I 'am pulling my child out of this clinic I refuse to have nurses or doctors not knowing how to care for a sick child. Its a shame that me as a mother know more on what needs to happen and what's going on its not what I went to school for. Very unprofessional how do you disconnect a call from a frustrated mother do to your negligence on what type of health my child is in. My family and I will not be back ! Terrible

We just moved to Clarksville. We have very good insurance through my employer. The insurance company directed me to this office due to being "in network" and close to where we live. After 2 separate attempts to make an appointment, I have come to the conclusion that this is deffinetly NOT the place for us. The staff answering the phones border on hostile. They seem to aggressively talk non-stop, not allowing for questions. It's just rude. Thank you 'K'. Your communication skills have made my decision easier as to where to find my children's medical needs. Somewhere other then rainbow kids clinic.

I have been taking my oldest since she was born. That was 6 years ago. I now also take my little one as well. She just turned 1. Everyone is really nice and sweet. They take the time to answer any questions you have. Highly recommended.

We had Dr. Levy come to the hospital after the birth of our child and she was horrible. She was very rude to both of us and acted like our opinions didn't matter. My wife had trouble with feedings and had to have help from nurses, when she came in we asked how she was and she said fine but you need to feed her. Like it was our fault that my wife had trouble She said we could leave then she never signed Any paperwork and just left so we couldn't leave till she got back. We waited for over 3 hours for her to come back and sign papers for us to leave. I will never have anything to do with rainbow clinic because of this person and if that is the kind of person they are going to hire and keep that they call "professional" I don't have any faith in any of the other doctors.

I had a horrible experience here. We had just moved to the area in March and I brought my 8 week old daughter in for her well-check and shots. The nurse was rushing and was short with me. The doctor we saw didn't really seem to care about my daughter all that much and didn't seem to have the time to answer my questions. The nurse came in during my daughter's exam and said she needed to speak to the doctor. The doctor left the room without even saying anything to me and left my 8 week old just laying on the exam table (I picked her up immediately!). Then during shots, 3 nurses came in...2 held my daughter down and 1 gave the shots. There is NO need for that. No 8 week old baby needs to have their legs and arms pinned down to the table in order to receive a shot. And on top of that...they administered the WRONG injection!!!! The doctor came in right after the injection was given saying "Wait! That's the wrong one!" I was furious. My daughter is 5 months old now and we haven't been back. We found another pediatrician who is patient, takes her time and has wonderful nursing and office staff. I never recommend Rainbow Kids Clinic to anyone and never will.

They are the worst! My son had an infection in his throat on to of having diarrhea and throwing up, instead of them doing a throat culture and maybe a little thorough check of what could possibly be wrong, his suppose to be doctor (Jennifer Nelson) told me that nothing could be done and we would just have to wait it out. I got another opinion from a doctor and I was told she should have prescribed amoxicillin and at least did a throat culture. I feel as though this place if full of crap. They only have 2 real doctors. Everyone else is "playing doctor". They are racist also. Good luck!

Although my daughters records took forever to transfer which I don’t fault them for, I know that process is a little tedious since they do it by fax, we had a really good experience. My daughter now sees PNP Mary Gluff and we love her, shes is informative and listens to every concern I had. The receptionists are always very helpful to us as well and polite when we check in. We didn’t have the best experience my sons first time there and vowed to never go back but I’m glad we did and have a Dr we enjoy seeing now.

We changed to this clinic after a bad experience at another hospital and we are so happy with the care. The nurses are phenomenal and are so great with kids! Mrs. Christina Paasche, the PA that we see, is thorough, kind, and compassionate. She even takes the extra time to complete paperwork for school/daycare without any complaints. She truly cares about her patients and gives parents a peace of mind. Thank you!

We just moved here last week and needed to get my daughter associated with a pediatrician here in Kentucky. We’ve had lots of trouble with what we thought was acid reflux and wanted to get another opinion after seeing a couple of pediatricians in Ga and Texas (were military). We get here and Dr. Lauren saw her and me and my husband absolutely fell in love with just how she was with our daughter and she actually determined that my daughter (2 months old) has a milk protein allergy. No other pediatrician has been able to tell us this! We’re so thankful for Dr. Lauren and the staff here at Rainbow Kids clinic! I have requested for Dr. Lauren to be her primary! Amazing place and people!

Ms. Lissa West is the best doctor hands down at this facility. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my daughter. She’s the most patient and kind person there is. She’s very attentive and listens to what you have to say and doesn’t try rushing you in and out of your room. She takes the time to actually test and diagnose your child accordingly and doesn’t just take one look at said child and guess. By far the best pediatrician I’ve ever met! Hands down!

I would highly recommend Rainbow Kids Clinic. Dr Christina Paasche is wonderful. My family recently moved to Clarksville and I am so thankful I found Dr Paasche. For 2 1/2 years my son had what looked like a small scab in his nose. He has been referred to a dermatologist and an ent. I has been given countless creams and very expensive compounded allergy nasal spays nothing helped. Dr Paasche has been the ONLY Dr who was able to resolve the issue!!! He also had 'milia' for 3 plus years. Countless creams, facial scrubs, even bought a Clarisonic, nothing helped. Dr Paasche diagnosed him with Keratosis pilaris within 2 days of using the lotion he was prescibed the bumps were gone. Dr Paasche is AMAZING!! She really takes the time to listen and is so personable. Hands down the best pediatrician in Clarksville. I cannot express how thankful my son is have these issues resolved!!

Look I get it they have a lot of kiddos to care for, but waiting in the office for an hour or more when my kid is hacking up a lung is not to my standard. On average every visit we wait over an hour in the office to see a doctor. All the while you can hear staff joking with each other. When will Clarksville get someone worthy of their business mission statement. On to the next I guess.

My son Jack is two years old and diagnosed as Autistic. We first brought Jack to RKC in December 2017, and over the past six months Jack has made huge strides. He normally needed to be fully restrained to check his ears (he is prone to ear infections), and had meltdowns over something as simple as standing on the scale. But Camille and the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond for him at every visit. After only six months, Jack is excited to have his weight and height done. He pulls up his shirt so they can listen to his hearts and lungs, and he gives only the smallest cringe when we check his ears. I'd heard horror stories from other parents of Autistic children about their difficulties in getting their children appropriate care, but Camille has never hesitated to give us the appropriate referrals Jack needs for his Autism. She's never been anything except kind and gentle-mannered with him, even on his worst days. We had a hiccup when we switched to Tricare where we had to go to two visits on-base in one week (one for referrals, the other for his ears), and he immediately regressed in those two visits to how he'd been in December -- if not worse. Even though we took some steps back, Camille wasn't ever discouraged. Sometimes we have to see other staff when things come up last-minute, but they, too, have been wonderful with Jack. I cannot speak highly enough of RKC.

My daughter has been a patient at Rainbow Kid’s Clinic since we moved to Clarksville last spring. We started out seeing Lissa, whom was great, but I had some differences in opinions about some things (like that my 4 month old should be sleeping through the night and I should let her cry it out instead of nursing her when she woke up). I just stuck with my mom instincts on that one and it worked out fine. Now that Lissa has left, we are seeing Jodie. She is great with our girl and very patient, although your daughter starts crying the minute we walk into the exam room. We have always gotten great care and never had any issues. We can always make an appointment in a very timely manner and be seen.

I recently moved to Clarksville from Nashville with a 6 month old. I knew he needed to get his shots and this was the highest rated pediatrician that accepted his insurance so I was like why not. I called to set up the appointment and they said I have to come fill out the new patient paperwork, no biggie. So I go into the office and fill out the paperwork and they tell me that they won’t be able to actually schedule the appointment until they’ve received his files from his doctor in Nashville. 2 MONTHS later I call them because my son still had no received his 6 month vaccinations. They then tell me they will just schedule him without his files from the other doctor. Okay. So I schedule the appointment and go in. They tell me that I have to answer a questionnaire about my son on a tablet, so I do so. Well after I’ve done that and I go to see the actual doctor they told me my son didn’t “pass” the problem solving based on the questionnaire but couldn’t tell me which questions it was that made him fail and that he needed to work on. I just didn’t like this doctors office in general. They barely even looked at my son & I told her about an ER visit where they said he had colon issues which was barely addressed. We are moving back to Nashville and the doctor situation is one of the reasons we are. 2/5 stars because the front desk staff are really polite and respectful.

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. The office manager Laura Pringle is extremely unprofessional. I came in for my son’s appointment and the referral I received was in a different patients name. The sports physical was also in a different persons name and when they noticed it they crossed out the name and added my sons name to the forms. Then on different paperwork they gave my son a different last name. The incompetence of this office is unbelievable. I dont recommendation Dr. Vidya Bansal. This women is highly unprofessional, has zero patience with children. My visit today was 2hrs and 40min for a sports physical. I spoke with the owner Dr.Satish Prabhu about the visit and about all errors on the paperwork and he just stated, these things happen all the time at different practices and I said to him would you feel the same if all this happened at the hospital and not the office and he said, well sure. I then said I have a referral you guys gave me to go to the hospital with the wrong patients information on it. When I told them I would be making reviews about our experience they laughed and said go ahead. This practice is a liability ready to happen!

They do not listen to the parents at all about family medical history. They want you to spend more money to go to a specialist just so they know you are not telling them a lie. If you don't they will drop your kids as a patient. I would not recommend them at all to take care of your children

The front desk people are snotty. And only worry about the co-pay that you have to pay. We are aware we have a co-pay. You don’t even let us completely check into the appointment. Or tell you anything else first thing out of your mouth is co-pay. Once you get to the doctor they’re pretty good most of the time. But that front desk ruins your whole entire visit.

Words cannot describe how pleased I am with this clinic. They take care of my kids. They make sure that my kids are leaving with a smile on their face before we walk out the door. I have never had a bad experience, the staff is really friendly, and we see the same Dr. every time that we visit. I trust their medical advice and I trust that my children are taken care of when they are here. On a recent experience, I had recently moved and misplaced my children’s shot records (probably still packed up!) and I needed them for the daycare I take my kids to. I called them today and Daniel, in medical records, came to my rescue! He was amazing and took care of my needs and made sure to call me back when he had sent the fax off. And get this, he even called the day care to get their fax number!!! Where I’m from, you’re lucky if you get a call back about the records. I am so happy that I was able to find this clinic. Love this place!!

Apparently only so many sick appointments are available for the day and if you call during cold and flu season, even 30min after they have opened, you are out of luck. So I guess my newborn is just going to have to tough it out? Pathetic. A 3wk old baby should be able to be seen, no questions asked. I’ll make sure to talk to my new baby and make him understand he can’t just go getting sick when he is tiny & vulnerable.

I love Rainbow kids Clinic! As a new mom I highly recommend them the staff is super helpful and so friendly. They're also more modern than what I would expect... They use the Healow app to allow patients to see thier appointments and meds and even send a message to them, I've done that simply because I had a question about my baby's poop and within 15mins. Someone called me and gave me above and beyond the information I needed. Needless to say I am very pleased with The Rainbow Kids Clinic and if your a new mom/dad or just had ur 10th child yoully love them too.

I have been taking my children to RKC for about 7-8 years. We seen Mrs. West until she left, received another doctor but she left shortly after and then we ended up with Pam Bush who is amazing. My review is not for Mrs. Bush or the nurses. Thursday my son was injured at camp. Long story short the dr who was able to see him that day didn't believe the injury was that bad. I requested an xray anyway and she proceeded to tell she didn't think it was necessary. I felt uncomfortable and told her I would probably need it just so I can let the camp know for sure if it was broken or not. She ordered the xrays and said she'd get back with me that day with results. I drove straight to the hospital and was walking out by 2:30. I didn't get a call back that day which was fine. Friday still no call so I assumed it wasn't broken but I called at 3. The clerk told me a nurse would call me back. She called 30 mins later and left a vm that my son had a small fracture and the soonest they could schedule an appt for him was Monday. I called RKC at 8 this morning(Monday) and she said she was about to call me about the ortho doc. I told her that I had an appt with RKC at 2:30 and needed it to be before then. She said she'd call me back and she did with 2 options. Option 1 was today at 1:15 and option 2 was tomorrow. I picked today at 1:15 because it worked out fine with our RKC appt and they are across the street from one another. OrhtoGo took 1hr and 15 mins to tell us what we already knew, the thumb was broken. 2:15 comes and I call RKC to see what would the late grace period be and was told 10 mins. 2:30 I leave OrthoGo and head to RKC and we arrive at 2:35. I am then told that they cancelled BOTH of my children's appts because of the OrthoGo appt. First off, NO ONE told me they were cancelling my appts that I made in May. Two, they didn't even ask if it were ok to cancel them like what the hell. Last time I checked, I was the parent and this is MY TIME and MY GAS. I am furious at this point but remain calm as my children are with me. I ask to speak to a manager because again, how do you cancel appts without communicating with the parent. I am told the manager will be with me shortly. 20 mins go by and a woman comes up and speaks to the front clerks. After she leaves, I am called over and told that my kid's dr has appts but they'll squeeze me in and if I still want to talk to a manager I can. I arrived at 2:35 for a 2:30 appt and didn't get seen until 3:30. Having to beg for an xray, unacceptable. Having to call you about a follow up, unacceptable. Cancelling an appt without notifying or discussing it with the parent, unacceptable. Making that same parent wait an hour before seeing a doctor is UNACCEPTABLE. I give this practice 7-8 years of business and the manager can't even come out to apologize, UNACCEPTABLE. I could of gone back to OrthoGo and just been given a 3:30 appt and a sorry but nothing. My son's broken thumb and fixing the situation should of been a priority. Trying to make YOUR mistake right would of been the right thing to do. I go to just about every kid activity in Clarksville, guess how many moms I've referred to your office in those 7-8 years I've been going. Never again.

I am a Peds NP myself so I’m very picky with how my kids are seen at their visits and have not been pleased with the care we’ve gotten on post so we are on Tricare standard. When we first got to Clarksville I needed an off post provider and RKC was recommended by other military wives. We’ve been using RKC for my 3 kids for the last 3 years and have been very happy with the staff and services we received. I was impressed with Lauren and Tricia (both no longer there). Because of my good experiences I’ve had, I now work there as well!
