The medical staff here is wonderful. We have seen a couple of different doctors, but mainly we see Dr. Wilson and love her. She is great with my kids. We have seen Mrs. Khoury too and really like her as well. We don’t have any experience with the other doctors, really. The medical assistants are always sweet and pleasant and seem to like children. I have waited different amounts of time here, but usually not too long, and definitely not beyond the realm of normal waiting at medical offices. Dr. Wilson is great about calling to check on us if we call and leave a message, and will try to help us over the phone and save us a trip. I love that she knows our family so well!

i wanted to let everyone know how bad of service this pediatrics is i came in as a walk in with my 3 month baby and i know he was sick thats why i bought him i waited a hour and a half to be seen ok so soon as i get in the back they check his weight and length they do that pretty good but i went back to the room waited 45 more mins my baby is cough sneezing throwing up i mean all the symptoms of the flu and broke out and a rash the doctor finally came for 5 min check his ears and breathing and told me my baby sounds good and the rash was a heat rash and to go home and record how he sound and bring it back what so i went home that night my baby was up all night crying cough again all the symptoms of the flu so i took him to the emergency room and he had the flu and the rash was a virus so i would never go back and my other son goes there too he Will not go back nethier my baby could of pass away if i didnt caught it when i did for doctors not doing there job!!!

The doctors are awesome but the office staff are not pleasant at all!! I called today for an appointment for my daughter and son. The lady was very brass and put me on hold for an hour. I was finally able to get a hold of someone to make the appointment. They said the reason for the long wait was because the office was short staffed. I love the doctors but after this appointment I am getting them somewhere that is more pleasant and that you can at least set an appointment in a timely fashion.

I am giving this office five stars because of how quickly they rectified me being overlooked when I first came in with my daughter as a new patient....this is a busy office and after being there an hour I went to the window and was quickly taken care of by one of the office staff members by the name of Ashley. She got me straight to the back. If the rest of the office staff follows her lead this office will run smooth. Great experience that could have potentially been bad if it had not been for her. The nurses are very sweet and were very good with my daughter.

Friday Febuary 22nd , 2019 My Girlfriend and I took our son to his 1YR checkup and we rufused vacines and seemed to be discriminated against she (Dr. Tompson) called DSS and Law Enforcement over a small bruise from him falling down. I no longer feel comfortable with the way she treated us. I will be finding a new Doctor and Office!!!

Dr hightower is the best she has been amazing to my daughter. She is also very understanding to my concern when it comes to vaccines this is why I travel 20+ miles to her

My son started going to this facility January 2015 and I have regretted it every since. The docs are great, but the staff is unprofessional and unpleasant. I call in to make a sick appt, and the automated system doesn't work. I got through to a person in another dept, and they said they couldn't do anything. I'm transferring my son out as soon as possible.

This place is horrible with appointments! First off they love putting me on hold for long periods of time, secondly the staff does not show any kind of concern for your child and lastly they give you appointments that are months away and then call a week prior to cancel! This is the third time they do this to me, now I have to scramble to find a new pediatrician for my kids and it's so sad because Dr. Wilson is great but I can't continue going there with such disorganization.

My child has been coming here for a year now and I decided I no longer wanted him vaccinated. Well I guess that is some kind of crime because the doctor started treating us very poorly and even made false accusations in order to make us seem like bad parents. We have been here for 4 HOURS now! Dr. Thompson is who was very insulting and will no longer be my child's doctor!

Calling here to make an appointment or cancel an appointment is it hassle they always put you on hold and you're waiting forever sometimes I have to call back, just to make an appointment. But I love Dr Lynn Lovelace Wilson. That's the only reason why I keep going here otherwise I would have found a more reliable place to go to.

Dr. Thompson is great ! My wife and I always request her, she's kind and welcoming and always understanding, my child missed a set of shots and unlike most peds she understood wuthout criticsm and educated my wife and I on the importancy of keeping schedule. We enjoy her as our children's doctor. On the other hand some nurses are very unproffesional, and Doctor Hightower will bash you as soon as you walk out of the room i've heard her loudly through my room door bashing a single mother because of how she dressed and talked, talk about not cool! Ugh

Dr. Thompson is great. But she alone is the only reason we have come here for so many years. The wait times are AWFUL, they don't separate the sick and well kids the way they should, we have gotten sick from every well check we've ever had, because of horribly sick children coughing all over us on the "well" side, we don't even bother going anymore. Last well check, we waited for 4 hours to be seen. Never again.

Ms. Khoury is THE greatest medical professional I've ever been to. When my daughter was born and we'd just moved to Columbia, I was anxious about finding a doctor who would be patient and kind to our family. Ms. Khoury went above and beyond! We never wait long for an appointment, and often get called back before I even finish the normal paperwork! It is always easy to schedule an appointment, too. From day 1, Ms. Khoury has remembered us (and even my mom and mother-in-law, who both visited once), and always sits and talks with us during the appointments. She genuinely cares about not only my daughter but about the whole family! She is so encouraging and patient, and gives awesome advice. She has been so kind and gentle with my baby throughout her first year and I feel totally safe and confident recommending her whole-heartedly!! If you want an intelligent, patient, genuinely caring doctor - you actually want a nurse practioner! Thank you, Ms. Khoury!!

The only reason I come to this place is for Dr Hightower. The wait time is HORRIBLE!! We always have to wait, and some of the staff arent very welcoming.

I had an excellent experience here for the first time this week. The staff were professional, fast, and friendly. The office was clean! Which is always something I check for and a big plus for me. Dr. Wilson was better than I could have expected! She exceeded my expectations. She was great with my son and respectful of our lifestyle with a non pushy attitude. We will definitely be returning!
