My boyfriend went 3 weeks ago after dealing with an infection America's Best referred him here. He has no Insurance so off the bat we had to pay $115 to walk through the door. We went to the Franklin location for Dr Jarvis, then again with her four days later in Murfreesboro.. (I will be posting this comment on both locations) anyways we went first to the Franklin, paid the upfront amount and asked the front desk if there will be any more charges as with him missing two weeks of work we could barely afford to get his eye looked at but knew he needed it due to a corneal eye infection... They let us know anything else they would tell us before doing so we wouldn't get charged.... So we saw the doc, she did a culture, came back said it looked fungal, perscribed $400 medication. Said to come back the following Monday so another $115... Today is the 26th and we just got a bill in the mail for $483.... After being told we would not be charged anything without knowing... We didn't know the culture she did. Pictures taken of his eye ON DR JARVIS cell phone, were all being charged and billed to us, or we would have reiterated the fact we couldn't afford any of it to begin with. We scraped and borrowed for the first walk in, as well as the follow up. Would not recommend and will be calling tomorrow first thing.

Scheduling is terrible The scheduler told me she has to fill the first available spot in a day because the doctors and technicians are not allowed to have dead time. So if you need a Monday at 4:00 p.m. and there are no appointments that day, you can only have the 8:00 a.m. appointment. Scheduling this way is the most stupid thing I have ever heard and have never encountered before. Where is the customer service in that? I just had to cancel my mother's appointments, and now I am looking for another ophthalmologist who can take over where they left off and will work with my schedule.

I will recommend this place to any person whom needs an eye surgery. I went yesterday to had surgery. Dr Michelle, her assistant and the front desk clerk did outstanding job. Thank you so much

If time is important to you, do not make an appointment with these people! The wait time to be seen on two appointments has been over an 1.5 hours! I will not return to these rude people!

Dr. Michelle K. Nguyen is awesome. I had so much excess skin on my eyelids you could barely see my eyes. I was self conscious about it, looked much older but the worst part was it was effecting my sight and I was starting to fall a lot. I cannot thank Dr. Nguyen enough for the remarkable job she did. I look younger, can see better, I don't even need my glasses all the time and I feel much better about myself. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone with eye health care needs.
