I took my granddaughters to Issaqneena Pediatric Dentistry today and we had a wonderful experience. From the time we set foot on the campus we were welcomed with a big warm smile , the waiting room was kid friendly and my granddaughters had a blast playing while waiting . Once we were called the nurses showed the girls first class treatment. They talk them through ever they were doing and why . I was in awe of how the office was set up . They had televisions in the ceilings , yes that’s right televisions in the ceilings. Dr. Horton was sweet and her whole staff were professional people. We will be back and I would recommend that you visit them , I promise you will not be disappointed.

The dentist and assistants were kind to us and great with my kids. My daughter who HATES going to the dentist actually complied and had a super smooth appointment and they were very understanding with my youngest who wanted no parts of machines in his mouth so they just manually cleaned his teeth. They also provided better care tips from nutrition to dental care. The facility is amazing! My kids didn't want to leave from the movie selection displayed to the books to the video games.

I have a 2-year-old son who cries when he is any type of medical setting. Everyone at Issaqueena Pediatric Dentistry was very kind and understanding. Our dental hygienist, Melissa, normalized the situation by telling us that his reaction is typical of children his age. I really appreciated that! Melissa also took a lot of time to teach us about how to care for our son's teeth. She did a great job working with him to clean his teeth. It isn't an easy task, especially for someone he doesn't know! Dr. Horton came in after Melissa. She took her time examining my son's teeth, and she listened to and addressed my concerns. She even said she would research a specific topic relevant to our family. I appreciate that she really took her time with us and did not make us feel rushed. She made a wonderful impression on my son, who now says "Dr. Horton looks at your teeth. Ahh." I highly recommend Issaqueena Pediatric Dentistry. As other people have mentioned, the environment is very fun and child-friendly. The staff is wonderful with children, which makes the experience positive for everyone in the family.

Fun waiting room - my child immediately lessened in fear when she walked in and saw how entertaining it was. Great hygienist was so patient and understanding. She told my child everything she’d be doing - let her touch and feel, etc. Dr. Frye was great even when my child was not excited for him to check her teeth - he was quick and tried his best to help her calm down. Wonderful first dentist experience!

I have three children my four year old just went to the dentist for the first time he absolutely loves it and ask me the next day if he could go back LOL my daughter on the other hand is 8 she went to a different dentist that really messed her teeth up and made her very scared in the dentist here made her so comfortable that it made me cry in my 15 year old is afraid of dentist doctors and needles he is actually going back today with out giving me a problem I love this time this office thank you all for making our experience joyful

Doctors and staff that truly care! From the moment you walk in until the minute you step out the whole office is so friendly, welcoming and kind. They strive to make the dental experience fun and informative for kids of every age. My kid is never scared to go and looks forward to his appointment every time. He loves the games in the lobby and the toys and stickers for being good. The staff is so wonderful with kids and making them feel welcome and excited to brush. The girls who work there are awesome and you can tell the doctors genuinely care about the patients and families they serve. We love Issaqueena pediatric dentistry.

They have an incredible environment and friendly staff. My oldest had an incredibly traumatic, awful experience with a previous pediatric dentist when he was 5 and I feared he would be scarred for life. However, the environment was so welcoming and the dentists and hygienist so patient (I told them what had happened) that he ended up loving the dentist. That was 8 years ago. Now we bring 7 kids each time - biological and foster - and they all love it and look forward to their next visit. Lol.

My 4 year old fell and unfortunately cracked his front tooth beyond repair. The entire staff was friendly and compassionate from the front desk all the way to Dr. Horton walking us out at the end of the appointment, and the staff calling to check on him later that evening. They made our first experience there great and I would recommend this place to anyone with little ones! My son loved the office and bounced back after the procedure like it never happened!

I want to give them 10 stars!! First, both offices are clean, welcoming, and friendly. They are obviously designed for children and the look of the offices was enough to convince my 5 year old boy that the dentist was a cool place to be. But mostly I'm impressed because of how they handled my 6 year old girl, who for a reason unknown to me, has an intense phobia of the dentist. All of the staff we have met are amazing, but specifically Kat and Dr. Horton are the 2 ladies who spent so much time with my daughter trying to make her feel comfortable and ease her worries (and I assure you it was no easy task). Words can not express how much I appreciate how above and beyond they went so my daughter wasn't traumatized for life. She felt special, despite her fears and tears. The final reason to give them 5 stars is the front desk was very open with me and willing to look up exactly how much insurance would cover and what I would owe depending on which route we wanted to go to fix a tooth. I highly recommend Isaqueena Pediatric Dentistry!!

My 14 month old had her first appointment this morning and i couldn't be happier with our visit. Everyone was so friendly. The dental assistant and dentist explained everything they were doing, the explained what we should doing to help her teeth stay healthy, they walked us through what to expect over the next few visits and answered all my questions.
