Dr. Neidenbach is thorough, professional and always teaching. Only complaint is calling in to the office- no one answers the phone. Too many staff people walking around not to give a personal touch to answer the phone.

The doctors are great, however the office manager makes it plain that she does not care about you as a patient or person. Insurance has paid out thousands to this office and yet they can not accommodate schedules. Doctor plans a treatment that is valid but the office manager runs the whole place.

I have had a great experience with Dr Amy and Dr Yu as well as the staff at Westside. I have been in Spartanburg two years and visited the clinic several times for differing reasons and always left fully taken satisfied that my concerns have been remedied and correctly done.

Dr. Amy is great but her nurse Nicole is the rudest person ever. My husband had her on speakerphone, which he called, because they were supposed to call in a Rx for him yesterday and didn’t. She answered the phone very agitated and kept interrupting him then asked what Rx was and he didn’t know the name because Dr left a voicemail that she would call in a steroid and her words were “gotta love you don’t know the name”. Then mad she had to go pull his chart to see and said that would take a while and then made a smart remark at the end. I will never suggest going here.

First visit: Office was overbooked so I waited over 30 minutes then the doctor took a few minutes to start the skin exam but couldn't finish because they were running behind schedule. So I had to make another appointment just to finish what should have happened in the first. Second visit: Office was overbooked again and I waited about 40 minutes. Just as I was walking out the doctor caught me in the hallway and said she was coming in now and for me to not leave. Then she stated she didn't have time to do the skin exam but wanted to biopsy a few moles. I let her reluctantly and felt like she was keeping me there just to be able to bill for services. So after 2 visits I still have not had a full skin exam. I've been going to dermatologists since I was 15 and I've never been treated so poorly. I will never go back to this practice.

only because less than 1 star doesn’t exist. Office Staff (front desk staff) rude, & incompetent. Had an appointment scheduled months in advance I took the day off from work showed on time for my appointment signed in sat down only to be told THEY didn’t have me scheduled & did i have my appt card (No didn’t know I needed it with me) very rude staff act like I was lying about the appointment So i drove home got the appointment card & took it back to the rude one, was then told they could talk to the provider & see what could be done-No this was well over an hour later I do not wish to pay my money to rude incompetent negligent people

Twice now I have waited for over 1 hour and a half . Today I saw Sarah the PA who told me a spot on my nose was roseacia . That I needed to try sunscreen . I have a basil cell because I’ve had them before . I wear makeup with sunscreen everyday of my life . She was a joke , I just walked out And will not be back . Neidenbach needs to regroup !!

As a patient for 10 years, I have absolute confidence in Dr. Neidenbach and his staff. There have been some changes during this period and in total for the best. Dr. N's positive approach to care and follow-up and his thoroughness is superb. The staff is friendly and very alert, courteous, business-like with a caring touch. The facility is clean and effective.
