Wow! Good thing I didn't go in for being crazy, that PA would've finished me off. Scattered brained, I left without much help.Guess ER will be my next choice.

The PA did nothing more than refer me to a specialist at RCMC ENT who was able to diagnose me with an ear infection. Took more than 3 hours by the time I utilized Urgent Care services and was referred onto the specialist. I would have been better off going to the emergency room. I will not utilize this location or service again.

Was diagnosed with ear infection swollen limpnodes with soarthroat was told they would send scripts to my pharmacy waited for fotyfive minutes still no script now two half hours later still no meds they are closed had I known I would have went to my on general practicionthe next day urgent care you should get meds in a urgent manner not have to wait for following day very frustrated by the lack of service

This is the worst medical facility I've ever been to. Every person who worked there from the receptionist to the doctor were completely clueless -they all acted like it was their first day on the job and none of them knew what they were doing. In the end they couldn't help at all and recommended I go to a better hospital! They sent me on my way with no treatment at all; it was an awful joke of a place (but I still got a huge bill even though they did NOTHING). They were also rude when I had questions about the bill afterwards. I will never go there again, even if I am having a heart attack. I would not recommend this terrible place to anyone.

I have been here many times me and all of my family members have had nothing but the best care. I would recommend to anyone. Always fast to get In. The staff gets to the bottom of your problem qjuick.

An excellent Urgent Care center. Friendly reception staff. Fast service (door to doctor time 12 minutes). Prescriptions sent electronically before I was even out the door. Go ahead and ignore the bad review by "d." I'm positive is an abbreviation for douchebag.

It only takes one rude front desk experience to ruin a review RC Regional. You should treat each person with respect and in the order they arrive. Additionally, the self serve kiosk was broken, and while we tried to sign up online while in line the system lost our entry. What a disorganized experience to put a sick person through.

Ghost Email

Have been here many times for care ranging from simple flu shots to complex infections. Always polite, quick, and accurate. Sometimes I pay with cash and sometimes I use insurance and I have never had problems. I recommend this location. I respect the few negative comments posted here, but I have only had positive experiences.

Rude, incompetence desk help, ie receptionist totally unhelpful! Was given information that was completely inaccurate! Needed an echo-cardiagram and was seen by the (at least they were friendlier, helpful and more professional) Heart Doctors staff, however being a part of Regional Health evidently is meaningless when it comes to communications.

Dr gave me a extra containing sulphur which I am allergic to. Nurse and PA had asked and it is in my chart. Also charted problem was in my right eye when it was the left. Otherwise efficient and friendly enough.

Experience was fine untill I seen the pa. Went in for respiratory sickness and all the p.a. wanted to talk about was allergy meds. I will never recommend this facility to anyone nor will I be back

The PA could not have cared less about my situation and did as little as possible. Nurse Becky was excellent and should get paid what the PA does since she was far more helpful than he was. Typical RC Regional operation.

Took my four year old in for stitches on his chin. It was obvious Ferrell was "done" for the day and ready to leave. He had no bedside manner, patients or sympathy. The annoyed face he made upon leaving the room was very unpleasant to witness. After the numbing shot was done my son was very still for the actual stitches yet Ferrell had to redo two of the four stitches. Additionally the comment he made regarding how well his 6 year did comparing my 4 year old was out of line and not well received.

My family and I were staying in Keystone on vacation when the UTI I was already being treated for decided to get worse even though I was on antibiotics. Consequently my 16 year old son had gotten blisters on his hands days prior but they were beginning to look worrisome. They became larger and discolored. I know all to well that these could easily lead to an infection that could spread throughout his body. I am from California and at urgent care they get you in and out ASAP. It is simply not the case here. I felt like I was being treated like a queen. The front office, triage nurse, intake nurse, phlebotomist, and my doctor (Dr. Lund I think is the correct spelling) were the best team I have ever had at my own doctor's office as well as urgent care. The doctor actually physically examined me which is becoming a rarity. Compassionate people, a doctor with a great bedside manner and I highly recommend them. Give them a try...thank you Regional Health staff for treating us and giving us peace of mind.

Stay away if you need urgent care, l have been sitting in waiting room for 50 minutes and have been given no reason for why it's taking so long. Follow up- after checking with front desk it took another 15 minutes, no explanation for why I waited so long. Only two other people seen in the time I was there.

front desk was super awesome and nice! The nurse was super friendly too. when the doctor came in it got a little awkward and it was very short but I got what i needed and I’m feeling better. My wait time was 2 minutes so I was happy about that
