Everyone was very nice on our visit. My son was very scared but they worked with him and were able to get his teeth cleaned and x-rays. He loved the prize machine and getting his goodie bag. The dentist explained everything and the lady up front also did great explaining her part.

Some of the nurses are nice, some. Dr. Ryan is awesome, just short in conversation. Not rude, but short. Which isn't like an issue at all. With the kids though, he is so amazing! As far as J at the front desk, that is the rudest person in the office. I really hate she's the face that is the first to greet you. She claimed the office didn't get a confirm on the appointment. I did however and when I tried to show text she wouldn't look. They claimed to have called my cell multiple times, but didn't. Try to show my call log, she refused to look. She then proceeded to tell me I'd have to wait now. Because I did confirm. I get that tech can good, but don't treat me incompetent. I have never heard of that. Ever. The good news, once you get past the front desk, it's a great place. I will add here that if you do have an issue ask to speak to Cana. She's awesome!

Very friendly staff that helped my kids feel comfortable. They have fun games in the waiting room, play videos during the appointment to keep kids at ease. Dentist is very kind and gentle with the kids. My son(4) is Autistic...and the Dr is very patient and understanding when my son cannot relax. They take steps to calm my son down and get comfortable. They even sang songs with him to make him happy. Out of 5 stars....this place get 10!!!!

we took my son who is 4 to his first dentist appointment. He has severe anxiety with new places, as well as a speech delay, slight physical delay and really bad eyesight. The dental hygienist was an angel and so patient and understanding. My son kicked and screamed bloody murder the whole time and both she and the doctor were so reassuring. They didn’t make us feel like he was just another patient but like they genuinely cared. We also took my 2 year old daughter but she was a lot more cooperative than her brother. When I called and made the appointment the lady that took my call was very sweet and answered my millions of questions. I looked into a lot of reviews before finally choosing this location and I’m so glad I did. It is definitely worth the drive from Rock Hill.

Brought my son here after switching him from the dentist in rock hill. Dr Ryan and his staff are awesome, they are so sweet and friendly. My son likes to know all the details and they took the time to make sure he knew what they were doing and that he was comfortable. I’ve had nothing but good come from this pediatric dental office. Both my 6 and 9 yr old love it and have had more than excellent experiences from just a dental cleaning to fairly hard dental work. All the staff are just fantastic!!!

Dr. Colosi is absolutely amazing with my kids and he truly cares. Today we had an emergency and needed to get in and he stayed late to fix my little girls tooth so she wouldn't be in pain all weekend. I am so glad he is my kids dentist.

My 3 year old decided to Jump of the bed and needed to be seen. I called LKW Pediatrics at 4:45p who allowed us to come in eventhough they were about to close. Everyone at the office was extremely friendly, professional, and comforting. Dr. Ryan was amazing, and made the whole ordeal painless, and made my little man feel at ease as he had to remove 3 of my babies teeth. I will most definitely be taking the rest of our kids to them from now on!!
