Great visit. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. I was amazed that Mrs. Debbie was able to get x-rays on my autistic daughter, and Dr. Charlton has such a wonderful flow with the children he serves. Gabby was just happy to be there. She came happy and left happy. That means so much when your child is on the spectrum. We are very blessed to be a part of such a caring and professional pediatric dental practice. Simply amazing!

Both my children were scheduled for surgery with dr Conner so we had a lot of appointments and saw a lot of each other over the course of about two months. My first complaint is just this My children have Medicaid and with prime our Medicaid will only pay for 2cleanings a year well long story short...I take my son to his appointment today and have to pay $90 out of pocket because apparently cleaning the blood and spit from my child’s gums after a surgery is considered one of those two cleanings! If his cleanings had been used up at surgery time im guessing they’d have left the blood In his mouth! Not only that but my oldest son only had one bad-ish tooth It wasn’t even a cavity!) It was just beginning to discolor a little ok dr says we’ll wait till Surgery day comes to say exactly what he needs when he can “get in there” and my son comes out with almost every one of his teeth capped and 4 missing in the front! My son is 5 and had amazing teeth! I understand keeping symmetry so I thought maybe 2 at the VERY MOST! One on each side to keep symmetry but my son had his teeth grinded down to the bone and caps placed on FOR NO REASON!!!. It makes me so mad! I just feel like someone was milking their Medicaid! Both of my boys have an unreal amount of caps on their teeth...given my youngest definitely needed them (he has a liver condition and his medicine messes with his teeth but I felt so bad for my oldest! I’m going to do something about this and will be back with an update! Also, I have about 1000 pictures of my eldests teeth before that surgery and they were perfectly healthy and beautiful! He did and unreal amount of work on a child that flat out DID NOT need it and then tried to say we used up one of his cleanings during surgery!!!! They will be seeing this mama soon and not for a cleaning!

The best dentistry for children. They're always looking into the best interest of the child and they don't use restraints for the kids. They always check on the kids to ask how they are doing when performing procedures and the staff there are always professional. The location is clean and inviting. My son had a horrible experience at another dentistry for children,however they used restraints and didn't care about the best interest of the child. I'll be recommending Prime Pediatrics to anyone looking for a great dentist for children

I've been trying to get help for my girl's teeth for the last year and have been turned away and referred to other dentist only to get turned away and referred elsewhere once again. My two year old has a very severe case in which she needed surgery for and no one, I MEAN NO ONE, would take her or I had to be put on a 5 month waiting list. Thankfully when I found Prime Pediatric Dentistry they gave me what I was looking for. They took action quickly and did not hesitate to give my girls the help they needed so desperately. They were so professional and polite and they handled my children very well. My oldest has her procedure already appointed and my 2 year old is having her outpatient surgery much sooner than 5 months!!! I now have a pediatric dental team for my girls for life. Thank you Dr. Conner, Kathy, and the rest of the team who did a great job as well!!!

My 4 year old and I were at Prime for his six month cleaning. My son did not have any type of rapport with the hygienist. He was nervous and began crying and was trying to leave the chair. I tried to calm and comfort him. Then an additional staff Debbie came in and tried to calm him. He was not having it. They suggested I go around the corner to see if he would calm down. He didn't and we decided to reschedule. While walking to the schedule desk, Debbie starts saying things "we should do as parents, etc" . I politely stated that everyone has good and bad days and that his comfort/ discomfort is not about parenting. I will return for a reschedule with Dr. Connor in a quiet room. My previous experience with Prime was wonderful and my son enjoyed the hygienist Tatiana and Dr. Connor.

This is the most efficient and clean dental office in Florence. The staff was super friendly and able to get my 3 kids in right away for cleanings and in for the work the next week! Trust me other places claim they can get you in but it’s usually just for a cleaning then your stuck on a wait list or waiting for an appt for actual treatment for 6 months. We found our new dental home.

When you walk in the building it is filled with not only beautiful decor and top notch state of the art equipment and technology.....there are professional bodies who truly care about your child. The front desk is occupied by such a beautiful sweet smile! The assistants know their stuff and do their job very well. Dr. Conner.........very intelligent. He is very good at explaining the procedures to children as well as parents. My daughter had a wonderful experience today as did I. She had four teeth pulled for braces. I was more worried than she was. Dr. Conner’s words “trust me.” I did just that and you should as well. :)

Took my 4 yr old in first her first dental experience, and it went very well. She seemed comfortable with the staff and Dr Conner. The atmosphere was cheerful, calm, and relaxed. My daughter is not usually so willing to walk with strangers bc of stranger danger, I even still have a hard time getting her to walk by herself to her class at school in the mornings. She did NOT show any signs of being scared here. She grabbed the Ladys hand and walked with her to the back as I followed. She got xrays done with the tech by herself and sat in the chair and talk to Dr Conner without me having to say anything to her. She did Great and so did all the staff there. One child was fussing and wanted to fight with them while we were there, her mom said she had a bad experience at another dentist office and she was scared now. I watch as Dr Conner spoke calmly to her asked her questions about why she was sad and explained everything he was doing to her to let her know she was ok. She did calm down still cried a little but calmed down. He did a GREAT job with their. I was allowed to go to the back with my daughter without me having to ask and when we left she asked when she could come back. I give Prime 5 stars, bc I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist office than I did today and my child is excited about her next visit. I looked forever for a periatric dentist that would fit my daughter in, in a reasonable time. I went to multiple with all telling me that it was bad but they were not able to do any work on her for a couple months. Her cavities ended up getting worse no matter what preventive measures we were taking and she ended up being in pain from it. Still the other dentists wouldn't budge with a reasonable time frame. We went to Dr. Conner after a recommendation from another dental assistant who felt sorry for her, and im happy she did, he was able to squeeze her in within two weeks to fix the really bad areas. She is feeling better and shes not terrified to go back to get the rest filled in a couple weeks which was what I was worried about. I'm upset that we are moving since I would definitely chose Dr. Conner as my childs personal dentist.
