Melissa Roberts is extremely rude. She repeatedly accused my partner of doing meth when he has an autoimmune disease that led to an abscessed tooth. All dentist offices were closed, so we were just interested in getting some meds (to dull the pain and prevent it from exacerbating) until we could schedule an appointment for monday. Very unhappy with the "care" we received. The woman at the front desk was polite, but Melissa Roberts has a nasty attitude with patients. Melissa is extremely condescending. My partner and I will not be coming back. I guess we will have to make the longer drive to the South side for better care from now on, which is a major inconvenience considering we live out in Williston. This was such an underwhelming experience.

I went to Doctor's Care because I was having pain in my leg due to running. Upon entering I had less than 10 minutes wait time. They did a great job greeting me and taking all preliminary items for the doctor. They performed an x-ray but did not find anything. He immediately referred me to an orthopedic doctor who later through other testing confirmed a stress fracture that could not be seen on an x-ray. They did a great job and even called to check on me a few days later. I would return again if I ever needed to. Awesome job!!!!!

Excellent care! I had flu-like symptoms and could not get an appointment with my primary care physician, so I opted for Doctors Care. I was very pleased. The York Street Aiken SC staff was wonderful from check-in to check-out. Thank you!

I have been a patient at Doctors Care for many years. I am 72. I am a patient at the office on York St in Aiken. I have gone there with and without an appointment. I have received professional, friendly service each time I have been seen there. The office is well staffed and the staff is well trained. When I make an appointment I know that I will see the doctor that I prefer to see. Without any appointment I am seen by whoever is working at the time. Dr Al-Soudi is the doctor that I consider my doctor. She is friendly, professional and very through. I do not feel that I would get better care anywhere else. I am a happy, healthy well served patient. I am grateful that Doctors Care is here for me and my family. Thank God I am healthy and they work hard to keep me healthy.

Took my son here for a fever and sore throat. They called in the prescription to the wrong pharmacy and then later called me to tell me this rather than just fixing it. I did like Nurse Geddes, but the administration and staffing is quite bad.

Even though I arrived approximately 10 minutes before closing, which I wouldn't typically do or recommend. All of the staff were very patient & polite from beginning to end. I received quality care. Also, I noticed, you can register prior to walking in, online, which would make things move along even faster. Thank you!

Worst doctor's office ever!!! We've been here over 2 hours and still no doctor. Only 3 patients in the place and they are doing other tests to stall on the actual reason of being here! Strep test for an ear ache? Really??? And talk about rude nurses! Absolutely no sense in this!!

Went because of a medical concern and the doctor there was not really wanting to listen to my problem and had a bad attuitude. Plus the wait time took 1 and 1/2 hours and I was 2nd in line at 8 in the morning......

VERY long wait, just to misdiagnose my other half and make her even sicker than she already was leading to her being admitted in the hospital. You do not tell a severe asthmatic that its just a upper respiratory and that they will get over it. Will never go back.

Go to place for my whole family. Recently the wait time is ridiculous. There's currently about 3 people here, but we've literally waited an hour for the physician. It's aggravating when it's obvious they're not busy today but insist on making you wait.
