My mom fell while visiting us and she didn't want to go to the emergency department. Your facility was a compromise that ended up being exactly what she needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful which put Mom at ease.

Love what they are doing. An emergency and urgent care in 1 and they will direct you if you need whixh one. Alot of people think emergency room for everything but this urgent care has saved myself and my wife alot of time.

I was seen at this clinic because my regular one was closed and I was headed to a wedding and wanted to make sure I didn't have the flu, and was told what I had was viral , the cough is enough that I need to drink water at work quite often but need a Dr's. note to be allowed a water bottle at my work area. Called to get a note and was told my primary Dr has to give me one, but because he didn't see me he won't . So I have to spend over $150 to see my regular Dr. to get a note for water???? If I was seen here the DR. or PA I saw should have NO trouble giving me a note for WATER!!

Lol not such a great experience here. I was feeling really sick and felt I needed to be seen. After talking with the doctor he told me it was probably just something viral, but that he would test me for strep. It felt as if he was trying to rush the visit and get me out of there and on to the next person. I told him, "no with the way I feel I know it's something more then just viral and aren't you going to test me for the flu?" And he said I don't think we need to but I can if you want me too. And of course I had him test me for that too. Sure enough I had the flu. And the doctor wasn't even going to test me for that, during flu season even?!?! Come on dude I must be better at your job then you are. Your suppose to be a doctor and this is what I get when I come in to be treated? Disgraceful

My mom and I were sick. The physician helped both of us. Asked very detailed questions and then prescribed medicine as needed. Staff friendly when we walked in and very enthusiastic. Short wait time

Terrible place I have to bring my baby because it's the most closed place to my house but they need to make call to my primary care and ask for referral I have to wait for more of one hour and they never let my baby see a doctor he was crying and crying and they don't care don't even look like professional people work there

Not a good experience. I see a private doctor. Went in to use the lab, avera refused to do lab work for me because i dont use one of their doctors. Wasnt even a payment issue. I was simply refused service because i dont use their system of doctors. Avera hides behind the nuns stating that everyone matters but only if you pay their doctors do they let you use their lab.

This place is the absolute worst! They do not listen to your symptoms at all.. I went in back in November with UTI symptoms, my urinalysis came back fine and they just said I was dehydrated.. after a week of no relief came back and said the same thing to me.. After another week I decided to visit my hometown doctor who is 2 hours away since I was going to be in that area anyways to get checked out and they treated me for a UTI and 3 days later relief.. I was in desperate care last Monday because I was so sick and couldn't see my primary back home so I went in, I said all of my symptoms and because I didn't have a fever and my oxygen level was good they didn't do any further testing and sent me home telling me to get rest. I continued to feel worse so I went in just this Friday to my hometown clinic. She did an xray and blood and turns out I have pneumonia.. I am never going here again.. front staff is rude as well.. I strongly suggest using another urgent or convenient care than this one. Anything can be better than here.

From 9:00am to 5:00pm this Urgent Care facility is excellent. However, saying that it is "24hrs" is misleading. After 5:00pm it becomes a simple Emergency Room. Which means that you are going to pay Emergency Room prices. Not to mention the fact that my last trip there, mind you this was to the emergency room side of the facility, I was prescribed a medication that does not work for me. My primary care physician is well aware of this and will never prescribe it to me. When I told the nurse this, her exact response was "Well then you can just choose not to pick up the prescription.", with no further conversation and she rushed me out the door. I was faaaaarrrr from impressed. I basically just paid Emergency Room prices for the staff to tell me "Yep, you're sick.", here are some meds you told us didn't work for you, we're not giving you anything else, so you can leave now. I will give the Urgent Care facility FOUR STARS (that's why I gave it two stars instead of one) hands down, but I would never recommend someone goes to the Emergency Room side of the facility. Save your money and your sanity and wait it out for an Urgent Care visit (if you can), and you'll be much more satisfied with you experience.

The urgent care room i was in, was the dirtiest exam room I have ever been in. After I saw all the dust bunnies under the chairs next to the bed, I left. The room obviously hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Unbelievable!
