Dr. Thompson performed tendon repair and heel realignment on my left foot and a fusion on my big toe joint on my right foot. All within 7 months... getting me ready for vacation in Ireland! He was knowledgeable and compassionate. Really knew what had to be done and he went in and did it. I felt very confident in his ability and liked his easygoing personality. Would highly recommend him. The outpatient surgery center at Centennial Hospital was superb and the care I received was outstanding from the Anesthesiologists all the way to the Receptionists.

I just called 3 times in a row over 15 minute span to ask a simple question and was repeatedly placed on hold each time....the message kept saying I had less than a minute wait time however nobody ever answered....then suddenly they were Closed and a new message told me they were unable to come to the phone. I would want to know that if I was the doctor running a business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

The whole Elite team are wonderful! Every department from the front desk associates, radiology department, pt team, the scheduling staff, nurses, and providers do an amazing job! I highly recommend the Elite team to anyone needing orthopedic care! I will definitely be using this team for any orthopedic needs for myself or my family. I appreciate Dr. Elrod for helping me get on my way back to feeling normal again!

I have arthritis in both thumbs and have had pain for over 5 years now. I was at the office with my husband for an apt. and asked Dr. Dovan if I could get more braces while we were there. He felt the joint and then recommended the cortisone shots, which I agreed to, mainly because I had met my deductible for the year. It was very nice of him to work me into the schedule. The numbing shots were easy and the cortisone shots weren’t terrible at the time of the injection, but the NP who did them couldn’t find the joint in one hand and kept digging around with the needle which later caused terrible pain! After 14 mo, I received a collections letter in the mail. I called Elites billing department and asked what was going on because I had not heard anything from them. They said the phone number and address on my chart were incorrect and they had called and sent letters several times and had been unable to reach me. I asked for the info on file and the number they had was CORRECT so they lied they never tried to call. The address they read me was incorrect, however the collections agency they hired told me the address the collection letter was sent (which is my current address) was provided by Elite and after spending half a day trying to rectify THEIR utter incompetence. I can refill their claim, they had to send me the original claim they had submitted and low and behold, under the insurance part is my correct address! I really like Dr. Dovan and thought he was great, very caring and personable but I will NEVER set foot in that office again. The entire front office is filled with incapable, unprofessional, lazy employees.

Never was allowed to see a doctor in the multiple times I came here- only ever saw a nice but overworked PA who: -Misdiagnosed my injury -Put me in the wrong type of brace, which made it worse -Misinformed me about the timeline of my recovery (I was told weeks, it was several months) -Forgot to tell me a crucial part of the recovery plan, which led to my re-injury -Implied the re-injury was my fault even though they forgot to tell me the full treatment plan Don't go here unless you have to. They are overworked and arrogant.

The faculty is great and caring, and they made sure I got the relief I needed to get on with my daily life. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here.

I feel very taken advantage of. I was told I had to pay $525 dollars up front for my MRI, thank god I told them I would only pay $200 up front, because it ended up my insurance company (Aetna) paid the ENTIRE $525. I was NEVER refunded my $200, it just sat on my account as a "credit." I'm not sure I would have ever received it back if Aetna had not let me know they paid on it fully. ALSO I was told I had to pay $1079 UP FRONT for a surgery, which is RIDICULOUS. But they would not let me have my surgery without it, so I paid it. LOW AND BEHOLD, Aetna paid way more on it, and my real responsibility was just over $300. I have called and called, I can't seem to get my money back. ALSO I called their billing department at 4pm one day, sat on hold for 40 minutes because the message said "Our billing specialists are currently assisting other customers. Please hold." ONLY TO FIND OUT THE ENTIRE BILLING DEPARTMENT HAD LEFT FOR THE DAY. You need to disable that auto-response if there is no one left in the department for the day. I will never come back here and I will tell everyone I know not to. I am extremely dissatisfied. I feel swindled by Elite.

Overall, everyone at the office was nice and somewhat helpful. I went in to have a MRI due to a previous sports injury that happened several years ago because I was experiencing a lot of pain in my knee. They make you pay for the MRI before you get it so I had to pay out of pocket that day. I then received several more bills from the office. I spoke with my insurance, and they even confirmed that the amount billed was much higher than usual. Unfortunately, the way the office charged me, my insurance paid the full amount that they could. I have great insurance so beware of the charges before you go in. My initial visit for a doctor to ask me to bend my knee was $280 then they charged $240 for a follow up visit that they requested me to come to. Overall, I am very displeased with the charges that totaled to almost $1000 after insurance including the x-ray, MRI, and two visits. No solution was provided other than to pay more money for physical therapy and cortisone shots. I won't be returning.

I had an accident that tore my rotator cuff, the labrum, and fractured the Glenoid. I had an appointment with Dr. Moore and when his nurse came in to evaluate me she quickly saw that is was a serious injury that needed surgery quickly. Since Dr. Moore's surgery schedule was packed he recommended I see Dr. Martin, and I am so glad he did. Dr. Martin has been wonderful. She took the time to explain all the injuries and two different ways to repair it, then she let me choose. The physical therapy team was every bit as wonderful at the team of doctor's at Elite. I highly recommend Dr. Martin.

This organization is practicing medicine the way it should be. Patients are seen within moments of the appointment time and are notified of the price of a procedure in advance of scheduling. This information allows patients to make an informed choice before choosing their treatment or provider. Very refreshing to be treated as both a patient and a customer.

I saw Stephen Hasselbring, PA for a knee issue and my husband saw Kathryn Dial, NP for his shoulder pain. Both providers are super thorough with their exams, down to earth, and good listeners. Definitely request them if you can. Facilities are very clean and modern. Overall, all the staff in the office seem genuinely happy to work there.

The staff is professional, they are accommodating, and treat me well. I know the spine side is booked further out, but the shoulder side got me in right away. I also found their MRI out of pocket cost to be much cheaper than anywhere around here, and it's on site so it was convenient and kept the appointments to a single location.

The worst customer service of any doctor's office. 4 Minutes late because Centennial repeatedly closes roads and lots so made to wait 40 minutes on the doctor and left unseen. Was told "You were 4 minutes late so we had to work you back in". Find somewhere else to go!

Tried to set up second opinion for recurring shoulder injury/pain. I have underwent 4 shoulder surgeries since 2009. I chose to contact Dr Elrod's office to scheduled an appointment. Dr. Elrod's Nurse Katy was very rude explaining to me that I needed to fax over my op notes,recent MRI's. Katy stated that once these documents were collected they would review my case and make a judgement as to if I qualify to be seen. After faxing the documents 4 times over a weeks time to the number Katy provided. I have yet to hear back from there office nor have had any luck with the nurse returning my calls. Dr.Elrod maybe the best Dr, but I guess he's not interested in helping patients recover from ongoing orthopedic injuries. My thought process was maybe he could be the savior to my problems when in reality his office won't even make an effort to try.

Absolute violation of hippocratic oath from staff to complicity by the "doctors". I was billed over 1000.00 for tests, only to be told to rest and take ibuprofen. I have paid every bill they sent, but still receive one after another month to month. Unbelievable. Cant get anyone on the phone to discuss the charges and even after paying them I receive collections threats.Then suddenly with this post I finally get a call

He is thorough and patient, always willing to take the time to explain the injury and exactly how he plans to correct it. I’ve also spent a lot of time on the phone and in person with Dr. Moore’s staff and the staff at Elite more generally, and I’ve found it to be an altogether very pleasant experience (That’s saying a lot, considering the nature of my visits is usually quite unpleasant.)
