All of the staff at Seaside are very knowledgeable and more importantly compassionate. Everyone is down-to-earth and much more approachable than you find at more 'clinical' or 'sterile' physicians offices. They truly listen to my concerns and treat my children as they would treat their own. I highly recommend them after having visited other pediatricians in Mt Pleasant.

We've been going to Dr. White and Seaside Pediatrics for more than 8 years. From the doctors to the nurse practitioners, to nurses and receptionists, we've always felt our children got the best of care. We have always been treated professionally and with good customer service. This is a wonderful group!

The receptionist hung up on me when I asked for confirmation that my children’s records would be sent. The complete records were not sent at first request, only partial was sent. I would not recommend this office to anyone because of the receptionists. Dr. White is the only saving grace for this office and one of the nurse practitioners. The rest of the doctors treated us like anti-vaxers when we wanted to delay the Hep B shot for the first visit, post birth. To be clear, we were never refusing the shot, only delaying.

My 19 month old has been screaming inconsolably. Her pediatrician's office recommended that I find a pediatrician to see her vs an urgent care. I called this office to try and make an appointment and the lady that answered just informed me that they wouldn't "just see people off of the street" and I need to just find a "doc in a box." I am a veterinarian and I will gladly take any patient that needs to be seen. It's unfortunate that they don't see children having the same value a pet would.

We have been with Seaside for about 5 years now since our previous physicians retirement. Our choice to go with Seaside was actually as a result of their support staff, Kimberley and Rebecca who had both been at our previous physicians office. I have never once called that office and not gotten in to be seen the same day. They pediatricians and the PA are fantastic. Everyone there treats each individual, both parents and patients, with respect and kindness. I cannot say enough about the consistent care and utmost compassion received at this office at every turn. Kudos Seaside for always going above and beyond.
