Don't plan to pay your bill via phone or internet. Don't plan to have anyone answer the phone when you call either. Doctors are ok. Customer service is the absolute worst, billing department in particular. I have never tried so hard in my life to give someone my money. I called them at lest 40 times yesterday to pay them and all I can get is an operator to send me to yet another voice mail telling me they will return my call. I don't need them to return my call at a time that may not be convenient for me because I am at work and may not be able to take the call. Practice manager needs to drag them into this century.

The only thing I didn't like was having to be at the hospital two hours before the procedure, but the wait went pretty quickly. The procedure itself didn't last long.

Was there over a year ago, so things could have changed. I saw Doctor Scarrino, he seemed to be a very competent doctor. I had no problems with him but the staff was terrible. I scheduled my daughter's app three weeks ago for 9 am this morning. Yesterday I got a call to see if I could come in the afternoon. I said no I can't do that. She then said how about 8 am I said I could do 10. She said that's fine to be there at 945. I get there and was told my app was set for 930 and I have to reschedule. I feel like the lady set me up to reschedule bc they over scheduled! I had to get my two kids under two ready for nothing. This is very unprofessional I can't believe someone would do this! It was a total waste of my time!

My 3 year old was in the best hands imaginable and God truly blessed us with such an amazing group of people for her T&A Removal and Ear Tubes. To Dr. Emani, she helped my daughter by giving her a surgery she truly needed but to me, she gave my daughter a new life! I would highly recommend Dr. Emani to any and everyone I know. She’s a beautiful woman inside and out and I will forever be thankful for her.

I am a nurse and I recognize the value of my patients words and what's even more than care is listening to your patients and being understanding.. When my daughter started to cry I knew it was time to leave!.. Front desk at first office rescheduled me and when we went to appointment we were told it was cancelled and rescheduled without anyone calling us.. I wouldn't go back here if they paid me.. Its a shame that a supposed professional practice like this would have such unprofessional people and behaviors being displayed.. Two thumbs way down!! Never again!

Worst ENT experience I've ever had. I came in because my doctor thought maybe an inner ear problem was causing nausea. I left with a >$300 bill. First, $40 for a copay (150 total w/ insurance) Only reasonable expenditure on the bill, but I was told by billing this is to walk through the door, which was clear by the other charges. Second, >$80 to remove ear wax. This is by far the most expensive I've seen online and EVERY other ENT I've gone to has not charged for this. Literally the only time I saw the actual doctor was at this point. He did nothing else but somehow earned being paid $230 for ten minutes of work (150+80) Third, THREE hearing tests. Remember I came in for nausea. These tests totaled more than $250 and had zero relation to why I was there. I understand we sign a contract saying we'll pay for services rendered but this place is a prime example of abusive billing practices. Ie they do unnecessary and unrelated tests in order to increase your bill. This is unacceptable and I will never be back. I encourage you to not put yourself through that and simply never go to SC ENT.

They kept us informed during the surgery and immediately after the surgery he discussed how everything went and what to expect. He has great bedside manners and he really cares about his patients. I do not like making an appointment for the Dr and having to see someone else. Seems they don’t care enough in that regard. Overall I think they do a good job.

Doctors were good, but receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Went in for my allergy shot and was denied service because receptionist stated my account was in collections. My insurance company was paying them for services and I was paying my copays and owed them for X-rays and expensive tests that were applied to my 1500.00 deductible. I paid my remaining balance which was around 225.00, but refuse to go back to this office because of very poor customer service by staff. Talked to office mgr and she said she would investigate and call me back, but I never received a call back. Hopefully their customer service has improved.

The wait was ridiculously long. The waiting area wasn't cleaned. The computer system mixed peoples appointment times up so there was chaos. I was there for results only and some other nurse couldn't explain or answer my questions or concerns and still asked me to wait while she checked with my doctor... I still didn't see my doctor and left. I will not be returning to this practice.

This place is horrible. They revised my son’s tongue tie but didn’t do it completely, (anterior/posterior) nor did they give me stretches to do. He’s almost two and still has a heart shaped tongue because he still has a tie. Then we went for a consult b/c he wasn’t sleeping well. The doc stuck a tube down my son’s nose without warning me. He also suggested giving my son benedryl every night to help him sleep. I will never go back here

The wait time is terrible my appt. was at 4pm I went to the back at 4:45 only to wait in another room for another 15 minutes. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great detail. If they could not schedule appointments on top of each other this would be a 5 star review. While I know there is no way to measure how long am appointment will take an hour long wait for an appointment that took only 25 minutes is completely ridiculous.

I believe it's a good place but my experience was not good. I wasn't seen by the doctor I scheduled with to plan a major surgery. Instead I saw a physician assistant because the doctor was busy; yet, they have scheduled me for a surgery with a doctor I haven't meet. Needless to say, I'm still looking for a physician and will cancel soon. I'm sure this isn't common but it was my experience. ☹

This place is horrible. They revised my son’s tongue tie but didn’t do it completely, (anterior/posterior) nor did they give me stretches to do. He’s almost two and still has a heart shaped tongue because he still has a tie. Then we went for a consult b/c he wasn’t sleeping well. The doc stuck a tube down my son’s nose without warning me. He also suggested giving my son benedryl every night to help him sleep. I will never go back here

The wait time is terrible my appt. was at 4pm I went to the back at 4:45 only to wait in another room for another 15 minutes. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great detail. If they could not schedule appointments on top of each other this would be a 5 star review. While I know there is no way to measure how long am appointment will take an hour long wait for an appointment that took only 25 minutes is completely ridiculous.

I believe it's a good place but my experience was not good. I wasn't seen by the doctor I scheduled with to plan a major surgery. Instead I saw a physician assistant because the doctor was busy; yet, they have scheduled me for a surgery with a doctor I haven't meet. Needless to say, I'm still looking for a physician and will cancel soon. I'm sure this isn't common but it was my experience. ☹

I really don't mind taking my allergy shots at SCENT because all the staff and the doctors are extremely nice and professional. The receptionist greets everyone as they come in the door. She makes sure no one has to wait in the lobby for long. She keeps checking on them.

I rescheduled, waited 50 minutes at that visit and he then asks me for my CT disk. What?! I gave your people the disk already. So he tells me to go get the disk and re-schedule. Not. You’re fired. I’m livid. I don’t have time for this. My time is valuable, too.

No one ever apologized for the wait or explained what was causing the delay. The whole appointment could have been replaced by a quick phone call to discuss a test result.

Most of the staff is very friendly and explains everything that is going on. We had a sleep study for each of my sons and the sleep tech my oldest son was very cold to us never said a word from the time we walked in the door. Never got her name. Never asked if she was hurting my son. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Made the whole process seem like it was taking forever.
