I've been a patient since 2003 and I won't let anyone else touch my knee. He will eventually treat my shoulder too. Dr Pagnani is awesome! Not only is he a great doctor, he has a wonderful bedside manner and a beautiful spirit. When I have an appointment on a Monday he says, How are you doing? Did you go to church yesterday? Gotta love a man that loves God! For all your knee and shoulder issues, you have to see Dr. Michael Pagnani.

Dr Pagnani is an incredible surgeon and great doctor. I tore my ACL on a Saturday and called in to see if he thought I needed to waste time and money at the ER. He said it probably wasn't necessary, but offered to come into his office that Sunday morning to see me. I took him up on his offer and he could not have been more patient and kind, despite being dragged to the office on a Sunday morning. I don't know many doctors that would do that for their parents and I was amazed at the professionalism and service.

Dr. Pagnani and his entire staff are spectacular. I had a fairly extensive shoulder surgery with a bicep tenodesis... all in all, what could have been a very painful recovery process. The entire surgery process went well, Dr. Pagnani's skill is superb and his clinical staff were the best while I was healing. From pre-surgery expectations to post-surgery monitoring and healing, they were rockstars. No complications (do what the doctor says, people!), total healing, and a total return to all previous functionality including martial arts and weight training. It pays to go to the best!

Service and staff were great. Dr. Pagnani saw me for a total of 30 seconds. I felt like he blew off what I had to say. Then he preceded to miss diagnose me. Told me I had a dislocated knee cap. I have seen multiple dislocated knee caps and new this what not correct. He sold me a knee brace, waste of money and time as this did nothing. I wanted an MRI but he advised against it and ewould not write a script. Six months later I went to a new doctor, got an MRI and have a torn Patella Tendon. I was very dissatisfied with Dr. Pagnani and felt brushed under the rug to work with this "Trainers". I paid about $500.00 out of pocket, and there is no telling how much my insurance company paid him and nothing was accomplished except more pain and frustration. Kyle Adams

Both Dr Pagnani and Dr Jones and their entire staff are absolutely wonderful. Dr Pagnani did surgery on my right knee in September 2016, and it healed great. Thanks Dr P. Then in November 2016, Dr Jones did knee replacement on my left knee. It's healed great also. Thanks Dr Jones. God Bless both of you and your wonderful staff.

My husband is a patient of Dr. Pagnani. He had a complete ACL reconstruction. Since our first meeting, Dr. Pagnani and staff have been thorough, communicative, caring, and professional. As someone who has not received surgery, I felt like I was a patient because it was just as important for me to have the knowledge of the surgery and recovery for my husband's sake. Dr. Pagnani and his staff made this all possible. It's rare to find a doctor who is an expert, supportive and empathetic. We will definitely refer our friends and family to him and his staff.

I’m almost 5 weeks out of shoulder surgery. I had a torn labrum, laxity in my joint and when Dr. P went in, he found that my biceps tendon was grown into my rotator cuff. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. I’ve never been so well looked after before, during and especially after a procedure! While the surgery and recovery has been super painful, I’m so confident that I’m attached properly and going to be better than ever once I’ve completed PT. It’s a long hard road but a great surgeon makes it worth it when they can give you your life back. I was Ready to retire from being a musician and now, less than five weeks out, I’m playing piano and my other instruments will follow a little later. What a great team at Nashville Knee and Shoulder!

After seeing a knee/shoulder doctor at Summit Medical in Hermitage, something still wasnt right. I sought a second opinion and found that Dr. Pagnani has an amazing reputation. I went in this morning and Dr. Pagnani SHOWED me my results, explained them to me, and help me understand what was wrong. I scheduled my surgery with Dr. Pagnani next month. I was very impressed with his knowledge and collaborative approach to patient care. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr Pagnani is great. I have seen him for many knee and shoulder problems over the years. He does not recommend surgery or expensive tests like MRIs unless they are really needed. He has helped me get better without surgery several times for various ailments but when I finally needed surgery, he did a great job on my knee and I am truly grateful. Thanks Dr P!
