MISS. ATTUTIDE HEADQUATERS: the customer service at this place is BEYOND ridiculous. there is a young girl at the front desk who doesn't have patience, respect, nor knowledge that we are all HUMAN. THE SYSTEM THEY HAVE ON RECIEVING IMMUNIZTION RECORDS SUCKS!!!! Lea, the nurse director does not call you to let you know that the records are ready for pick, like she should!!!!!!you have to guess... and PLEASE don't show up to pick it up without receive the call, that never happens, you get an ATTIUTUDE from the front desk girl. (the one that has been there a while, black girl) I CALL HER MISS. ATTITUDE. I will no longer be coming here, even though Dr. Albert is the BEST and Dr. Hightower. If they train the front end on how the back end works then this will be a better place. A pediatrics center should a little more pleasant, at least that what I Think.
