I saw Dr. Ker on 2/27/17. I'm completely satisfied with the amount of time and attention she gave to my case. She listened to my history and symptoms and we developed a plan to move forward. After seeing several different doctors who were so narrowly focused, I'm relieved to finally find someone who understood my complete situation and will work with me to combat my physical limitations with exertion (cardio). I would highly recommend Dr. Ker.

Dr. Ker is an amazing physician. I recommend her to all my friends. She always takes the time to discuss all the options and reasons for her recommendations. She never makes you feel rushed or like your questions aren’t important. She is great with kids as well. My son and I both get allergy shots at her office and the staff is efficient and kind. As to the negative review above complaining they wouldn’t do allergy testing the day of a first appointment, that is an unrealistic expectation. It’s not like getting a strep test at urgent care. Allergy testing is a multi hour process. It requires advance planning by the doctor to decide which allergens to test for (so they obviously have to meet you first), medication to be adjusted for weeks ahead of time, and staff to carefully monitor you for a reaction.

Appointments are rescheduled without considering patients needs. Then, you have to wait months to be seen. It’s hard to get a hold of the doctor.

Very very disappointed with the bed side manner of this facility. I called a head of time to make sure my boyfriend could get allergy tested, and they wouldn’t do it day of once we got there. So basically we payed a copay for nothing. Not a fan of this company. Really dissapointed i choose them off google
