I have been a patient of theirs for over 10 years. The doctor himself is nice but getting anything from his staff is HORRIBLE! Marie his assistant is flat out MEAN and Ugly. She has called me ugly names to my face. The front desk refuse to relay messages over to the doctor. I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone with medical issues. While I recommend the doctor and have found him extremely helpful and nice, his staff is horrible and make it extremely hard to want to see the doctor.

I don’t remember the lady name but she was rude and told me I was out of line for asking if my doctor was on call not only that she went into details on why my doctor wasn’t going to talk to me that day I’m in pain and I can’t see my doctor until another 2 months how is that why have a doctor you can’t see w/o an appointment I have been going to this office and same doctor since I was 12 it really hurt my feeling when I felt like I wasn’t there priority at that time

Very caring and thorough doctors that go the extra mile in patient and family care. The females in my family go to Dr. Martha Parker Hester and the males go to Dr. Martin Hester. Our family has been patients of the Hester's for over 17 years. Their practice is top notch medically, ethically and morally. They are very family oriented and our family appreciates their common goals of a healthy and well balanced family. We appreciate and trust their medical practice and feel it is medically as well as spiritually superior in every way. Editing this today May 9, 2018. You might want to remind the receptionist of your continued presence in this doctor's office every 15-30 min even if you have an "appointment". I sat in the waiting room for three hours today only to be told that they thought I had left and took me out of the system. The receptionist was completely clueless as to what was going on in the waiting room. Also, I usually give one of the nurses a pass for her lack of sympathy or bedside manner because the doctors are SO GOOD, but today I could not handle her sarcasm and flippantness. She has always needed an attitude adjustment. People who deal with very sick people trying to be patient in a waiting room should have a modicum of sympathy!

Great Practice! Can't say enough good things about them. With government/insurance reimbursements like they are, I don't know how they stay in business! They do not get paid enough! Kind, caring, concerned and capable!

I was a patient of Dr. Risinger when she was in the practice. She left the practice, and when I called to see about switching doctors, I was told that none of the other doctors are taking new patients. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone (not that they're taking patients anyway) because if your doctor leaves you're going to have to go through the trouble of transferring records to another practice. Can't be loyal to a practice that isn't loyal to me. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Dr. Shew is fantastic. There is a nurse there that had absolutely no bedside manner, and I'm honestly not sure why she's still there. I almost left the practice because of her.
