I was referred to Dr Mattox by my gynob, dr kreamer. Dr Mattox only saw me once before sending me back to kreamer for treatment, who still won’t treat me. However Dr Mattox did the best he could given the situation and I understand he can’t help me out of liability, no other gyn will and that falls on kreamers short Cummings and errors, no one else’s. In the one visit with Dr Mattox, he was very kind and gave me a crucial diagnosis that has helped me as far as starting treatment through my primary. Dr Mattox listened to me and In that one visit heard more of what I was saying than dr kreamer ever heard. Dr Mattox was really wonderful and I wish I were able to have him as my primary gynob. Not only was the doctor compassionate and a good listener, but his staff stands out amung the rest. There is a miss Tracy that works in dr Mattoxs department and she has been my angel. She stays and works late after everyone else has left for the day and she has called me and asked how I’m doing, following up with me to ask if kreamer has started treating me and most incredibly, found a therapy for me that is close and takes my insurance. She did so much research and leg work to find this place that wasn’t listed in my insurance directory nor had anyone at my primary’s office heard of it. Tracy deserves hugs and kisses for life for being so truly wonderful and caring and if anyone is up for a promotion at this location it shoild hands down be her. She sacrifices time with her family and her own needs/wants to help others. To help people like me that she’s only met once and yet she genuinely cares about. I thank God for bringing Tracy into my life and I pray that Tracy always has an angel by her side as she’s a living angel to me and those like me. I can’t express enough how much this woman means to me and how dearly I hold her to my heart. I have only the best things to say about this office, Dr Mattox and most especially, ms Tracy.
