HUGE THANK YOU TO DR.Charles , Nevaeh had a cyst on her right lower eye brow, since she was about 1-2months I noticed it. Never did I think it was anything serious bad. But I did know something was wrong. Until I asked a couple Doctors, a few Nurses. But most of them said it's probably just a bump. And also said " Weird things happen to baby's all the time," it will go away they said. As months went by, her 4•Month checkup her "New" Doctor I switched her to. Got her in the next day , as I told him that I was worried about her eye. He looked at it said "Yeah thats definitely something to worry about." He brought some nurses in they looked as well. Nevaehs, Doctor said, he wasn't going to tell me anything about something he didn't really know what it was but said he would get me the number to find out and get everything done. As I went home, they called me 20-30mins after I left the office. Gave me a number and made a appointment. Dr.Reddy from Children's Vanderbilt Hospital. We went and he told me what it was, measured it and then made me a appointment for Vanderbilt to get it removed. Said if I would've waiting ANY longer It could've double in size.As the size of a Golf ball around her eye. I was so happy/Terrified to know that my babygirl was some what okay thanks to a Good Doctor and as well my "Mother instinct" telling me it wasn't just "Nothing" on her face. Goes to show you what a COUPLE good doctors can do!! We got it removed today. Friday, Oct-13-2017 and I couldn't have been more relieved to know that my baby girl is going to be alright. Thanks to some very Good Doctors, and Nurses. As well as the hospitals that have helped Nevaeh and I . As well as Nevaehs Doctor for getting a good step on getting things resolved very quickly and not giving me the "run around" about my daughter. I just wanted to make sure everyone knows how Happy, and relieved I am for Nevaeh. Huge THANK YOU, To all that has help me get this resolved and taken care of.

The NP gave my 10 year old daughter and age inappropriate paper about puberty that included some very BOLD, graphic, and descriptive language. I'm almost embarrassed to mention them, it was that bad. The pamphlet should have been given to ME, the parent, to discuss with my child at my discression. The NP handed my child this paper and handed me something different. Do not let these doctors hand your child any kind of paperwork without you reading it first. What a shame that they take it upon themselves to educate your children. I hope Dr. Jordan becomes aware of this and addresses what happened with this lady. We will not be going back.!

My daughter has been taking my 2 yr old grandson there for two weeks with him being sick they took a stool swab but didn't think it was important enough to get the results till two days later he's still not well! HOW PROFESSIONAL ARE THEY? We found he has a food allergy to red meat and dairy products and children do love cheese, But why did it take so long?

both of my children see Dr. Jordan and he is very kind to us. They enjoy seeing him on their checkups. I do recommend him to my friends and family with children

He isn't one I would want taking care of my baby the way he was pulling my baby around on that table like he was a tag doll or something we are very unsatisfied with his. Service with our son and then he tryed to tell me I need to stop breast feeding because it would make my breast really sore. I said that's what they make the breastfeeding cream for

Many of the nurse practictioners under Dr Jordan are great as well as the nurses and other staff, however I would never recommend Dr. Jordan himself. I know some people have had good experiences with him, but I know more who have had bad experiences with him.

He's rough with kids and rude on top of that! This man should definitely not be working with kids or even practice medicine at all in my opinion! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Great doctor. Although be prepared to always wait already an hour past your appointment time to see anyone. We have been to this doctor office 6 times so far for general health check ups and shots AND NOT ONCE HAD IT BEEN SHORTER THAN AN HOUR AND A HALF VISIT. long time for a child to be waiting especially when they know this place gives them booboo's (shots). Wait time is unreasonable.

Dr Jordan cares about his patients. He even took the time to give my daughters american girl doll a thorough check before she let him listen to her heart. Would recommend his office and staff. We've been very satisfied with the care received. Also, the walk-in after hours clinic is super convenient! Thanks Cumberland Peds!
