Dr. Macgregor did a cervical fusion on my C-5 -C-6 vertebra. I was experiencing excruciating pain in both on my arms. Since the surgery I am now pain free. She is an excellent physician and really does care about her patience. I HIGHLY recommend her!!!!!!

Dr. McGregor is horrible. She dismissed my sister like she was a piece of trash. She told my sister she had nothing wrong with her back to lose weight!! My sister is not fat but has curves. So my sister went to another Dr and he told her she needs surgery on her blown out back. You are a disgrace to the medical field and you are a pig for telling my sister that she needs to lose weight. I am NOT speaking for my sister b/c she is more polite. Dr. McGregor you need to learn how to be tactful and I am not even done passing this story on.

This is NOT your normal review! I had a medical emergency and Dr. MacGregor changed her schedule to see me. She said based on what was happening it couldn't wait any longer. There was a wait for me but also for the other people who were delayed last Friday because she worked me in. The staff kept explaining there was a medical emergency and no one was upset when I was wheeled to the back of the office. In fact, I even received some smiles, "Good luck!" and "Hope you feel better!" best wishes from other patients. Thank you to all, you'll never know how much it meant to me.

I was seen by Dr. MacGregor this year for my neck. It had been hurting me for some time and I could no longer turn my head to the right. I was recommended by my Chiropractic team to go see her after they determined there was nothing further that could be done for me. So I did not know what to expect but this doctor took close to an hour going over my imaging, listening to my concerns and came up with a treatment plan. After all therapies were exhausted and I explained that I did not want to be on pain medication for life, we decided that it was time to finally have a surgery. I'm a big guy and think I am pretty tough but my pain was making me cry like a little kid. She told me that she did not know how I tolerated the pain as long as I did & that it is ok to ask for help. Wow, she understands people and understood me! I had the surgery and am now living pain free. Oh, I can now turn my head again!!! Thanks Doc, you/re the best.

Horrible experience. Had a scheduled appointment for a month for a pain injection. One week prior to injection they called me to inform me they had to reschedule. I then sat/walked in circles in their waiting room for over two hours. To find out my appointment was not the procedures scheduled. Rather a simple meet and greet. With a follow up four weeks from now. The level of unprofessionalism is great at this less then qualified Drs office!!

I LOVE DR. M she is the BEST!!! : ) Its been about 2 YEARS that I have been living with back pain , I seen doctor after doctor about my back , NO!!! one could ever tell me what was wrong, so I happen to look on line one day and found this MIRACLE worker, She has the Friendliest staff, they will go out of the way for you ,WORK NOTE ,FMLA etc., This is no GAME , if you are in real pain ,please go see her , I BET MY LIFE ON IT

Dr. MacGregor listened to me about my symptoms & she put me completely at ease. She diagnosed my condition & offered me new treatment alternatives I had not known. Her staff were incredibly understanding and empathized with my pain. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of treatment.

I came to Dr. MacGregor on the recommendation of another surgeon Dr. Dube. My only wish is that I had come to see these professionals sooner. Perhaps I could have spared myself some pain? Regardless, I feel wonderful now and am amazed at just how well I can move once again. Thank you doctors

Great doctor! I am so glad I went to see her. It is not the typical doctor experience. I know that she understood what I was trying to explain. Other doctors could not or would not listen or take the time to understand what was going on with me. After an involved consultation, she recommended conventional treatment (not surgery)! That surprised me but it was the right decision in my case. After a few months of therapy and some injections I am back to work and even returned to doing what I love (fitness and running). I thought I was going to have surgery but she convinced me I had a soft muscle injury and with time and proper treatment it would heal. Thank you for not doing the "big whack" on my back! Do NOT do physical therapy at this place. They are extremely unclear with you in the beginning of how much you will be paying out of pocket and completely take advantage of you. I was billed a ton of money post treatment that I was not informed of. I am so disappointed.
