Plain and simple, they just don't truly care about the kids and their well being. My son had a 104 temperature and it took them two days to call back after he had already been in to see the doctor. Plain and simple Im glad my kids are overall very healthy and all I needed them for was routine check-ups. Office staff has been nothing but rude every single phone call they made. Absolutely do not recommend. Find somewhere else.

Dr.Collins is (in my opinion and from my personal experience) one of the best children's doctors. He really cares about your kids and you can tell. He was my doctor as a child and he is my children's doctor now.

After 5 years of taking my daughter to see Dr. Collins and now my son. Today we took my son for his newborn checkup; and Collins decide he can no longer see us because what we believe in. The people that work here are great,' but this Dr. has no beside manners. and he tell us this right in front of my daughter and now she is crying in the car on the way home because what he said. Thanks a lot Dr. Collins.

Dr. Luther is the best! The entire staff at Southside Pediatrics is conscientious, kind, and helpful. All if my children have received excellent care; we would never go anywhere else!
