So I have a 4 year old and a 6 month old, which are patients with Tiffany Pediatrics. It was recommended to us since my wife and I are new to the area. I want to reach an on call nurse and so I call the number listed of course it says the office is closed, and to hit 1 to reach an on call provider whatever that is. So I hit 1 assuming it will get me to an operator to leave a message for an on call nurse to call me back like any normal pediatrician's office I have ever delt with, but NO! It is an automated voice asking for an extension #? Does Tiffany's Pediatrics even have an on call 24/7 365 nurse? No way I can tell by their website or Facebook.

After a nice courtesy call from the office manager. They assured me that they do have an on call nurse line, but due to technical issue it was sending me to a wrong extension. She would promptly have it fixed. We will be staying with Tiffany Pediatrics.
