!! I brought my mother in at 3:15pm and we are still sitting in the waiting room as I'm typing this at 4:45pm with them saying there are two people ahead of her. Now if we were here late we would be "off schedule" and not be seen but they can do anything they want with no reguard for our time. Dr. Dyer is the one supposed to be seeing my mother and no one has even been out to say any apologies or anything for that matter. Unprofessional and very low class office. BEWARE!! Just a little sidenote....we are still in the waiting room and they are closed and its 5:25pm. Also....TOA needs to really reconsider some of the staff and doctors at this location. I've literally had better service at a drive thru window than here. Now...they just brought out snacks and water because we all know THATS GOING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF SITTING HERE FOR TWO HOURS!!
Doctor Office Staff are very friendly and nice
