I would give their billing department 0 stars if I could. God forbid you ever have billing discrepancies between them and your insurance provider. Your account will become so all over the place. Then, when you leave voicemails, you don't get calls back. Then, guess what? You get dismissed as a patient, because they were not returning your calls to straighten the account out. I finally got ahold of Denise and April, who were rude and refused to work with me. They even implied that I was lying about trying to contact them and leaving messages. I even had a representative from my insurance provider leave a message for them, with no response. They implied i was lying about that too. As much as I loved my son's pediatrician, I will not be subject to such treatment and humiliation.
