I LOVE Pediatric Assoc. My most favorite Dr. to see is Dr. Blake!! He is awesome and my son loves him as well!! Bedside manner is excellent!! I was so sad to see him leave and then when I called to get a well check up appt. for my son and they said Dr. Blake as one of the option I was like YES!!! My next favorite Dr. to see is Dr. Beavers!! He is just to cool!! Love that he wears boots!! He has great bedside manners as well!! Isaiah really likes him too! I can't say enough great things about these 2 Drs. They both are awesome in their own way!!!

I called on the date and time for new patient appointments. 2 o clock sharp, waited 7 minutes in line and when they answered they said all of their appointments are done for the month of November. I have been waiting for 2 months to get an appointment. how many do you guys give out for new patients? 1 per month?

Dr Blake is absolutely the best doctor ever! I had concerns about my son's med. He has called me after hours on his personal time a few times to discuss my concerns. I don't feel rushed when he comes into the room. He takes his time to make sure we feel comfortable with our visit. He's awesome with my boys! There's so much more I could say about him!

Some of the doctors are fantastic but a couple of them I would choose to go to the ER before I would take my child to see them. Dr Beavers is awesome, Dr Colburn is very nice and a good listener, Dr Surka is good, Dr McLeod is good. Now the not so great Dr Prigge is a witch and is mean. She really needs to work on her bedside manner. Dr Blake spent more time staring at my chest (not ample and not on display)than he did looking at my child. That was just creepy. The nurses are wonderful and I miss Dr Glenn so much, he was one of the best. So they still get 5

Awful, the staff does not even look at the schedule to see any openings before telling you there is nothing available. EVERYTIME I call they are always putting me off (saying call back on this day, which is always a month later). Kayla stated that the books fill up so quickly they only schedule for the month. She did not even check the schedule get any information, just completely turned me away. So I called back stating I had a different insurance and of course I was able to be schedule with Jennifer. I then proceeded to tell her about the phone call I'd just had with Kayla and told I could be scheduled in March (which is fine, telling me to call back was just rude.) After placing me on a brief hold Jennifer was able to schedule us. I'm still considering reporting them to Medicaid. Very unprofessional and not very courteous at all.

Have been seen a couple times this last month with my son having an ear infection. It went away, but came back after being checked and said was fine. Then came back again! Was given stronger antibiotics came back for the check up and said everything looked great. Low and behold I am now up again with my son clscreaming his head off in pain about his ears! They kept telling me the fluid would go away! We saw two different doctors! I am changing doctors!

We have been going to Pediatric Associates for three years now, and every experience has been the same! Superior!!! From the actual dentist, all the way to the staff at check out! My boys are 4 and 5 and both have had major dental work. At the age of 2 one had a route canal, and at the age of 4 the other had 4 cavities filled. With each surgery I could not ask for a better relationship between the dentist and the dental assistance and my boys. They sing songs, allow them to watch movies through sunglasses, and etc as they went through the surgery. As a parent I feel EXTREMELY comfortable with my children being a patient at Pediatric Associates. Everyone is truly compassionate about their job and do what is truly BEST for the kids! Also Coy and Cade love the dogs and the postcards they receive in the mail!!!

I like it enough to continue taking my children here but no doubt they have a lot of room to improve. They tell you to show up 15minutes early every visit to do paperwork. I have never been and gotten in to see the doctor less than 45+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I always show up early but it pointless at this establishment. I've been taking my son's here since before they moved to this new building and to my surprise they haven't gotten better (as my wife and I had expected) they have gotten worse much much worse. I waited over and hour and half my son's last visit. If there was another pediatrics place closer to home that's were I would be taking my children

I LOVE all the Dr's here. Dr Belvin is my favorite. My son has been sick alot because of being in daycare at a young age. These Dr's are the BEST. I take both of my children to the Spartanburg office.

These people are cold-robo-calling local Verizon cell phones to schedule kids' annual checkups. I trust that if you care about your kids' health you will be responsible enough to find him or her a doctor. Pediatric Associates apparently does not trust you that much. Please do not encourage these people by choosing them as your new practice. They need to see a *drop* in business after they resort to robo-calling cell phones, pour discourager les autres.
