My 8 year old son with special needs had dental surgery at the local hospital on 09/19/19 and it was preformed by Dr Andy Reed. I can not express the compassion, love, and care that was shown to my boy! Everything was based around what was best for my son and his needs. Dr. Andy and staff went above and beyond in giving the best care to my son! They keep us informed from the beginning to the end and have followed up with a phone call today to check on their patient!

We took our daughter for her first dentist appointment and we couldn't have picked a better place! we loved how friendly and caring the staff was and how knowledgeable they were. Even though our daughter was not a happy camper, they still made it a pleasant visit for her by giving her a toy at the end of her visit. We will definitely be back for future appointments!

Friendly and knowledgable staff. Great with kids. Nice, new facilities. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is because I have a sort of minimalist idea that they shouldn't worry about spending money on aesthetics, but rather focus their resources on providing the patients with great care. I know you don't need a cool waiting room to provide great care. I also know that not everyone thinks like this, I'm just cheap. :) Otherwise, I highly recommend them.

I have never been so disrespected in my life. My daughter was having a melt down, which I figured she would because she is scared Of everything. So she didn't want to get her teeth brushed nor sit in the chair close to the dentist. Etc. Well when she acts like this. The only way to do anything is if dad holds her down it breaks my heart so I have to leave the room. I asked the dentist if there were a way we could do this sitting up instead of laying in the chair. He said to me if you can't handle the way I do this then you might just want to go somewhere else. I said no I just need to leave the room. And it wasn't because I was mad at him or anything I just told him I wasn't going to fight with my daughter and that he and my husband can hold her down. He kept going on and on and then accused me of rolling my eyes at him. Like I'm 10 years old. Uhm no. He will not talk to me like that. So we left. I was so pissed. I will never be back!

This is a great pediatric dentistry office. They are in a new office, which looks great with game screens for kids to use in the waiting area. Dr. Andy and his staff is friendly and seem to genuinely care about making the place welcoming. They even provide sunglasses for kids to wear if they don't like the light that shines over the chair. My son really liked the 'truck' in the waiting area and says the exam chairs were really comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone in Sumner or surrounding areas.

The front staff were always very nice and the office was very clean, that's why i'm giving them as least two stars. An option was heavily pushed by the dentist and then another staff member pushed another option for my child. End result was neither ended up happening. Also, I did not agree with some of the office policies on scheduling. Overall, we did not have a good experience and have found another Dentist office that we are much happier with.
