Dr.Knox is such a wonderful physician! He was really determined to find out what was causing my back problems, after physical therapy and a MRI he did! His faculty and staff was all just as nice as him! I'd recommend him to anyone that wants a doctor that actually cares about their patients!

Dr. Knox happened to be the physician available when I called the follow up number on our discharge papers post-surgery through JCMC. The form clearly stated that we need to call the doctor immediately if temperature is above 101 degrees Fahrenheit. The patient's temperature was above that threshold. I called the answering service who let the physician know the problem and after an hour of waiting, with no return call, I called back. The operator seemed surprised the doctor had not called me back. When I finally did get to speak to him, he was rude, uncaring and made me feel like my concerns weren't valid. He never answered my questions, but asked me details of where the surgery occurred, who the surgeon was and when the procedure took place. He was unhelpful and and unbelievably rude. I would never choose to use him as my doctor based on his poor performance with merely answering a follow-up call.
