Honestly this place is amazing. Dr. Boos is extremely professional while maintaining a personal empathy towards your situation. She remembers details and hardly asks the same questions twice. The on-site counselor, Sarah, is top-notch and I suggest her to all those struggling with PPD and/or anxiety. Could not ask for a better experience.

This clinic has the best Doctors and Nurses around! The nurses with our family doctor took such good care of my young child when she had to go through a round of vaccines. They knew she hated shots, and were so kind and gentle with her. By the end of our series, they had a "Star Award" and a gift for her, and she left feeling brave and accomplished instead of scared and helpless. They went ABOVE and beyond providing the best medicine. Their customer service was so helpful and courteous on the billing side of things, it took a lot of the anxiety out of what can be an already nerve-wracking experience. My whole extended family goes to this clinic. We just love the private waiting areas, the quick no-wait appointments we (usually) get, and the courtesy we are ALWAYS treated with. Five out of 5 stars isn't enough for these guys!!!!

I was put on hold for 35+ minutes. Just tried to change the time of a future appointment. Then the line was disconnected and I tried back and the recording said to call back in regular business hours as it had just turned 5:00pm. Very disappointed.

Love this Clinic! We have lived in Sioux Falls for almost 21 years and we have always came here. This one was on Southwestern for many years then they moved here to Cliff and 69th. They are always very kind and they are great at what they do. Dr Meyer is absolutely the best and we have used all of the drs here at some point and we have always been happy with all they do.
