The nurses were professional and patient, as i had no voice when i visited. The doctor(actually a PA but thats fine) was calm and able to pinpoint my underlying issue. I was prescribed various medicines and within 2 days i was on my way to being healthy again!

I took my daughter here instead of her normal pediatrician because her arm was very red and swollen. There was only one other patient in the waiting room when we arrived. We took a seat and kept checking the monitor in the waiting room to see when we were going to be called. After waiting over an hour and not being called, I asked the receptionist how much longer it was going to be and was told we were not on the list to be called. I asked them how that was possible when I followed her instructions for checking in and our name was on the monitor. She curtly told me that her screen doesn't show the same information. Waited another 10-15 minutes before being led back to an exam room--total wait time almost 1.5 hours when there were only 2 people ahead of us. When we finally see a doctor, she tells me my daughter has cellulitis. She prescribes a very strong antibiotic for her, draws a circle around the redness on her arm and tells us that if it spreads outside the line she drew that we should bring her back immediately. The next day the redness had spread outside the lines. My husband convinced me to bring her to our regular pediatrician for a second opinion. Our pediatrician took one look at her arm and told us that it was a "localized reaction to a bug bite". She put prescription strength hydrocortisone cream and Benadryl cream on it and within hours the swelling went down. In a couple of days it was gone completely. The inexperienced doctor at Doctor's Care made an incorrect diagnosis--my daughter would have taken a very strong antibiotic for no reason. The wait time to see the doctor was unacceptable. The diagnosis was wrong. Never had an experience like this at this location before it was taken over by Doctor's Care. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

My experience was pleasant start to finish. All of the staff I encountered during my visit were compassionate, knowledgeable, and friendly. The doctor was thorough and had a wonderful bed side manner. I normally have a very hard time with blood draws due to my abnormal and hard to find veins, the nurse got it in one shot! Great experience, highly recommend

Had a accident drove down to the doctor's and was taken to a room immediately. The nurse were great and got to work cleaning the affected area. Till Therin Hill arrived the stitch me up and he has a great bedside manner truly a great doc and funny as the come. Domonique Green she was my nurse and she was fantastic truly great and really cares about her work and patience. Everybody there was fantastic and when you are having bad day this is what you want. They called me two days later to do a wellness checkup and make sure I'm healing.

Forget online check in! Did the e check in at 1pm was told to arrive at 5pm I was on time per the instructions given. Get here and was told I have 6 people in front of me that where here first?!?!? They seriously need to get it together!

Great medical team and service. Reasonable wait. Reception area requires some "entertainment (Non medical magazines and/or TV). Needs a more welcoming and understanding reception area. People are in possible pain and cannot keep on getting up for "paper work". But once you are called into the care unit all changes and my experience was excellent. This would have been a 5 star rating if not for the "waiting" part. Thanks to all

Great facility. Especially appreciate the ability to check in on line and be given a time. They even texted to tell me they were running 17 minutes late. I wish every Doctor's office took advantage of this technology as my time is also valuable.

This was by FAR hands down one of by best experiences. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. The staff and the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The doctor was VERY SWEET, EMPATHETIC, AND PROFESSIONAL. He made me feel like all my issues where the most important thing to him at the time, I was more than a chart number. The medication prescribed has worked WONDERS already. I wish he could be my family care doctor.

I went there recently after not being able to schedule an appointment with my primary care doctor. I made the appointment online, was texted when to arrive and was seen shortly after I got there. Came in last week with a terrible cough. It took a little while to be seen, but Dr Edwards was great, and I was happy to find out that I didn't have pneumonia. I'm feeling much better, and I'm happy with the care I got at Parkridge Doctors Care.

This Dr.'s office is NOT clean! I went into one of their exam rooms previously, and there was blood on the bed!!! I told an MA about it, and she apologized and they moved me to a room across the hall. However, that room had tissue and other trash on the floor as well. Cleanliness should be taken more seriously in a medical environment.

I have had the worst experience for someone that has not even been seen in the Parkridge office. The staff is very rude, they lie to patients, and basically will not care or help in anyway unless you come in and pay $125. This whole experience has thrown me into a full on anxiety attack and all I need is a referral list from my former doctor that now works there. I was under the impression that health care providers were supposed to CARE. I wouldn't go to doctors care if my life depended on it.

I have had issues with recurring strep throat, and I went there for antibiotics to avoid driving downtown to my regular doctor. Dr. Edwards told me I didn't have strep and sent me home. No tests. I went to my regular doctor anyway, was diagnosed with strep (they actually tested), and got a prescription. Soon after, my wife went there with severe back pain that would come and go. Dr. Edwards told her it was acid reflux, gave her some kind of GI drink, then sent her home. She went to a different doctor and got a diagnosis of back strain. This place is terrible. I'm never going again.

It is unfortunate that Prisma Health strong arms their employees into using Doctor’s Care, but they can’t even perform a simple BMP or give IV fluids. We called ahead, knowing that IV fluids was what I needed, and was told “it was at the discretion of the provider.” Well, I was unable to eat or drink, was tachycardic, hypotensive, and had decreased urine output... Why wouldn’t they give me fluids? But when I got there and finally saw the physician, I was told that they took away Doctor’s Care’s ability to run BMPs (to check potassium levels), so they could not give IV fluids. The physician then said he would call the charge nurse in the ED to fast track me to get fluids and would call to check up on me before he left for the night... He did neither. It is a disservice to our community to complain that our EDs are overflowing when our Urgent Cares or physician offices don’t even have the resources to do simple procedures which would take the pressure off of them. There is definitely an opportunity there.

Seen quickly, friendly smiling staff with good jokes. doctor saw me quickly and was very knowledgeable. had to wait a little for X Rays but it wasn't bad, they confirmed the doctors diagnosis and i was on my way with medication within an hour or so.

I would have given 5 stars based on my care and accuracy of the diagnosis (flu) and for the caring staff at Drs Care. Im only giving 4 and would at this time have to not recommend Drs Care to my friends as many are military or retired and on Tricare and for some contractual mess up somewhere, Dr Care cant bill Tricare right now. I mean, there are 1000s of retired Vets here, like myself. Who doesnt take Tricare ?!?!?!?!

The 1st time I visited doctor's care at Parkridge, a month ago, the doctor was very thorough, kind, and listened very well. However this time I was seen by someone who wasn't an actual doctor, maybe a nurse practitioner or something similar, a young blonde girl who spoke 90mph. I told her I believed I had a sinus infection and all she did was listen to my lungs. She didn't check my ears, or my sinuses, or my throat even someone across the hall had just been diagnosed with the flu. She decided to put me on a very strong antibiotic and send me on my way even though she really didn't really check me out. All in all she was in my room for under 2 minutes and at that point I was only like 1 of 2 or 3 patients there. I hate that I had to pay money for that inconsiderate visit.

I would love to recommend Dominique for some positive professional acknowledgement! She did an AMAZING job drawing my blood on the first stick & was so so gentle. I can be a hard stick, and I’m certain I was dehydrated yesterday. But she assessed my needs and was in and out with my blood vial successfully & painlessly in no time! Way to go! Overall, I had a completely positive first experience with Doctor’s Care Parkridge yesterday & was quite impressed. My husband & I agree that you guys are offering a wonderful service to the community. What a stark contrast to the usual horrid Urgent Care experience elsewhere. THANK YOU!
