Absolutely love this clinic. The wait time is never long, the staff is very friendly the nurses always return my calls and follow up. We use Dr Christian. She is amazing and very thorough. Definitely would recommend this office!

My experience with this office was not at all nice. I relocated to Tennessee and was referred to MP by friends and co-workers. I have been sent to different specialist for no reason at all just making extra bills. That staff does not seem to be consern with my son needs and the appointments are always to far out. When I ask for assistance with another doctor in his network I get rude attitude and hung up on. I would not send my worst enemy there.

Dr. Berger is amazing! She takes her time and genuinely cares about my 2 children. She’s extremely laid back and is great with my kids. She has always listened to my questions and concerns and is very proactive. We’ve had to see other doctors in the group and they are amazing as well.

I was going to this office for about a year until I had a issue with what one of the staff members told me and thought what she said was honestly rude. I would've thought my sons pediatrician would've spoke up on my behalf! Will be switching doctors asap will not be disrespected no no!!

This office has really changed! My children have been going here for about 4 years now, but today I had to switch doctors offices. Horrible management and horrible experience. Last year, Dr. Reed was not in so I was scheduled with Dr. Dellinger. Big mistake. She has no idea what she is doing. After that appointment, I asked this doctor's office not to schedule either of my children with Dr. Dellinger again. She told my 9 year old son that his chest pains were coming from STRESS. I knew that was not true so I sought a 2nd opinion to discover that he actually had acid reflux. Today I called to make an appointment for my 4 year old daughter who stepped on an ant hill and was bitten by ants while on vacation. I requested Dr. Reed who I love, but she was out of town so I was offered an appointment with Dr. Dick or Dr. Dellinger. I said Dr. Dick at 8:30pm. My husband took her and called me when Dr. Dellinger stepped in the room. Remind you that my daughter's foot was swollen, red, and had fever. I had given her Benedryl, elevated her feet and put alcohol and Benedryl topical cream for the itching over the weekend. She was crying because it was bothering her. Dr. Dellinger said to just elevate her feet and she would be better in a week. ?WHAT? It was clearly infected. I told Dr. Dellinger that I thought she needed antibiotics and something to stop the itching. You can't just tell a 4 year old not to scratch if it is itching and hurting. Dr. Dellinger said that "if it made me feel better" she would prescribe antibiotics. ????? I immediately called back to speak to the office manager who was not in to request my daughter be seen again by Dr. Dick who I actually scheduled the appointment with. At first I was told that I would have to pay another copay if Dr. Dick agreed to see Kirsten, which was ridiculous, then they called me back to say that Dr. Dick declined to see my daughter since I had an issue with seeing Dr. Dellinger. WOW! I really hated to change doctor's offices because I really like Dr. Reed, but unfortunately she isn't there enough and the other doctors are horrible!!

I rarely wait too long and they are great about same-day sick appointments.Dr. Christian is our main Dr. and we like her bedside manner a lot! She's been personally involved and checked on us on many occasions.
