If I could give this place zero stars I would. Checked in about 5 min before my appointment. My paperwork was already done so I was good to go. Waited for 40 min and heard not one peep from anyone on the staff about wait time etc. Meanwhile, I observed one nurse coughing and hacking directly into her hand and then proceeded to interact with patients without even a dot of hand sanitizer or washing of hands. Same from one of the front desk ladies. After all of this I let them know that it appears the NP couldn't make her appointment so I would have to leave. Also mentioned the coughing and suggested they should at the very least cough into their elbow. That was only met with a "yes, ma'am." Never again.

I was a long time (10 years) pt. Hard to get an appt. w/Dr. & his nurse was very rude & dismissive; Dr. Hite didn't seem to care that his pts complained about her. However, the PA...Lou, she's awesome! Prefer to see her over the Dr. any day. The Dr.'s Appt. Coordinator (Christy) is wonderful, attentive & returns calls timely w/no prob., she always tries to accommodate. Never had a waiting problem, just a Dr. & Nurse problem. OK practice, better than most, over all, would be fabulous if only to see PA (Lou)every appt!

I have been going here for over ten years. Every time I have needed anything they have helped me out very quickly. Dr. Bridgers is a very caring and knowledgeable physician who has never once made me feel rushed. If I need anything right away, his nurse always gets back to me ASAP.

I’m telling you every bad review you see is 100% accurate. This is the absolute worst doctor's office ever. The wait is ridiculous. I have never in my life been to a doctors office and waited two hours just to be seen. My appointment was at 10 with doctor David Bridgers and still did not get seen until 12. The staff is so unprofessional. I drove an hour for this appointment. I would never come to this place again. SERVICE SUCKS

Since they switched over to Providence, it’s almost impossible to talk with an actual person. I called very early on a Thursday morning & my call wasn’t returned. Called very early again Friday and again my call was not returned. Finally the following Monday , they returned my call. After a brief discussion, it was decided they were referring me to a neurologist. It’s been a full week and I’ve yet to hear from anyone. Guess I’ll make a face to face appearance tomorrow so they’ll have to do something. Also, my nurse practitioner from there retired so I started seeing the nurse practitioner who replaced her. On my first or second visit with her, I sat back in the room waiting for 45 minutes. When she finally came in, she apologized and explained that it was her birthday and she had been opening her presents. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Your an adult with a job....not a 10 year old at your party! About to change offices!!
