Staff are friendly. Doctor is always in a rush though, and doesn't seem to want to talk to you or answer questions. Phones go to after hour service at 430, even though they say they are open until 5. Office is in an older building that is hard to find if you've never been before.

This pediatric group has forgotten that patients always come before billing.....the front desk staff at west ashley were ok....and just ok my first visit they were fine, I think I even complimented them afterwards unfortunately it went down hill on my next 2 visits. My biggest concern is there is no direct number to your child's doctor's office. When you have a sick child it is so inconvenient that you are connected to an answering service during operating hours. That is a lack of compassion and care. It completely removes the direct patient provider relationships that must be built and maintained for a success. The office is old and unkept and everyone seems underpaid and overworked, its like the passion for healthy children has left the building. Everything isn't an emergency room situations but when you want to make an appointment speaking to someone at your child's actual location shouldn't be a hassle.

What makes an office would the front staff! The front staff at the WA location is one of the worst I have ever delt with! Because of them I am now switching peds. Which makes me sad because I sure do love the Dr wells and Both Dr Rodgers. I just wish they would work on their staffing for the front.

We travel to this office from Summerville to see Dr. Dino! He is the best doctor around because he doesn’t just jump to medication, talks with my daughter as well as myself, is very calm and attentive, respectful of parents, and the kind of person you want to take care of your family! My children get excited to go to the doctor if we are seeing Dr. Dino! Well, my 5 year old always asks if he’s getting a shot. The office staff is very helpful and friendly at this location! I would recommend this office over the North Charleston one!
