My appointment time was at 10:20. It's 12:00 and I still haven't seen my physician. The clinic obviously has management issues, and the patient load seems to be more than the staff can handle. If you can't take on more patients, don't. You ruin the patient-oriented care that should be provided. I'm glad this place is shutting down. Staff is rude, obviously could care less (except the check-in lady, she's great). On another note, my physician, Dr. Morris, is a great doctor. This review is solely for the clinic; not the physicians who practice here.

I've been a few times and the wait times were a hour+. Unable to reach the office by phone--only get a busy signal.

Dr Morris is a phenomenal doctor and just a good person in general. He has cared for my grandmother for years and was my doctor when I lived in Lexington. I live in NC now and wish I could find a doctor like him here!

Hated the persistent lengthy wait for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, 30 minutes +, every time. But, I loved my doc. After years of seeing him here, the dots line up as to why they are being shut down by the Feds. Color me NOT surprised.
