AMAZING 1st time dental experience for my 21-month old son! The office and its entire staff are warm and inviting and make a trip to the dentist FUN! Lots of fun incentives for the kids (pick a toy from the treasure box at the end) and very professional with the parents. This will definitely be a spot we will go to for many years to come as our son grows!

Absolutely wonderful! All the staff is pleasant and kind. I have two children that attend this office. My oldest has had several issues with her teeth and they've always been very gentle and caring. My youngest has had two trips and was very much a difficult patient. She is three and not very excited about going or being there. With that being said they have the patience to handle such scenarios. We love Dr.Baker !!

I do not appreciate the way that my husband and daughter were treated , the dentist was incinuaring that we can't not afford for my daughter's braces with out even knowing the reason why we missed her previous appointment she was very rude I will never bring my daughter to this office ever again my husband felt very disrespected and incinuaring that the discomfort that my daughter it's having in her mouth its all in her head how dare she incinuated all those things.

Holy moly...evidently my kids had a blast at your office the other day! I talked to my 6 year old daughter before I chatted with my wife...tears weren't even mentioned. She blurted out with a huge toothless grin, "And Dr. Dottie pulled my tooth!" Then she showed me tons of goodies. What a positive experience! Thank you. This washer first visit to a dentist and she had a stubborn baby tooth. I think my wife wants to be a kid and be a patient, too. Your office sounds amazing. In all seriousness, your office culture, staff and yourself made quite the positive impression on my family. Hopefully you are super proud of yourself. Their time in your office sounded like the perfect introduction to a lifetime of taking care of their teeth! Oh, I heard my daughter mumble to herself earlier this afternoon, " I wonder if the tooth fairy pays more for a tooth that was pulled?" I love it!

Dr Baker,Dr B and their staff are wonderful!! Always attentive and very caring. Dr B gave me and my children our beautiful smiles. Dr. Baker now treats my grandchildren for their dental needs. My children have seen Dr. Baker for 7 years and we LOVE her and her amazing hygienists! My oldest son started seeing her at age 3, and there is no fear of the dentist! She is conservative, when needed, yet, medically aggressive, if necessary. Definitely recommend!

My child was terrified of the dentist after she had a horrible experience at an another local children's dentistry. Dr. Baker and her staff made her fears of the dentist go away. Their friendliness and amazing beside manner was all she needed to feel at ease. That was 8 years ago when she entered the Summerville Pediatric Denistry doors. It's been smooth sailing sinew then. I have brought my other child in for visits and they love Dr Baker and her staff. We wont go anywhere else. They are an amazing childrens dentist office!!!

DO NOT take your kids to this dentistry...My daughter had an appointment to get some work done...I had to put $150 deposit to schedule appointment...When I get to my appointment the dentist assistant was not friendly at all...They instructed me that my daughter couldn't have anything to eat or drink after midnight and I followed there directions...My daughter was crying on and off all night because she wanted something to drink but I told her she couldn't have anything...The assistant and Dr. Baker kept asking me over and over again if my child had anything after midnight and I told them both No...Dr. Baker told me that it's not normal or health for a child to not get a good night's sleep...If she could've had something to drink she would've been sleep the night before...Dr. Baker questioned me about my personal life...Which was not any of her business...After Dr. Baker said she didn't feel comfortable doing the procedure I asked for my money back and they said they could only give me half of my money back which was $75 because I had to pay for the cost of the medicine they pour in the cup...Which my daughter didn't take...After I left Dr. Baker office she called my daughter Doctor office and ask did she have anything in her charts that says she has a sleeping problem and asked should she report it to DSS!!! THIS LADY DR. BAKER IS CRAZY....DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS TO SUMMERVILLE PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY!!!

The office is beautiful and conveniently located. The staff was so wonderful, all smiling and sweet. Both Brittani & Dr. Baker were so wonderful. My daughter wanted Brittani to hold her hand during her exam because she liked her so much! Happy I made the switch to their practice.

I love everything about my experience with my son here. Everyone here was incredibly nice, helpful and made myself and my son feel welcomed. The waiting room is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen and I just loved how well they worked with my son. He’s pretty happy about the toy and book he got too. Definitely would recommend bringing your children here!

The most awesome pediatric dentist in the lowcountry. I showed up at the right time but the wrong day for my kids appointment and they were able to squeeze us in with only a 15 min wait. Very positive and enthusiastic team. My kids actually like going to the dentist

We transferred to Summerville Pediatric Dentistry from another well known local "chain dentist" office. My kids were initially sad to lose out on certain perks from the old office but quickly found that this office is even MORE amazing. From the decor to the treasure box to staff that actually interacts with them at THEIR levels. This mama is happy as the staff was professional, VERY knowledgeable, took a great interest in my children's health and education and the kids enjoyed the visit. The office staff was awesome, the office itself was sparkling clean, the exam was quick but efficient and super thorough. I had low expectations based on other pediatric offices and was pleasantly surprised by our visit. We will be back and will be speaking praises to everyone we can find! THANK YOU for FINALLY appeasing this picky mama's needs.

Their staff keeps missing information or not writing it down. They didn't notate when I had a prescription from them that my daughter already had and they said I could save it for next time. Then I get a phone call from her family doctor saying they wanted another one called in and it was the same thing. The doctor was confused as well. She had to have it due to heart surgery. This is just an example. The staff is nice but they need to get their act together.

My son was scared to go to the dentist so I sought out the most fun looking pediatric dentist I could find. I was not disappointed. From the time we walked into the door there was a very welcoming atmosphere. With all the neat things to look at and play with my son had very little time to think about the appointment being scary. The person who did his xrays and cleaning was great. She was very patient with him and made the whole process seem fun which it an amazing thing when it comes to being at the dentist. I was there with 3 kids and all of them felt comfortable and actually happy to be there. Everyone was great from the Dr to the counter people. We will be back and we will recommend Summerville Dentistry & Orthodontics to everyone we know.
